Dear Ashley,
My wife saw your boat for sale on massbaysailors.org. She and I are
going to start a yacht brokerage within the next month. We are now
in the process of obtaining a yachtworld.com account, and making
other preparations to launch the business. I will have only a small
nuberlistings. This will allow us to provide our undivided
attention to you. I intend to offer great commission discounts to
all of my initial clients. I have a lifetime of boating experience,
and we are both experienced yacht brokers. We can also offer you
advice on staging the boat for showings, and provide cleaning,
detailing, and yacht services.
Please call me at your convenience if this sounds like something
that you would be interested in. I completely understand the fact
that you do not necessarily want to sell, but may need to do so. I
am in a similar situation with some real estate that I own. I would
also like to offer you the use of our sailboat which is an Ericson
32, based out of Swampscott, MA, until you are able to get your next
boat.
I hope to hear from you soon!
Best regards,
Robert Smith

sell my Beneteau for a year or so now and I'm not having much luck.
My problem is that between my mortgage payments and the slip fees
I'm slowly going broke. So now I'm trying to figure it if there's
some way I can move off the boat and reduce my ownership costs. I
have a couple ideas I'm kicking around and I'm wondering what
thoughts y'all might have.
