Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters: Low pres will move across Quebec today. Its associated cold front will push across the waters tonight. Showers and tstms along and ahead of the front will cross the waters late this afternoon and tonight. Weak high pres will build into the waters Mon. A frontal system will cross Southern New England late Tue night and Wed morning. High pres will build into the waters by late Thu.
