Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters: Low pres will move across Quebec today. Its associated cold front will push across the waters tonight. Showers and tstms along and ahead of the front will cross the waters late this afternoon and tonight. Weak high pres will build into the waters Mon. A frontal system will cross Southern New England late Tue night and Wed morning. High pres will build into the waters by late Thu.

Tonight: W Winds 10 to 15 kt. Waves 1 foot or less. A chance of showers and tstms in the evening. Some tstms May produce gusty winds, heavy rainfall and small hail in the evening with vsby 1 to 3 NM.
