Yes, it is Cottage Park Yacht Club in Winthrop, Barry.  The club has a new brochure, that I'm sure they will be happy to provide interested parties.  I believe that memberships are being accepted, if the club is providing these same CPYC brochures to Winthrop Realtors.  I belong to WYC and have a friend who belongs to CPYC.

Cottage Park YC (Winthrop), they are a member of MBYCA (mass. Boating & YC Assoc.) therefore they should be open to reciprocal guests. They are very nice...
