Band Families,
We have the opportunity again this year to earn money for the band by volunteering at the ATP.
Elegant Fare is accepting volunteers to staff concessions stands and catering tents for this year's ATP. The Mason Marching Band will receive $8.00 per hour for every hour worked! We have committed to fill a minimum of 50 shifts!
- Womens Open - August 8th-16th
- ATP Masters (Mens) - August 15th-23rd
Anyone 14 and up can volunteer to work a shift..or two! You must have a student ID, state ID or driver's license. You will receive a free meal and drink. A shirt will be provided.
The following shifts are available:
Sat. August 8th - 3-8 Tues., Wed., Thurs. Aug. 18th-20th - 10-3, 3-8
Wed. Aug. 12th - 10-3, 3-8
Thurs. Aug. 13th - 10-3, 3-8, 6-11 Fri. 8/21 - 10-3, 3-8, 6-11
Sat. Aug. 15th - 10-3,3-8,6-11
Sun. Aug 16th - 3-8 Sat. Aug. 22 - 10-3, 3-8
Mon. Aug. 17th - 10-3, 3-8

These shifts are first come, first serve so please respond asap so we can secure our shifts. Please check you band schedule before committing as some of these shifts are during band camp. The bulk of the shifts are the week after camp when the kids will have practice in the am - but will be available for that 3-8 or 6-11 shift! This should be a fun and exciting way to earn some funds for the band. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
