Hello, Band Parents!
Thanks to those of you who attended tonight's Booster meeting. From what we
understand, some of you tried very hard to attend tonight's meeting, but found
yourselves locked out of the Commons or uncertain where to go. For that, we are
very, very sorry!

Normally, all Booster meetings are in the band room--and they will be there from
now on. Tonight, however, students were using the band room to practice, so we
had to move the meeting. Because of construction, the Commons was the only
available spot. We posted numerous signs guiding parents to the Commons through
the Band Room. But apparently, parents were directed to enter the Commons
through the front doors. Unfortunately, the timers had already locked those
doors, making it impossible for some of you to get in.

Again, we apologize for the confusion, and, most importantly, for your
frustration. We appreciate that you made the effort to attend the meeting and
hope that tonight's experience won't keep you away in the future! We will also
be sending out the minutes from the meeting so that you will know what we
discussed. If you have any questions, please contact any board member.
