Ni Hao! We are families with children who were adopted from the Maonan Social Welfare Institute in Maoming City, Guangdong, PRC. This is a place to discuss issues, share photos and other information helping to connect our children to their heritage. To protect the privacy of our families, we allow members who have a referral (for a non-special needs child) or pre-approval (for a special needs/waiting child) from the China Center of Adoption Affairs, and those who are already home with a MaoNan child. Families who are considering adopting a Waiting Child from MaoNan should contact your adoption agency for more information.
