Welcome railfans and all those with an interest in railfanning and sharing information about the freight and passenger railroads and trains in the area roughly bounding Manville, New Jersey including Bridgewater and Bound Brook as well as areas reasonably close to those points such as Flemington and 3 Bridges to the west and South Plainfield and Roselle Park to the east. Discussion about NJ Transit, Conrail, CSX, Canadian Pacific, Norfolk Southern operations through the area, Lehigh Valley, Erie Lackawanna, Central of New Jersey, Reading Railroad recollections, links to photography, images, pictures to upload to the group are all encouraged. Heads ups on interesting movements to or from the Trenton Line, the River Line, The Reading and Harrisburg Lines, the CSAO and Lehigh Line; interesting leaders and foreign units like BNSF, Canadian National and Pacific, KCS/TFM, UP, Wisconsin Central etc. are also desired.
Discussion of anything to do with issues related to trespassing, as is the case with many other railfan groups, is not desired.
