Look at the 70th and 71st ADs in this:

The valid vote was around 46,000, so I would estimate a statutory signature requirement for the 7th council district at 2,300. If Isaac can come up with a more accurate figure, use it.

Also, tell your candidate in the Bronx to bring whatever signatures she has on August 18. We will file whatever she has and hope for the best, and of course her signatures will count for the citywide candidates.
