This group has been created for the exchange of movements, news, and rumours relating to Aircraft Spotting at Manchester Airport.

There aren't many rules, other than - if you join the group please post what information you can, when you can, but please also bear in mind the results of posting a large number of small eMails perhaps covering the more regular arrivals. In order for the group to work, it needs regular input from its members. Although there aren't any rules stating that members should produce a certain number of postings in a week. I do ask for people to post their logs whenever they visit Manchester Airport. The logs don't have to be particularly detailed, you can just post the registrations and types. ACARS logs and messages regarding flyovers and OTT are not permitted unless they are filtered to show flights inbound to and outbound from Manchester.

Following the demise of the original manchesterspotters group, I did decide to formalise some "rules" (which I hope are common sense). These rules will be sent out monthly (as a reminder) and to all new subscribers.

Swearing and insulting comments towards other members will not be tolerated, anyone using such comments will be removed from the list.

The group is for Manchester Airport, Barton and Woodford ONLY, no discussion about other airfields is permitted unless it is linked directly with Manchester. Enjoy the Group !
