Jam time includes an opening circle, facilitated warm-up, a guided experience exploring one of the basic concepts of contact improvisation (weight sharing, listening, leading/following, yielding/resisting, etc.), and open jam time. Men and women of all experience levels are welcome. For more information, contact Heather Good at hgoodworks(at)yahoo.com or 608-239-1263.
Instruction
At this time, instruction is limited to the structured warmups at the Sunday jam, and to periodic special events or classes.
