This Yahoo Group was created to support the Made In / Grown In West Virginia Program. The MIGI program seeks to match West Virginia artists, craftspersons and gourmet food producers who create original quality products with shops and galleries who are intersted in carrying West Virginia made products.

There is no cost to participate in the MIGI project. However, to be an eligible producer you must be a resident of WV, produce your work in state, be juried into a recognized program or festival and be interested in wholesaling your work. To be an eligible buyer you must have a West Virginia business license,in-state physical address and an interest in selling and promoting West Virginia made products in your shop.

If you would like to participate please register as a group member. It is very important to complete your member profile as completely as possible. (See members already listed to get an idea of the information needed) If you are a producr, please upload a photo of your work. If you are a buyer, please upload a photo of your shop or gallery. Be sure to include an email address where buyers or producers can contact you directly.

The group monitor will send out a monthly email with a link to the site. This email will update you on new members and remind you to check out the site. Remember if you are looking for new outlets to market your work or looking for new products to sell, this Yahool group site should help you find what you need.
