No story will ever be "abandoned" so please don't ever think that. You're
frustrated as a reader and I understand that, but as a writer I get frustrated
when a story I'm writing either stops making sense as I write or I lose
direction or if real life distractions gets in the way. I'm not making excuses
for my lack of writing by any means, but I have a three-year old, a two-year old
and a one month old baby I'm helping raise, plus I work a 40 hour a week job so
yeah, sometimes I suck and can't write or I get distracted and focus my
attentions on other things which may not be fair to you guys, but I  have to do
other things so I don't burn out. I'm really sorry if I leave for long periods
of time without contact. I have a blog (which went on hiatus about a month ago,
but I'll undelete so you guys can know what I've been up to) but I started it so
you guys would know that I'm very much alive and breathing. Again, I'm sorry
you've had to wait so long, but I
can't force something and I won't share anything that doesn't feel right or
true to the story I wanted to create four years ago when I started. I have the
full story completed and have for some time, but it doesn't "feel" right. I
don't think it gives enough closure to the story of Chris and Joey or Amanda and
Peanut or Nate for that matter so I don't want to just post it because once it's
out there, that's it, can't fix it, ya know?

You've already been plenty patient with me and I want to thank you all for that.

I have been waiting for the Around my Way update for several years
now and I just can't take it anymore. Can we buy a finished copy of the story
somehow, or at the least say the story is abandoned like on some other sites. I
know this is not your priority, but in the interest of keeping fans. Some
contact is cool. I was just wondering if I should delete this group or not.
