An email reflector dedicated to users and followers of MT63 - an advanced HF digital radio mode.
MT63 sends text using PSK on many tones - by providing a wide frequency spread and a long time spread for each character, superior interference and fading performance is obtained. MT63 encodes each character into 64 bits using a Walsh function. The resulting Forward Error Correction makes the mode extremely robust. Since PSK is used, the mode is also very sensitive - a designer HF mode for the new Millenium!
