Description

The Mississippi Flyway Yahoo group is a place for discussion of observations of migrating birds using the Mississippi Flyway, which extends from The Canadian and Alaskan Arctic to the Gulf of Mexico. Discussion is open to observations from within the flyway itself, as well as observations from Central or South America of species which use the Mississippi Flyway for migration. Migratory (and non-migratory) birds, their seasonal behaviors, plumage, etc. are all on topic here.

Since this list covers a large geographical area, please:

1)State the location of your report in general terms.
2)Include descriptions of the habitat as well as the birds.

Bird up!
