This site was created to post community announcements, meeting dates, crime statistics, and safety tips, relative to reducing crime and the fear of crime in the Third District. In addition, it will serve as a mechanism to strengthen partnerships between the local police and the
communities they serve. Information on this site will be posted for the benefit of residents of Police Service Areas (PSAs) 301, 303, 305, 307, and 308. The substation has PSA 302 and 304.
This site hopes to attract area residents, business owners, elected officials, and government agency reps who will come together to address issues that will improve the quality of life in the Third District. This is an opportunity to engage in daily interaction (online) with police and government officials to instantly voice your concerns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Welcome.
