Subject: [MPD-1D] Klansman?
Does anyone have any insight on the man dressed in full Klan regalia
who was on E Street this morning (7am)? When my husband drove by, a
mini traffic jam had ensued and a few folks were coming out of their
homes. A little bit later 3-4 police cars were on the scene.
