MOVFL (Mid-Ohio Valley Free Learners) is an e-list for families who homeschool and those interested in homeschooling, particularly families in the Parkersburg, WV - Marietta, OH area of the Mid-Ohio Valley.

It is also the group list for the SHINE homeschool group (Society of Home-learners for Independent and Natural Education), a collection of area families that have chosen a lifestyle outside of school.

Both the MOVFL e-list and the SHINE homeschool group are an open door for current and potential home-educators, regardless of outside group affiliations, religious conviction or method of "schooling."
