Minnesota Homeless Forum
A nonprofit support and funding group to End Chronic Homelessness through proactive Outreach, Assesment, Case Management, MH/SA Treatment, Emergency Shelter, Transitional Shelter, SRO's, Shelter + Care, Safe Havens, Permanent Supportive Housing and Affordable Rental Housing.

We are dedicated to developing and sharing information and resources among individuals, families, nonprofit service providers, homeless and housing coalitions, faith-based and community-based groups, grass roots and civic organizations.
This is a discussion and educational forum, but also serves as a state-wide *Continuum of Care* resource alert system. The intent is to be of help to NPOs in establishing new programs, locating and securing funding to "End Chronic Homelessness in Minnesota - one person, one family at a time" AND to "Build partnerships and colaborations with local communities that encourage the proactive development of supportive and affordable housing"
