This group is open to all subscribers. Feel free to share scanning tips, frequencies, information on major incidents in or around the State, and discuss anything related to scanning, Ham Radio, and anything else that comes to mind.

Our Group meets the second Saturday of the month for a rotating INFORMAL breakfest and or lunch. Lunch location is at Noon at Colonial Ice Cream 2555 West Bunker Hill Drive Algonquin, IL 60120. The groups Breakfest location is at the Village Inn Restaurant 11713 E Main Street in Huntley, IL 60142 at 9:00am. Hope to see new faces and of course olds also!!! ** Hey. bring any toys or items you want to share with the group! If you have questions on something or ideas bring them to the group as-well. If your a Ham Radio Operator you can find me or others on 146.4450MHz with a 173.8 PL. ** MHCMG CONDUCTS VE TESTING every 4th Sat at AMERICAN LEGION, 1101 W ALGONQUIN RD, LAKE IN THE HILLS. 9:30AM - NOON ** WE PACKUP AND LEAVE AT NOON SO LAST PEOPLE TO TEST MUST BE NO LATER THEN 11:30.
