This is a list for Minnesota Homeschoolers’ Alliance members who are parents of children with special needs. Membership to MHA is necessary.

Whether your child has a learning disability (LD), dyslexia, emotional or neurological disorder, bipolar, deafness, autism, aspergers, blindness, any type of emotional or physical handicap, etc, then this group is for you.

We recognize and honor that each family unit has its’ own unique perspectives and experiences that shape their lives and decisions. We believe in the adage that "parents know their children best" and "there are as many ways to homeschool as there are families homeschooling".

People of all religious faiths and personal philosophies are welcome. We hope to provide support, guidance, and information. If you are a parent who is thinking about homeschooling children with Special needs, please telephone or email MHA and a volunteer will be happy to assist you.
