This training program will start with a 3 ( or 4 ) mile run and progress
to 8 miles over 8 weeks. You will be running about 9 to 12 miles per week.
If you can already do more that is fine. If you cannot do 3 miles that is
a problem. My suggestion is that you try and run 3 miles three times per week BEFORE we start in May.You should have no trouble doing the program
if you can do that.
