All U.S. Army MARS POC: Army MARS members send AAR3BB/AAA9HT the above information to REIDMAH@aol.com. After receipt of the above information, AAR3BB/AAA9HT will issue the needed license file.

U.S. Air Force MARS POC: AFMARS members provide the above information to AFA1BU at AFN1LE@usaf.mars.ampr.org

U.S. Navy-Marine Corp MARS POC: Members desiring to operate ALE must provide the above informaton to NNN0BCI/NNN0ASL at kd4yol@aol.com
