Dear Friend,

The Earth Day Network invites you to help launch an international campaign
for the new millennium.  "Earth Day 2000: New Energy for a New Era" will
accelerate the transition from outdated fossil fuel and nuclear energy
technologies to clean, safe renewable energy sources.  The campaign will
amplify environmental action throughout the world, and catapult critical
issues to the top of the national agenda.

On April 22nd, 1999, Denis Hayes will officially launch the international
campaign in Washington, DC.  As Denis outlines the nature of the campaign
and its goals, regional groups will hold their own media events in cities
and towns across the country.  The national office will establish a map and
list of participating organizations and direct reporters to their
activities.

Kicking off Earth Day 2000 by unveiling the national campaign on Earth Day
1999 will do two things.  First, a series of synchronized events will raise
awareness that Earth Day 2000 is coming.  Second, the launch will act as a
vehicle in 1999 to help generate local media interest in your campaigns and
events throughout the year.

It's easy to join the launch.  Just send an email to Christopher Curtis,
Earth Day Network's National Coordinator, at ccurtis@....  Please
include a brief description of your event or campaign along with your
mailing address and telephone and fax numbers.

EARTH DAY 2000 LAUNCH IDEAS

In addition to formally kicking off the Earth Day 2000 campaign and
introducing the National Energy Agenda (available in April), the launch
will include announcements by environmental groups, local governments,
businesses, schools and other institutions about their commitments to
energy-related projects over the course of the following year.  Projects
might include:

1) Environmental, Faith-Based & Other Community Groups

* Launching an Earth Day project or campaign, or announcing something new
and exciting about an existing project.
* Working with a local government to carry out an Earth Day project (see
ideas below).
* Announcing plans for an Earth Day organizer training workshop.
* Launching a citizen initiative focusing on local or state energy policy.
* Announcing a year-long voter registration and environmental awareness
drive.
* Endorsing the Earth Day 2000 National Energy Agenda.

2) Local and State Governments

* Making a commitment to reduce energy use over the following year.
* Announcing a plan to improve alternative transportation and to use
alternative fuel vehicles.
* Begin purchasing more "green" energy in states where it is available.

* Begin discussing an energy efficiency and/or renewable energy ordinance.
* Announcing a rebate program for homeowners and businesses that install
photovoltaics and solar water heaters.

* Announcing a plan to install energy efficient lights and appliances.
* Adopting a recycled paper procurement policy.
* Announcing a program that will encourage less automobile dependence by
employees.

THE SERPENT OF LIFE AND WISDOM

The caduceus is one of the most ancient of symbols. You might best know
this symbol as
the DNA structure and healing used by the medical profession. Since
ancient Mesopotamia
   the caduceus presented two serpents intertwined (the central nervous
system) around a
staff (the spinal column) with the wings (the "swan") on either side
(the two hemispheres of
the brain, with the circle in the center representing the pineal gland,
or the central sun and
             psychic center within). It also symbolized the kundalini
energy.

This was originally the symbol for the Sirian-Anunnaki creator god,
Enki, (the Archetype)
    who was the chief of the magicians, "the one who knows," and infamous
for being the
     serpent of the Garden of Eden (the great laboratory in So. Iraq),
who helped create
   lifeforms in test tubes half a million years ago. Biblical writers
called the healing serpent
     Nehushtan. The Hebrew word for serpent is "nahash." The root of the
word are the
              Hebrew letters Nun, Het and Shin, which means "to guess."

     In India, the "nagas" were the serpent gods/goddesses. In the
Americas there was
   Quetzalcoatl and Tlaloc. The entire world has worshipped the serpent
for its
wisdom, but ironically, it
was not really about snakes at all - unless you feel you have to
"guess" what a snake is up
    to! Why was the snake chosen? For its cleverness, ability to survive
in the harshest of
     environments, and again, its shape resembling the flow of energy up
the spine. And
          perhaps because it naturally instilled a bit of caution or awe
in people.

   The serpent always represented wisdom, life and healing. It was not
considered an evil
    being until much later days in the Christian and Jewish religions.
Enki transferred the
power of the caduceus to his son Ningishzida (Thoth), the healing god,
and then to others of
           his family because it was a code for the bloodline of Enki's
heritage.

    The story of the serpent becoming an evil symbol began with the wars
between Enki
(Adonai) and his Pleiaden brother, Enlil (Jehovah). These conflicts
began at birth and had
   to do with birthright to the royal throne of the Nibiruan civilization
in which their father,
   Anu, was the leader. This story later was reflected in Cain and Abel,
and all the stories
                throughout your times of brothers competing for power.

Although there was love between Enki and Enlil, they were used by Anu
for his own power
game. The brothers often did not see eye to eye on many issues,
especially when it came to
    supporting human beings. Enlil never had patience or compassion for
people, and on
   several occasions, Sodom and Gemmorah as one example, he literally
nuked them out of
existence. He attempted this again during the time of the Great Flood
but Enki (and those
      who supported him) took swift action to alert the Noahs around the
planet of the
forthcoming dangers. Anu, Enlil and the other Anunnaki who sided with
Anu were outraged
                              with Enki for doing so.

    In the Garden of Eden situation, Enlil was furious that Enki
permitted humans to have
    access to knowledge, thereby becoming more "godly," and equal to the
Anunnaki. To
   strike back at Enki, and in the attempt to regain his power over
humans, Enlil vowed to
   tarnish Enki's reputation by spreading the idea that the serpent of
wisdom was evil. Enlil
     tried to wipe out knowledge of the DNA coding Enki gave humans, and
of what the
                      Anunnaki used in order to have longevity.

However, Enlil was not completely successful because most of Enki's
plan had worked. For
centuries afterwards, humans attempted to duplicate what it was the
gods used to maintain
their youth and health, and those with the knowledge were able to
concoct substitutes for a
    while. But, much also had to do with the DNA content of the
individual. The more pure
DNA from Enki's side, the better chance one had of having longevity,
etc. Then, combine
       the DNA with spiritual awakening to the body, blood, and spirit
with nutritional
                 supplements, and each human will know who they are.

   Enlil's revenge continued. He punished women, those who were the ones
who took great
   pains and suffered from being the early experimenters in birthing the
new generations of
   god/human, by creating a dominant patriarchy which destroyed and
disrespected women
     from then on. He also created the scenario blaming the rest of
human's problems on
    women. The "original sin," and the "temptation of Eve." This did not
go well with his
   daughter, Inanna, and her temples of female healing and trantra were
all destroyed, her
    name wiped out for the gifts she brought to humanity, and women were
enslaved and
                                   punished.

   The battle between the brothers continued into the time of the Exodus.
The staff with the
    caduceus was also one of Moses' tools. (Yes, Moses, Aaron, and
Ankhenaton and his
children, Hatshepsut, are part of Enki's family.) Moses's staff, often
utilized by his brother,
   Aaron, was made famous for performing miracles. Another connection
between the staff
    and the serpents occured during the Exodus when the staff was seen to
transform into
   snakes. Aaron was high priest and had been trained in magick. He and
Moses received
instructions from Enki. (Moses and Ankhenaton are incarnational Vibrani
soul projections
                                related to Enki.)

Moses was contacted by both sides of the family during the Exodus.
Sometimes he didn't
   know who he was hearing or what to do. Enki and Enlil communicated
with him and this
    created confusion, separation of beliefs. Enki encouraged humanity to
have their own
connection with the source within themselves, and to live according to
the belief in the One
   God, All That Is. Enlil's (Jehovah) made threats and imposed actions
of violence against
those who did not follow his orders. Eventually, the people broke down
and chose to follow
      him out of fear. And we all know pretty much what has happened
since then, eh?

Luckily, the heritage of the caduceus lived on. In some versions the
staff is capped with a
   solar disk or even a crescent moon. Nisaba, one of Enki's daughters
and one of my past
lifetimes as a direct incarnational aspect of Enki (which I still am),
also held a similiar staff
topped with an "ankh." For some, the staff symbolized Hermes/Mercury.
Throughout time
   different civilizations in India, the Americas, Greece, Egypt,
including the great mystery
    schools and secret societies have renamed and used it. In
Christianity the archangel
Michael was associated with this staff. The sirens became the staff for
two serpents they
held in their hands. This staff was considered to be so powerful it was
able to raise up the
                                     dead.

   From this symbol of the serpent the power was transferred to the
symbol of the dragon,
who continued to hold the knowledge. The dragon could "divine." This is
one reason why
we say we and you are of "divine" heritage. You will see a version of
the caduceus as the
winged solar disk in Ancient Egypt, which incorporated the knowledge of
one's divinity and
   eternal soul, along with the traditional knowledge of what it stood
for. Therefore, you will
   see this symbol above arches and entrances into temples and royal
structures to remind
those who enter who they really are. And this means not only the DNA
connection to Enki
but the divine soul-being as coming from the Source, itself. The symbol
of the winged Isis
represents the female goddess, blood connection in birthing humans who
mated with "the
   gods." The first such goddess was Enki's sister, and one of his wives,
the great scientist,
Nin. The "ankh" came from Enki's name and is a key of how he and Nin
worked together
                      to create humans from the Neanderthal.

Enki and Enlil have worked for thousands of years to repair the damage
done to Earth and
   humanity by their squabbling. Enlil still gets impatient sometimes,
but he and Enki have
learned to respect one another and find ways of working together. It is
their hope that you,
    too, will overcome the "bad blood" between brothers, sisters,
families, which has long
    passed and see that you are truly of the same one family. All of it,
in all ways divine.

When you see the caduceus, know you are triggering your own genetic
memory and seeing
your heritage. Each one of you holds within you the DNA, in varying
degrees, the wisdom
    and ability to achieve eternal life, from Enki's line. Since Enki,
there have been other
    off-planet beings who added in their own DNA to the human species.
So, you are all a
    mixture - and all one family from the One God, and extraterrestrials.
Within you is the
     consciousness with which you can liberate yourselves through
knowledge, which the
            serpent of wisdom symbolizes, of who you are - the real
messiahs.

A New Way of Looking at Life....

My brother-in-law opened the bottom drawer of my sister's bureau and
lifted out a tissue-wrapped package.  "This," he said, "is not a slip.
This is lingerie."  He discarded the tissue and handed me the slip.  It
was exquisite; silk, handmade and trimmed with a cobweb of lace. The
price tag with an astronomical figure on it was still attached.  "Jan
bought this the first time we went to New York, at least 8 or 9 years
ago. She never wore it.  She was saving it for a special occasion.
Well, I guess this is the occasion."  He took the slip from me and put
it on the bed with the other clothes we were taking to the mortician.
His hands lingered on the soft material for a moment, then he slammed
the drawer shut and turned to me.  "Don't ever save anything for a
special occasion. Every day you're alive is a special occasion."

I remembered those words through the funeral and the days that followed
when I helped him and my niece attend to all the sad chores that follow
an unexpected death.  I thought about them on the plane returning to
California from the Midwestern town where my sister's family lives.  I
thought about all the things that she hadn't seen or heard or done.  I
thought about the things that she had done without realizing that they
were special.

I'm still thinking about his words, and they've changed my life.  I'm
reading more and dusting less.  I'm sitting on the deck and admiring the

view without fussing about the weeds in the garden.  I'm spending more
time with my family and friends and less time in committee meetings.
Whenever possible, life should be a pattern of experience to savor, not
endure.  I'm trying to recognize these moments now and cherish them.
I'm not "saving" anything; we use our good china and crystal for every
special event-such as losing a pound, getting the sink unstopped, or the

first camellia blossom.  I wear my good blazer to the market if I feel
like it.  My theory is if I look prosperous, I can shell out $28.49 for
one small bag of groceries without wincing.  I'm not saving my good
perfume for special parties; clerks in hardware stores and tellers in
banks have noses that function as well as my party-going friends.
"Someday" and "one of these days" are losing their grip on my
vocabulary.  If it's worth seeing or hearing or doing, I want to see and

hear and do it now.  I'm not sure what my sister would have done had she

known that she wouldn't be here for the tomorrow we all take for
granted.  I think she would have called family members and a few close
friends.  She might have called a few former friends to apologize and
mend fences for past squabbles.  I like to think she would have gone out

for a Chinese dinner, her favorite food.  I'm guessing--I'll never know.

It's those little things left undone that would make me angry if I knew
that my hours were limited.  Angry because I put off seeing good Friends

whom I was going to get in touch with-someday.  Angry because I hadn't
written certain letters that I intended to write-one of these days.
Angry and sorry that I didn't tell my husband and daughter often enough
how much I truly love them.

I'm trying very hard not to put off, hold back, or save anything that
would add laughter and luster to our lives.  And every morning when I
open my eyes, I tell myself that it is special.  Every day, every
minute,
every breath truly is...a gift.

If you've received this it is because someone cares and wants to thank
you for
holding my hand in thought, word, deed or feeling in this timeless
moment and it means
there is probably at least someone for whom you care.

"You've got to dance like nobody's watching, and love like it's never
going to hurt."  People say true friends must always hold hands, but
true friends don't need to hold hands because they know the other hand
will always be there.

It is in the Power of the True Hopi People to unify the minds and spirits of

**** On February 6, 1999, the world lost one of its leading messengers, for
nonviolence and the spiritual reawakening necessary to change the course of
human history off of the path towards total destruction and onto the path
towards true peace and harmony among all life, with the passing of 89 year
old Hopi Prophecy spokesman Thomas Banyacya.

Inspired by the great Hopi Elder Yukiuma whom he regarded as "The Hopi
Gandhi", Banyacya spent seven years in prison in the 1940's because of his
steadfast conscientious objection to registering for military service. After
the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki was seen by the Hopi spiritual
leaders as a fulfillment of their ancient prophecies about "the gourd of
ashes falling on the Earth two times", in December of 1948, those leaders
from the various Hopi villages and religious societies met for the first
time in history to compare their previously secret knowledge as per their
ancient instructions handed down through the generations.  Banyacya was
commissioned at that meeting to bring to the outside world the Message
of Peace and the warnings for humanity revealed at this meeting.   For the
rest of his life he firmly held true to this commitment, despite hardships
and criticisms, and traveled widely to carry their message and in the
process helped to inspire the revival of the traditional Indigenous American
cultures over the past decades.  Devoting himself totally to this mission,
he still lived a simple lifestyle and he and his family survived as best
they could in the traditional ways with some help from the minimal donations
of people who supported his work.

Banyacya felt that his life's mission was fulfilled, after decades of
unsuccessful attempts, when he was able to bring the Hopi message and
spokesmen to the United Nations (the "house of mica" predicted by the Hopi
prophecies) to deliver their messages in 1992 and 1993 in the context of the
gathering of global indigenous leaders who came on the occasion of the
United Nations designation of 1993 as the International Year of the World's
Indigenous Peoples and 1995-2004 as the International Decade of the World's
Indigenous Peoples.

His message was simple yet still inscrutable to the mind of "Western
Civilization", that all of the problems of modern society are rooted in an
error in human thinking clouded by attachments to the world of material
comforts and that to solve all of these problems we only have to reawaken
spiritually to the innate human/spiritual relationship to all life as our
relations, and to all people as one human race.  He was convinced that the
simple spiritually focused lifestyle is the only one which will survive in
these times of increasing wars, violence and even natural disasters brought
on by this error in human thinking.   His life was an inspiration, for so
very many people, to respect the ancient wisdom of the traditional
indigenous cultures of our beloved Mother Earth.  Decades before scientists
recognized the currently evident signs of global climate change he was
warning that the actions of industrial society would bring on the calamities
we now see all around the world with increasingly devastating storms,
earthquakes, etc.   Society would be well advised to heed this wisdom and
take action before it is too late.

The greatest tragedy of his passing is that the many documents he has
produced and accumulated over the years have not yet reached general pubic
attention, but with the capability of the internet today perhaps his wife
and children will get the help that they need to bring out these teachings

Greetings! We come to you with a message filled with bliss. The Heavens are
busy rejoicing in the many wonders that are planned for you. In your solar
system, we have repositioned our ships and re-calibrated their use. Much
careful planning is afoot. Many new star-nations have blessed us by
providing much-needed personnel. Our concern remains our ever-developing
kin. You are still engulfed in amnesia and filled, in most cases, with
rip-roaring denial. Adding to this situation is the continual cover-up by
your governments. There is also a misinformation campaign by your media.
These points are major, but we know when and where you are to reach a
magnificent threshold point. Many things are happening upon your world that
you don't understand. These special conditions make it possible for us now
to reorder and to regroup. These various points can be classified into three
sets. The first is the many sacred transformations that are going on in
Heaven. The second concerns the many changes in the Galactic Federation's
strategy. The third involves a multitude of changes currently happening upon
your world.

       The first grouping concerns major changes that are occurring in
Heaven. Since the reunion of your Galactic Spiritual Hierarchy during the
year of 4 Manik (1995-6), much has happened. Heaven's many dimensional
Administrations have been re-ordered in their jurisdictions and in their
responsibilities. Your aspect of physical Creation now has exactly 1,007
Administrations, instead of the old 888 Administrations. This was done to
accommodate those aspects of Heaven that had temporarily left to oversee the
dark. This modification has vastly shrunk the many dark realms in this part
of your reality. It has also signaled that the dark's minions will now
institute a very serious type of endgame. Out of this desperate endgame,
there comes the means to transform their darkness into Light. It is this
Light's merger with the original Light that creates an even greater Light.
Heaven is now busily preparing to celebrate this wonderful marriage. Your
part in this drama is quite crucial to its outcome. For this reason, Heaven
has sent a great set of emissaries to oversee and to assist you through your
coming travails.

       Heaven has been given edicts by Lord Siraya. These pronouncements
state that your reality has reached a point where it needs to be more
closely guided by your local Spiritual Hierarchy. The dark ones who remain
on your world are filled with tricks, deceit and other types of sordid
manipulations. They are determined to delay and/or prevent your emergence as
a fully-sentient people. To accomplish this tactic, they have been spreading
among you a number of potions and incantations designed to achieve their
heinous objectives. Heaven has countered with many degrees of ArchAngels,
Angels and Galactic Presences. These mighty warriors of Light are here to
inflict mortal wounds upon the most dastardly of these dark connivances.
Rest assured that this divine intervention can and shall turn the tide upon
what the dark is presently planning. The holy Light of the Creator decrees
the divine blueprint for your world. The dark's machinations are simply one
environment in which these prophesied events can occur. Keep in mind that
your sacred outcome is blessed by Heaven, and is inevitable.

       The second set involves what we, the Galactic Federation of Light, are
planning for your world. To start, we are completely dedicated to a massive
first contact as soon as divinely possible. To this end, we have profoundly
assisted in your transformation process. Our counselors and medical teams
have worked hand-in-hand with your local Spiritual Hierarchy. These
cooperative actions have permitted your populace to be on the verge of a
vast shift in its consciousness. In addition, we have closely monitored your
precious Mother Earth, along with the various elements that compose your
solar system. These actions have been largely clandestine. They have also
been covered up by your many governments and by allied scientific
organizations. The changes in your solar system and, especially, in your Sun
have caused a degree of rethinking of our current tactics. Further, the
growing instability of your planet has also been the source of much
discussion among us.

       These at times quite lively discussions were quite protracted and very
thorough. Much research was done on what any set of prescribed actions could
possibly create. As a result, we would now like to enlighten you on some of
the decisions that we have made. First, your Sun, despite the heroic actions
of our scientists and the many blessed Orders of Elohim, is in very bad
shape. We have done much to keep it intact. We also feel that it should
survive full exposure to the photon belt when called upon to do so. However,
nothing short of a complete shift of this reality can save it. Our
recommendation to your local Spiritual Hierarchy is to accelerate your
transformations on a vast scale or permit us to complete our contact as
quickly as possible. In addition, your much beloved Mother Earth deeply
desires to shift her reality. In many ways, she is as badly off as her much
larger and brighter sister - your Sun.

       Your planet is deeply suffering. Yet she is completely dedicated to
the transformation of her precious children. You have been entrusted into
her loving care. This dichotomy between her needs and yours cannot continue
much longer. We ask that you beseech your local Spiritual Hierarchy, as well
as your fellow inhabitants of Earth, to sanction your quick graduation. To
this end, we have repositioned and reordered our ships. The number and type
of craft is now much different than it was as little as three galactic
months ago. At a moment's notice, we are fully prepared to appear upon your
shores. Daily, we are observing every square inch (centimeter) of your
planet. We know how badly your biosphere is now deteriorating. We are fully
aware of how close your society is to shifting its consciousness. The amount
of effort you now need to accomplish your sacred task is still very
enormous.

       This plea brings us to our third and last category. You are changing
swiftly as a people. Your consciousness is daily rising in its awareness of
Spirit. Around you, many are putting together programs and organizations
that in a relatively short time can permit you to shift into a new reality.
The critical point becomes one of timing. In reality, there is not a whole
lot left for you to utilize. The dark knows exactly what we are hinting at.
Their obstructions and delays are based on what we mutually know.
Unfortunately, most of your planet's population has a minimal knowledge of
what is transpiring now. This part of your cosmic drama is one that you
should know about. However, the life-contracts to which you whole-heartily
agreed still leave this element from your door. Your local Spiritual
Hierarchy is completely confident that you can shift before it is too late.

       Therefore, we call upon you to pledge your continued commitment to
this most noble cause. Know that a thought-out and swiftly done strategy can
overcome the remaining time factors. Keep in mind that we, and the local
Administrations of Heaven, are your trump cards. A concerted effort on your
part is capable of accomplishing miracles. It can even ever so slightly
lengthen your present timeline. Knowing this, we are quite enthused by what
you are doing now. Our efforts are now focused on creating those conditions
that can provide you with some much-needed resources. In addition,
organizations have been, or are now forming that can assist you. Here, we
are setting intentions with Heaven that can permit these various elements to
work together to achieve these important objectives.

       Today, we have issued a vital call for action. Know that in your
important work you are not alone. Be aware of the dark and that it seeks to
delay you. Be also aware of your great strength and power. Know that
everywhere, elements of the Light exist which assure you of your power and
your eventual transformation of the dark. We leave you now with many
blessings. Grant, dear Creator, that everyone on Earth live in a realm of
perfect and complete Love. Grant, Holy Creator, that the people of Earth
live in a reality of exquisite Joy. Grant, Holy Creator, that they be given

Hey Everyone :)

     Things are really picking up speed on so many levels.  It appears as if
things truly are converging and that a new perceptual framwork is in the
process of unfolding {Omni-Dimensional Science & Spirituality}.  I
personally want to thank everyone for being out there, for caring, and for
seeking within ourselves to manifest the highest potential for our
individuality and this human species as well.  I for one know how difficult
it is to remain balanced and centered within these times of increased
energetic shifts.  It is my sincerest desire that we truly will be able to
unify our minds and our hearts and manifest through strategically
co-ordinated action aligned with a higher vision of our creation,
evolutionary development and potential destiny . . . a new world.  We have
waited thousands and thousands of years developing and acquiring soul
experiences within the illusion of polarity and seperation, climbing back up
the ladder after the previous cataclysmic occurrence.  It is time to rejoice
in the boundarylessness of all that is our true inherent and divine natures
as illumined souls inhabiting highly advanced physiological vehicles.
     Its Time to unlock those Dormant Genetics, Rotate those Energy Fields,
and bring Our Hearts Mind and Souls Into Resonance with the Original
Intended Blueprint of the Human Species and Universal Schematic Model...

WAYNE’S OCCASIONAL EARTH DYNAMICS REPORT
February 20-21, 1999
Following is a brief report of current earth movements and other
environmental interactions, compiled from a number of readily-available
sources.  The purpose of this report is to expand the awareness that earth
is a conscious, living being and that our interaction is creative.  From
time to time there will be conjecture as to those interrelationships.  Each
person’s interpretation is their own responsibility.  It is my belief that
the earth expresses the state of consciousness of humanity, not only
metaphorically, but in actuality.  While there are cycles of activity that
are most likely already set in motion, the state of our consciousness has a
direct effect on the impact.

There may be periods when the report is not issued.  I will be happy to
provide the list of resources so that each may do their own research. Please
ask to have your name removed from this list if you do not want to receive

Sun-Earth Rhythms

Recent developments ( http://www.dxlc.com/solar/ &
http://www.sec.noaa.gov/today.html )

The geomagnetic field was quiet on February 20 and 21, averaging about a
level 2.  Electron flux has been extremely quiet, almost ‘flatlining.’ Solar
wind speed ranged between 404 and 519 km/sec.  There has been a minor
disturbance just before midnight 2/21, which raised the geomagnetic field to
level 3 for about 3 hours.

Solar activity was low. Region 8457 was quiet and in slow decay, the region
will rotate off the visible disk today. Region 8458 was mostly unchanged
still with an area of opposite polarity just in front of the leader spot. C
and M flares are possible over the next 2 days until the region rotates too
far behind the west limb. Region 8462 did not change significantly and is
capable of at least C class flaring. Regions 8463, 8466 and 8467 were quiet
and stable. Region 8464 decayed quickly. New region 8468 emerged in the
northwest quadrant and seems to be quite unstable. It hasn't yet produced
flares but should be capable of C class flaring.

Flares and CMEs

A total of 11 C flares were recorded on February 20. Early in the day two
optically uncorrelated and closely spaced C8 flares were observed. Then at
0406 UTC region
8458 was the origin of a C8.2 flare. The accompanying CME was fairly small
and was observed only over the west limb.

Forecast

Long distance medium wave (AM) band propagation along east-west paths over
high and
upper middle latitudes is poor.

1) Effects from a coronal hole could reach earth within the next 5 days:
0-20%
2) Material from a CME is likely to impact earth within 96 hours: 0-20%
3) There is a possibility of either M or X class flares within the next 48
hours: 20-60%

Solar Activity Forecast: solar activity is expected to be low. There is
slight chance of region 8462 producing another isolated m-class event.

Geophysical Activity Forecast: the geomagnetic field is expected to vary
from quiet to active levels for the next 2 days. A high speed stream from a
well positioned coronal hole may affect the near earth environs in the next
24-48 hours. Conditions should return to quiet to unsettled on the 3rd day.


Significant Earthquake Activity

Global Quakes 4.0 and above (USGS): Global seismicity stepped up a bit after
the strong magnetic storms of 2-3 days ago. However, magnitudes have
averaged below “normal” during that period, except for the 6.4 magnitude
quake that hit in the Loyalty Islands Region just after midnight, Universal
Time.  California has been relatively quite seismically.  Following is the

Three Feared Dead From Bolivian Landslides
(Discovery Channel Online)

Feb. 18, 1999 -- Three people were feared dead and 160 others were left
isolated when a series of landslides struck Bolivia over the weekend.
Passengers in at least 500 vehicles were also left stranded when several
slides destroyed a 13-mile (20 km) stretch of the Cochabamba-Santa Cruz
highway, prompting trapped motorists to climb their way out to safety.
Initial reports of three casualties have not been confirmed by disaster
officials, who have been working feverishly to unearth cars from the area.
Officials were forced to airlift tents and food to 160 residents when one of
the massive slides caused several bridges to collapse in their communities.

Active Volcanoes:

Colima, Mexico: In last the 24 hours there were two explosive events took
place, neither of which exceeded the area of established security. The
latest reports indicate that the volcanic seismicity has descended
significantly. Nevertheless, the Advisory Scientific Committee continues
with its recommendation to the State System of Civil Protection to maintain
the evacuation of the communities of Marijuana Causenta, Atenguillo, the
Fresnal, the Brotherhood, Juan Barragán, the Summer pasture, the Males, the
Alpizahue, the Saucillo and the Borbollón, all within a radius of about 10
km.

Mt. Etna Media Hype: Spectacular video footage of Etna's ongoing eruption
from the eruptive fissure on the southeastern base of the SE Cone has been
shown in international television news during the past few days. Apparently
some of these news services mentioned lava flows "from a crack on the
northeast side" of the volcano, as well as a high probability that Etna is
building for a major eruption. There are two bits of false information here.
First, the crack is on the southeastern side, and there is absolutely no
activity on the northeastern side. Second, there are no indications that
Etna will produce a major eruption in the near future. However, it is true
that lava continues to flow from the eruptive fissure into the Valle del
Bove: yesterday evening a new surface flow began to spill down the steep
western side of the Valle del Bove, and the flow front is slightly below
2000 m elevation, near the Monti Centenari, a cluster of cinder cones that
formed during an eruption in 1852-1853.

163.1E, moving SW at 12 knots.  It has sustained winds of 65 knots, with
gusts to 80 knots, projected to diminish in strength. Waves are currently 21
feet high.


Mexico Closes Two Gulf Ports Due To Bad Weather

MEXICO CITY, Feb 21 (Reuters) - Harbor masters closed two ports on the Gulf
of Mexico to heavy shipping on Sunday because of high winds and heavy seas,
the Mexican Transport Ministry (SCT) said. An SCT statement said Tampico and
nearby Altamira, some 220 miles (350 km) northeast of Mexico City, were
closed because of bad weather.

the environmental world by approving the use of genetically engineered crops
by the Monsanto Company and Novartis, among others, in 1995. Today, after a
few years of the use of these plants in commercial agriculture, an
environmental calamity may be in progress. The genie is out of the bottle,

The above article brings memories of watching the 40’s emerge and what
dreams we all had of the future: “the wonderful new technologies are going
to bring us the life of our dreams.”  Scientists like Albert Einstein were
creating a whole new image of how the world worked. Architects like
Buckminster Fuller and Frank Lloyd Wright were the visionaries for our
future civilization. And now, 50 years later, we can experience the results
of our efforts.  Some would say that it has been a 50-year experiment that
failed.  Yet, much of the world is experiencing economic prosperity and many
people are living quite happily.  And the seeds that the Einsteins and
others planted are beginning to be realized.

One of the readers of this report recently asked my opinion on the various
maps that have been drawn depicting substantial earth changes {Daniel Ryan
dryan@...}.  I was in the process of responding to him earlier this
evening when I felt that the answer could be given for the whole group.

“In answer to your question #1:  I have seen the various maps published, in
addition to some others not published.  They are amazingly consistent in
their depiction and timing of the major earth changes.  I believe that they
are picking up on a very real potential that is held in our minds and
consciousness.  By publishing the maps, it helps to reinforce that image in
other minds and helps to create the energy for its manifestation.  Unless
consciousness changes rather drastically in the very near future, I believe
that much of what is depicted will happen.  However, I also believe that it
still does not have to be that way; it is only the result of current
thinking and trends.  I would agree that there will have to be drastic
action for calamity to be avoided.  One way or another, the earth has to be
cleared of the mentality of waste and limitation—which engender disease and
the fear-control cycle—so it may move toward a mentality of regeneration and
abundance. I believe that the new pattern which emerges, either through the
experience of disaster and chaos or through new realizations of community
consciousness, must be a transcendent experience akin to the experience of
ascension.  It will likely be a holographic experience in which we will be
consciously connected as a community of beings for common purpose.”

The whole picture of relationships would suddenly be comprehensible, as
holographic consciousness allows connection with all information everywhere
all the time: one simply knows.  Right now, the issues of the planet seem so
complex and incomprehensible to most, that we cannot know the consequences
of our actions.  Einstein again: “The most incomprehensible thing about the
world is that it is comprehensible.”  In other words, once you can see the
whole, what was previously complex becomes simple.  So, for the planet to be
healed, there must be a world-wide expansion of consciousness to encompass
the ‘global community.’  This happens in small, comprehensible communities
across the globe and builds momentum geometrically, just as synapses in the
brain and fibers of networks on the Internet expand awareness until they
reach a critical mass for the shifts to occur more and more rapidly.  As
this momentum builds, we will be able to tackle the larger issues as a whole
systems solution because our consciousness will be at a different level than
when we created the problems. One more Einstein piece of wisdom to hammer
home the point: "We will not solve the problems of the world from the same
level of thinking we were at when we created them"

I also like the following juxtaposed quotes from Buckminster Fuller and
Albert Einstein because they remind me how change is created:

"You never change anything by fighting the existing. To change something,
build a new model and make the existing obsolete."

Like in “Field of Dreams”: “build it and they will come.”  We must focus our
efforts on building a new model of relationships to each other and to the
earth, otherwise the earth will be so sick and depleted of life that it
cannot support us and many will not survive.

As I was thinking about what to write this evening, I thought of the work by
Peter Russell in “The Global Brain Awakens” and how the growth of the
Internet parallels the growth of the human brain, opening possibilities
never before imagined.  It is a critical piece in the evolution of our
planet.  A few minutes after I began writing this commentary, an email came
in from Red ANAHUAK Net.  I decided to check it and how should it begin but
by the following:

There must be something in the waves for that juxtaposition of thought
patterns to have happened.

Greetings! In the mist of the holy Light of Lights, we come! We are the
Nine. We
are the Holy Council of Lord Siraya from the sacred realm of A-I-O-N. We
come to
you on this glorious day from the Great Blue Lodge of Sirius. As we speak,
much
is happening to you, dear children. The Creator has blessed you with many
things. The most important of these is your individual sovereignty. Within
it,
there lies the crown of your creation. This is the blazing jewel that
embodies
who you are. This True Self is now integrating your physical and spiritual
bodies. From this sacred union, a wonder-filled event is destined to occur.
This
event is known to many of you as the Ascension. To us, it is the day of
Re-membrance. It is the end of your long journey from the deceit of Atlantis
to
the promise of a new Golden Age. Much have you suffered in this Journey, and
much have you learned. What we would like to do today is to review the
origins
of some of your past karma, as well as how we are all now transforming it.
This
great task begins with the Empires of Atlantis.
       Atlantis is a land that had the potential to be many things. The ones
it
chose dealt with the concepts of greed, survival and power. These choices
were
in opposition to Lemuria's abundance, harmony and mutual co-operation. Dear
Ones, these Atlanteans were the essence of what you now are. As you change

karma, you are changing the whole purpose of the Atlantean elites. This

has come to learn about the problem of Atlantis (its karma), and to solve it

transforming
not only your reality, but also all of Creation. This process is one that

when this holy planet was formed from the debris of your solar system. The
planetary and solar Elohim fashioned a most exquisite gem. Lord Michael gave
it
a great task, and we watched over it.
       Your local Spiritual Hierarchy was taken from the holy realm of
A-I-O-N.
It has performed its tasks as planned. We deeply thank them for carrying out
the
divine edicts of the Creator's divine plan. You are now the keepers of what
your
Spiritual Hierarchy had begun - Lord Michael's great task. This task is to
combine dark and Light together in a new and most unique manner. To do this,
you
needed Light (Lemuria) and darkness (Atlantis). You needed to learn from the
dark by submitting to its harsh rule. This rule has gone on for nearly 13
millennia. Under its yoke, you have long endured the dark lessons of limited
consciousness. You have learned about death, fear and anxiety. From these
qualities, there have come lack, powerlessness and uncertainty. Your society
has
experienced wars, divisions and pestilence. These are the illusory powers of
the
dark. You have made them real and garnered their knowledge in your very
souls.
Now, it is time to take these elements and to use them for your own
purposes. It
is time to keep what is needed and to transform them into something grand.
       Dear Ones of the Light, what you have endured is something unique in
this
galaxy. Keep in mind your task and from it, understand what you are doing.
Light
created physicality as a mirror land. It is meant to reflect what you see
and
what you wish to know. In its shadows, there lie the clues to its own
transformation. These clues involve your state of consciousness. They
concern
the powers that you have. They relate to the very nature of the dark. To
start,
dear ones, look inside and compare it to this current reality. See it as two
very realistic dreams. Ask yourself which dream is more real. Ask yourself
how
you wish to make one dream real and how you wish to fold the other in to it
(in-tu-it). Then ask these same questions as a group. Learn about the two
levels
of who you are - an individual and a collective Being. Understand that all
fear
and lack are illusory. You are a most powerful and creative Being - a
veritable
essence of the Holy Creator. You are here to awaken and to become all of
your
magnificent potential.
       Consciousness, dear Lights, is the reason for Creation. It is this
same
consciousness which unfolds the divine WILL of its Creator. You are moving
into
a vast awakening of what you are. Organizations have formed, and even more
are
forming, to assure that this process is accomplished at a divine time. We
are
here with all of Creation to assist you in your great procedures. This task
of
raising your consciousness is not an easy one. Along the way, your gleaning
of
the dark's wisdom has permitted you to forget your divine mission. That
leads us
to the task of Heaven. We are here to do those agreed-upon activities that
allow
you to remember who you are and what you are doing. Your potential is ever
present. It is a consciousness field that even the dark has cultivated for
its
own purposes. Because of all the travails given you by the dark, you have
grown
in knowledge, in wisdom and in faith. It is no wonder that you are
accomplishing
miracles.
       As you raise your awareness, dear ones, it naturally leads you to
higher
and higher levels of your potential. In fact, this potential has reached a
threshold where it is now driving you to complete your divine task. This
process, dear Lights, is self-organizing and fits into the sacred order of
the
divine plan. A key to this process is to forgive and bless the ways of the
dark.
They are here to teach, to show, and to conduct you into their ways. They
have
done well. Now, bless them and allow them to transform into what they are -
a
divine part of you. From this forgiving and allowing, there comes the wisdom
to
be aware of the nature of the Light. The Light is all that is real. The
Light is
the very essence of the Creator. In the physical, the Light has two parts,
what
you call Light and dark. We would like to call each a divine aspect of the
other. Light and dark have come to fulfill the sacred blueprint of Creation.
       The next part of your task, dear children, is to learn your wisdom.
Use it
to create your new reality. This present time is merely one of a grand
transition. It is a time to analyze. It is a time to create. It is a time to
do.
Use these precious moments to understand yourself better. Use these moments
to
come together and to form networks of consciousness that express the divine
Light in all of you. You, dear hearts, are a most amazing group of Beings.
Your
potential is almost endless and it can do much great work. With what you
possess, you can reach to the very realms of A-I-O-N to complete your sacred
task. We in Heaven consider it a most blessed privilege to assist you in
your
work. The rest of this period of transition will show you many surprises and
many more joys. Together, we shall accomplish many amazing acts that can
manifest the prophecies of the Creator.
       Life is a process of experience, acquired knowledge and expressed
wisdom.
It has many different aspects. It occurs in many wonderful ways. It is
filled
with all things that bring you to Love and to your divine essence. In it,
you
are immortal, sovereign, and a divine Oneness. You share all that you are
with
each other and benefit mutually from that experience. Dear Ones, you are
moving
into a realm of such immense beauty and harmony. Life sings its sacred song
and
leads you to the very throne of Creation. From this realm of your True Self,
you
have branched out into the multitude realities of the physical. Now you are
about to enjoin Spirit into this essence. Your wisdom is unfolding the
divine
plan. It is manifesting a will that can only lead to the glorious
fulfillment of
the sacred divine WILL of the Creator.
       Dear Ones, it is time to complete our message. As we depart, we ask
you to
call upon Heaven's grace and to forgive all that has caused you grief in
physicality. Bond with the dark in ways that bring your Light into it.
Permit
your glorious Lineage to transform this dark into a greater and more
profound
Light. Then bring it to Heaven, and show your glorious new entity to us. Let
us
bless it and transform this reality into the golden white Light that it is
meant
to be. We now leave you with many blessings. May you be forever bathed in
the
divine perfect Love of the Creator. May you be forever surrounded by the
wondrous Joy of Heaven. May you be forever cast in a realm of endless
Prosperity

             Our Mission, Purpose and Directive

             The Ashtar Command is the airborne division of the Great
             Brother/Sisterhood of Light, under the administrative direction
of
             Commander Ashtar and the spiritual guidance of Lord Sananda,
know to
             Earth as Jesus, or the Christ, our Commander-in-Chief. Composed
of
             millions of starships and personnel from many civilizations, we
are
             here to assist
             Earth and humanity through the current cycle of planetary
cleansing
             and polar realignment. We serve like midwives in the birthing of

             capable of ascending into the fifth dimension along with the

             1. We are the Hosts of Heaven who serve the Most Radiant One

             Christ) in his mission of love. We work in coordination with the
             legions of Michael, Uriel, Jophiel, Gabriel and the 70
Brotherhoods
             of Light that administer the Divine Plan. We serve by monitoring

             stablizing the planetary grid systems and serve as protectors of
             this universal sector. Different fleets within the Command
             specialize in spiritual education, ascension, scientific survey,
             communication, monitoring planetary affairs, and the well-being

             2. A major focus at this time is the activation of the
collective
             Messiah, the 144,000 ascended masters(referred to as Eagles

             the Command) who form the Legion of Special Volunteers. These

             the star-seeded emissaries from the Office of the Christ,

             the interstellar Councils of Light, here on earth assignment.
Their
             awakening is crucial to the transition of the planet. Hence, we
and
             our
             earth-based representatives are here to facilitate the awakening
of
             the Eagles and other Light servers. Our mission administers the
             sacred ordiances of the Lord God Most High and functions through
the
             Elohim, the Councils of Orion, the Great Central Sun hierachy
and
             Order of Melchizedek.

             3. We acknowledge that God, the Source, is one omnipresent,
eternal
             life force, universally recognized by many names and forms.

             4. We affirm that there is one "only begotten Son of God," as
pure
             unconditional love extended throughout creation. The Lord God of
the
             highest positive realms of spirit created and extended only
love.

             This Son of God exists as a state of divine consciousness or
             Chrishood exemplified by divine embodiments such as Jesus,
Sanada,
             Maitreya, Krishna and others. These and all true teachers or
avatars
             represent a multidimensional collective of love-wisdom,
focalized
             and extended through the Office of the Christ. This office, as
well
             as other divine thrones of celestial administration, is anchored
by
             a trinity. Currently the Office of the Christ is held by Lord
Jesus,
             Lord Moses and Lord Elijah. The current planetary christ is Lord
             Maitreya. These Christed energies are held as well by Lord
Kuthumi
             and others as our cycle progress into the future and the new
             hierachy of masters take their places.) Lord Sathva Sai Baba,
             currently residing in South India,
             manifests cosmic Christhood and also Father-Mother Godhood as an
             extremely rare full avatar, known as the Kalkhi Avatar or tenth
             incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The Christ also manifests as the
             individualized soul within mankind with the potential of
expressing
             perfect sonship, or Christhood. The collective Messiah consists
of
             those 144,000 ascended masters who accompany the Christ or
appointed
             Messiah on a
             mission of love. These constitute the true church or body of
Christ.
             This body of divine sonship is not limited to 144,000, but
requires
             that minimum number to leaven and give rise to the loaf of
humanity
             (the ascension) or shift into a new paradigm. The door of grace
is
             open to any who would step forth and choose conscious sonship.

             (The term son, father and mankind refer not to gender but to the
             directive spiritual function, punusha, or spirit. Prakrithi, or
             material creation, refers to the receptive spiritual function
know
             by the terms daughter, mother, goddess, Shakti etc. through
which
             spirit is birthed
             into form as the son-daughter of God, soul or Christ principal.
As
             there seems to be much controversy regarding these issues, we
have
             wished to bring some light and clarity. We of the Ashtar Command
             simply refer to the Christ as the Most Radiant One or the
Beloved.)

             5. We teach that in highest truth, you have never left the heart
of
             God. As rays of God Source, we have the divine function of
extending
             God's love throughout the cosmos.

             (The belief in separation we refer to as the father of all lies
and
             the root cause of all fear and negativity or ignorance,
expressed as
             what we refer to as the ego or false self.)

             We practice the one true religion of unconditional love. We ever
             strive to inspire faith and trust in the One Source and in the
             divine purpose and plan. Our message is always a positive one of
             hope and affirmation. We encourage your worship of God along the
             path of your preference, for we have not come to start yet
another
             religion! We ask not to be set apart, idolized or worshipped,
but to
             be respected and seen as your elder brothers and sisters in
survive
             to the One God.

             6. We are universal ambassadors of peace, peacemakers and
             peacekeepers. Our spaceships have no defense mechanisms
whatsoever.
             Our committment to complete harmlessness in thought, word and
deed
             serves as its own protection. We ever encourage unity, harmony
and
             the peaceful co-existence of all.

             7. The terms "command" and "commanders" refer to our
self-elected
             duty of being in command of ourself and responsible for our
             positions of trust and stewardship at e command of the Lord God
Most
             High and the Most Radiant
             One. (In no way do these terms imply an attitude of militancy.)
A
             true commander walks in a spirit of humility and service in
purest
             attunement to the divine directive.

             8. We abide strictly within Confederation policy of
noninterference
             with free will. While we may point out the possible consequences
of
             some of your choices of action, we allow you to live, express
and
             govern your lives and planet as you choose. The only exception
would
             be if your actions could jeopardize survival of your planet and
             populations a
             whole or have repercussions throughout the rest of the solar
system.
             We are, however, always available to respond to your specific
             requests for assistance. We are enthusiastic about joining with
you
             in more conscious interaction and cocreative endeavour.

             9. We honor all life and all people as inherently divine. We
             recognize but one race, the race of humanity - heavenly
universal
             Man.

             We celebrate the great diversity within creation and honor all
             races, colors, creeds and governmental forms which honor
individual
             right to freedom of expression and human rights. We love you
             unconditionally and hold the vision of Earth and its humanity as
             living, ascended, whole and joyously radiant in abundance and
             freedom.

             10. We are the guardian action shepherding your Earth. ASH means
             shepherd, a Melchizedek elder. Ashtar is a code name for the one
who
             oversees as commander the administrative fleets of the Most
Radiant
             One, Sananda. Athena is the counterpart energy of Ashtar and is
the
             aspect often sent forth into objective form to serve by sharing
             wisdom through
             teaching and activating the starseed. Thus Ashtar and Athena can
             function separately or as two rays combined in one form, the
code
             name for this function being Ashtar-Athena; or they can function
             upon cosmic
             levels as a vast oversoul consciousness or star family of Ashtar
and
             Athena encodements. The name often seen linked with Ashtar's,
             SherAn, is a code name that refers to one who has come into this
             universal sector to assist in resurrecting and ascending a
planetary
             world from the involutionary codes of 666, into those of
             resurrectied life
             eternal, or 999, thereby resplicing, as it were, a planetary
world
             back into the tree of life everlasting. It specifically refers
to
             one working with the energies of salvation, the restoral of a
world
             to the Divine Plan through the Christ pattern. The lineage of
             AN or ON appears at the beginning and ending of major cycles as
             teachers of the universal law of Oneness. We do not have
             names as you understand them. We have code designations which
             represent our divine functions.

             11. We function as units of divine purpose joined by unified
             intention and total harmony. The status any of us may hold is
             solely, a result of spiritual purity and integration. The same
is
             also true for you. When one is in clear alignment with Source,
one
             becomes a channel or conduit for the flow of greater divine
             empowerment. When one is clogged with the debris of ego, that
divine
             flow will seek a clearer conduit. Neither we nor our Earth-based
             representatives are authorized to promote or demote anyone! Each
of
             us is accountable only to the Lord God within. Thus you and we
share
             a common task: to transcend the
             lesser self, to maintain spiritual clarity, and to always focus
upon
             selfless, loving service. We all came divinely endowned with all
             that we truly need to ascend into ever more glorious states of
             being; an eternal divine spirit, a heart, and freedom of choice.
For
             this reason we do not
             encourage dependency upon outer technologies, whether spiritual
or
             material. To ascend, you need only a pure heart filled with the
love
             of God and shared with your fellow man.

             12. Our major teaching and message is spiritual, focusing upon
the
             recognition, realization and embodying of the divine self. This
is
             an individual task of spiritual infusion. For earth's humanity,
this
             means the integration of the energies of the soul and high self
into
             the
             physical, emotional and mental bodies and trascending from the
third
             and fourth dimension into the fifth dimension of the Adam
Kadmon, or
             state of perfected Manhood. This is accomplished by gradually
             training oneself to vibrate at only the highest levels of pure
love
             and light. We continue in a similar manner at cosmic levels. The
             process is ongoing.

             13, The administrative levels of the Ashtar Command function
from
             divine and cosmic dimensions and can best be understood as
celestial
             or angelic in nature. At these levels we function as Councils of
             Light, collectives of divine purpose and holy endeavour. We
function
             as pure
             love and light, existing in what you call ascended (or
nondescended)
             etheric and immortal bodies of light. Being multidimensional, we
can
             raise or lower our vibrations to any dimensional plane in order
to
             manifest in service.

             14. The Ashtar Command, also know as the Intergalactic
Federation
             and the Solar Cross Fleets, is composed of personnel
representing
             many dimensions, civilizations and points of cosmic origin. We
have
             thousands of Earth-based and Earth-born representatives here as
             volunteers to assist
             with the planetary ascension. We have commanders, walk-ins and
             embodied rays of some of the commanders who function often from
             oversoul levels. Our major characteristics are joyous service,
             serenity, radiance and, above all else, goodwill and love.

             There are many extraterrestrial civilizations visiting and
observing
             earth during its transformation and ascension. Some are curious
             observers, some genetic scientists gathering data, some
scientific
             survey teams and others of various degrees of nonascended
             evolvement. Any being that brings in energies of fear,
foreboding,
             depresssion or
             coercion is NOT aligned with the Ashtar Command! Our energy
             signature is always one of love. We play no part whatsoever in
             scenarios of abduction, implantation, manipulation, intimidation
or
             any type of mental control. We are not fortunetellers, nor will
we
             ever tell you what you must or should do. We may point out areas
             where your service could be useful, if you so choose. Always and
             ever we honor your free will and right to choose to live your
own
             life in your own manner. Likewise, we place no judgment upon
what
             you do. That is between you and God. We don't keep score.

             15. Trust yourself if you would interact with us. Trust your
             intuitive inner knowing, for we communicate through telethought
             transmissions or telepathic impression. Our transmissions may
sound
             like ringing tones, Morse code in your ears or head, or like
your
             own thoughts.

             (However, our consel is ever divinely affirming, positive and
             loving.) We also communicate through a language of light that
can
             appear as pictograms within your mind, which you then interpret
and
             express in your own words and concepts. We can also place you
within
             a transmission beam so that you are beamed messages from our
ships
             or minds to your typewriter, computer or pen and paper! We will
             transmit our messages to you if you sincerely present yourself
with
             a pure heart and wish to serve as a transmitter of our message.

             16. We and our starships are invisible to you unless you raise y
our
             frequency to match the level we are maintaining or vice versa!
By
             raising or lowering our vibrations we can seem to appear or
             disappear. You can only see and hear upon the dimensional level
that
             matches your frequency. As you learn to operate and modulate
your
             frequency to include more multidimensional bands, you will
discover
             the many life
             forms that share the cosmos with you. You will also learn, as we
             have, to materialize and dematerialize and create with your mind
             whatever you need. We are not limited by time, space, distance
or
             size. Thus we can appear as a tiny spark, a glowing bubble, a
form
             as large as a skyscraper
             or in a city-sized mothership! Our starships are called
merkabah,
             lightbody vehicles of great beauty, molded of our harmony and
love
             to serve our missions and unified intention. They are as real at
our
             level as your environment is to you at your! Sometimes our
starships
             partially densify so as to appear as stationary lenticular (or
             other) cloud formations or as a rainbow shimmer. We can also
densify
             to land upon third-dimensional Earth or within the forth
dimension
             as well. We can look like a bright star flashing red, white and
             green or appear as your familiar flying disks. Our ships are
always
             very radiant and beautiful, glowing with an aura of safety and
             friendliness.

             17. We send you messages of love and wisdom via cropcircles or
snow
             and ice circles. We also form messages within your skies. These
will
             continue and increase until your planet realizes that you are
not
             alone, that you are loved and part of a plan more beautiful and
             wondrous than you could have ever imagined. We have attempted in
             this transmission to
             convey to you a little of our heart's purpose. Please receive
our
             love which we offer so freely to each one of you upon your
beautiful
             planet.

             In summation, you may know us as the Christ forces on a mission
of
             love. We are the celestial heralds of the good news of God's
love
             for all creation and of the entering of your world into an era
of
             peace and goodwill for all.

Science and Consciousness

For those who believe, no proof is necessary,
For those who do not believe, no proof is possible.


For centuries it has been assumed that the material world is the 'real
world', and that world of the mind somehow -- in ways we know not how --
arises from the world of matter. I believe this worldview is slowly, and
inevitably, being turned inside out. We are being forced to the conclusion
that mind is as fundamental as matter -- in some ways, more fundamental.

To most of us immersed in the contemporary worldview this may seem a very
bold assertion; unbelievable, possibly crazy even. It appears to contradict
everything we know, and run totally counter even to common-sense. But
remember that Copernicus's notions initially seemed unbelievable and totally
contrary to the established worldview. What to us, today, seems, so
obvious -- namely, that the Earth is orbiting the sun -- was unthinkable
only half a millennium ago. [The Copernican Revolution]

The Superparadigm
The Copernican Revolution is the classic example of what Thomas Khun called
a “paradigm shift”. Current paradigms such as Darwin's theory of evolution,
quantum theory, Big Bang cosmology, and the genetic code, are each
dominating beliefs within a particular branch of science. But beneath these
various worldviews lies an even deeper belief. It is the belief that the
material world is the real world, and that space, time, matter and energy
constitute the fundamental framework of reality. When we fully understand
the functioning of this material world, we will, it is claimed, be able to
explain everything in the cosmos.

This is the belief upon which all our other scientific paradigms are based.
It is, therefore, more than just another paradigm; it is, in effect, a
"superparadigm".

So successful has this superparadigm been at explaining just about
everything we see in the world around us, it is seldom, if ever questioned.
When it comes to the non-material world of the mind, however, the model begi
ns to encounter difficulties. It has very little to say about subjective
experience, the thoughts that pass through our minds, our feelings and
intuitions, or human self-awareness. It is simply assumed that once we know
everything there is to know about the functioning of the nervous system, all
these questions will be answered.

Many see the paranormal, such as telepathy, clairvoyance, distant healing,
and precognition as the anomaliesthat will send the old paradigm crashing.
But they are not truly anomalies -- not yet, at least. Although there is
mounting scientific evidence their favor, they are still far from being
universally accepted. As things stand, the paranormal is only a potential
anomaly.

There is, however, one very serious anomaly that everyone accepts, and that
the current superparadigm is at a complete loss to explain -- namely, our
own consciousness. Even if we were able to account for paranormal phenomena
within the current worldview, and even if we were able to trace the
neurophysiological correlates of every conscious experience, there would
still remain the thorny question of consciousness itself.

There is nothing in the physical sciences that predicts living systems
should have any form of inner experience. Furthermore, there is no easy way
to explain how consciousness can arise from inanimate matter. Yet the
evidence for the existence of consciousness is irrefutable.

If there is nothing we are more certain of than consciousness; there is also
nothing that is harder to explain. Consciousness seems to have no place at
all in the space-time-matter-energy framework of the contemporary science.
This is the paradox of consciousness. Science exists only because of
consciousness, yet consciousness is not to be found anywhere in science.
Scientists find themselves in the strange position of being confronted daily
by the indisputable fact of their own consciousness, yet with no means to
account for it.

This has been dubbed the "hard question". How does something as unconscious
as matter give rise to something as immaterial as consciousness? The two
could not be more fundamentally different.

As far as the materialist superparadigm is concerned, consciousness is the
great anomaly.

Defending the Superparadigm
The ways in which western science has dealt with the problem of
consciousness are reminiscent of the ways the medieval astronomers dealt
with the problem of planetary motion. For the most part it has ignored
consciousness completely -- and with apparently good reasons.

First, consciousness cannot be observed in the way that material entities
can It cannot be weighed, measured, or otherwise pinned down. Second,
science has sought to arrive at universal "objective" truths, independent of
any particular observer's viewpoint or state of mind. So it has deliberately
avoided subjective considerations. And third, matter seems to get on quite
well without consciousness. We can, it is believed, come to a full
understanding of the material universe without having to explore this
troublesome subject.

In recent years, as developments in physics, psychology, neurophysiology and
other sciences have shown that consciousness cannot be quite so easily
ignored or sidelined, the subject is beginning to creep on to the scientific
agenda, and various lines of approach are being explored to try to account
for this perplexing phenomenon. Some look to quantum physics. This is one
area where there appears to be a possible interplay of consciousness with
material reality. Perhaps the minute microtubules recently discovered inside
nerve cells could act as waveguides, creating quantum coherence in water
molecules, which might somehow contribute to consciousness (though exactly
how is unclear). Some look to computing theory and suggest that
consciousness emerges from the complexity of the brain's information
processing. Others find sources of hope in chaos theory. While many believe
that a deeper understanding of neurophysiology will yield up the secrets of
the mind. But whatever model is put forward, the thorny question still
remains as to why any physical process, quantum or otherwise, should give
rise to subjective experience. The really hard problem remains unsolved.

The continued failure of these various approaches to made any appreciable
headway into the problem of consciousness suggests that they may all be on
the wrong track. They all assume that consciousness somehow arises from, or
is dependent upon, the world of space-matter-time-energy. In one way or
another they are trying to accommodate the anomaly of consciousness within
an intrinsically materialist worldview. Like the mediaeval astronomers who
kept on adding more and more epicycles, the underlying superparadigm is
seldom, if ever, questioned.

A Shifting Superparadigm
Today we may be on the threshold of a major shift in superparadigm; a
fundamental revolution in worldview that could well be even more
far-reaching than the Copernican Revolution, and one that promises to
shatter all our beliefs about the nature of reality. Half a millennium ago,
the old model of the cosmos was turned inside-out, placing the sun, not the
earth, at the center of things. Today it is our whole model of reality that
is threatened with a complete inversion. In the new model consciousness
becomes as fundamental to the cosmos as space, time, energy and matter -- in
some respects even more fundamental.

Strange as this may sound to those of immersed in the current materialist
worldview, we should remember that it was not so very long ago that the
notion that the earth was another planet spinning through space was regarded
with similar misgivings.

All the key ingredients for the new model are already in place. We are not
waiting on new discoveries All that we need is to put the various pieces
together and look at the new picture of reality that emerges.

The foundation stone of the this new model is an understanding of how we
perceive and interpret reality. Advances in physics, psychology, and
philosophy have shown that we deceive ourselves in many ways. Reality, we
shall discover, is not what it seems.

PINEAL GLAND, THIRD EYE?
The Bridge between the Physical and Spiritual Reality

The parapsychologist Serena Roney-Dougal has since 1978 been studying the
     pineal gland and its significance for the appearance of psychic
phenomena.
     She has, amongst other things, found that it produces a substance that
is
     virtually identical with the active principle in ayahuasca, a drink that
is
     used by several South American native people. They use it to be able to
     leave the body and obtain contact with the psychic world.

     Serena has worked within the field of parapsychology for 26 years,
studying,
     researching and teaching. Born and raised in Scotland she is now since
17
     years living in Glastonbury, England.
         In her book' Where Science and Magic meet' from 1991 she writes:
         " I am very interested in the link between psychic phenomena and our
     physical state. The mind and body are inextricably linked while we are
alive
     and living on this earth. Everything we do to the body affects the mind
as
     anyone who needs a cup of coffee in the morning knows."1
         In her research of the pineal gland and the connection between it
and
     the appearance of psychic phenomena such as telepathy, clairvoyance in
time
     and space and the actual influence of thoughts on the physical
surroundings,
     she has come to conclusions that suggest that the pineal gland is the
     physical centre for and transmittor of these phenomena.
         She claims that these thoughts are supported by the Indian teachings
     about the chakra system as well as of several modern Yoga teachers
     acquainted with Western research.
         One of these Yoga teachers is Swami Satyananda Araswati. He suggests
     that psychic experiences are mediated by the ajna chakra, the 'third
eye'.
     This ajna chakra is situated physically in the pineal gland, being the
     chakra that has a superior function in relation to the other chakras.
         "What I am suggesting is that the chakra points are the very places
     where the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual are connected the
most.
     When we work with the spiritual, we also affect the physical, emotional
and
     mental. And when we work with the physical, we affect the emotional,
mental
     and spiritual. We cannot separate the spiritual and the material, they
are
     intimately united. Spirituality is nothing that happens far away
somewhere,
     unrelated with everyday life. How you function in the world depends on
how
     you relate to the spiritual," Serena says.


     Synchronicity

     When ALPHAOMEGA met with Serena, she had just been on a four week
lecture
     tour in USA, which was also the place where her interest in the pineal
gland
     was born. "That story is a wonderful example of Synchronicity," Serena
says
     smiling.
         After having taken her exam in parapsychology, she got the
opportunity
     to give a lecture at the most prominent parapsychology conference in
USA.
         "This yearly conference is designed for those who in a considerable
way
     have contributed with research within the field of parapsychology but by
     then I had not done any research whatsoever!" Serena tells.
         She arrived one day before the conference started and discovered
that
     the university where the conference was to be held was closed.
         "The stipend money that I had received only covered the air ticket.
As I
     did not want to spend the night under a bush, I wandered around the
campus
     trying to find a door that was open. Finally I found one, went in and
met
     some students drinking coffee and talking. I sat down and after a while
I
     gathered courage and asked if any of them could let me sleep on their
floor
     overnight.
         "Certainly, that would be O.K with me", one of the male students
said
     and took me home. When they arrived Serena mentioned that she was a
student
     in parapsychology and the man said: "Well, I am researching
halluciogenic
     plants. I have just returned from a visit to a tribe in the Amazonas
that
     use a drink they call ayahuasca to get psychic experiences."
         "He gave me the information about the ayahuasca and showed me a book
     written by a psychotherapist from Chile who had used it in his therapy.
In
     the book it was speculated that the active ingredient in ayahuasca
resembled
     a substance produced by the pineal gland", Serena says.


     The pineal gland

     The pineal gland is situated in the middle of the head, beneath the two
     brain halves. It is a very active organ and has, together with the
     pituitary, the next highest blood circulation after the kidneys. (fig
1.)

     According to Serena the pineal gland has the following three main
     functions:
         Commander of the endocrine organs.
         The pineal gland regulates the function of all the endocrine organs
         through the hormone melatonin. Through the influence of this hormone
the
         endocrine organs or glands produce and secrete hormones to the
blood.
         These organs play a significant role, through their different
hormones,
         concerning for example metabolism, water balance and regulating the
         temperature of the body. The classical endocrine organs are the
         pituitary, the thyroid, parathyroid, adrenals and the reproductive
         organs.
             If the endocrine organs are too active or stressed, melatonin is
         produced to sedate them. The melatonin also affects the brain so
that we
         experience sleepiness.
             One can say that the pineal gland works as a switch-off button
for
         all the hormones while the pituitary on the other hand functions as
an
         on-switch for the hormones. This parallels the yoga teachings on the
         ajna chakra as the commanding chakra.
             The amount of substances released by the pineal gland is
determined
         by light and stress.
             The chakra system described by the yoga teacher Swami Satyananda
         Araswati consists of seven chakras. These energy centres are
situated
         along the spine (see AO 4 - 96) and correspond to the endocrine
organs.
             In Serena's studies of the pineal gland, she has found that it
is
         physiologically connected to the endocrine organs and that they are
         situated on exactly the the places where the chakras are said to be.
         She writes:
             " I find this very interesting, especially as the physiological
         functions of these endocrine glands correspond closely with the
         functions that yogis ascribe to the chakras."2
             One example of this is the throat chakra, called Vishuddi, which
is
         said to be connected with immortality. This chakra corresponds to
the
         thyroid and parathyroid glands involved with the metabolism and
affects
         long time stress in the body. If you are exposed to stress during a
         longer period of time and a have a too high metabolism, the risk
         increases for life threatening diseases, particulary those affecting
the
         heart. So physically these glands are connected to a persons
lifespan.
         Stress can be counteracted by relaxation and meditation, Serena
says.

               Keeper of the biological clock.
         The pineal gland is sensitive to changes in the electromagnetic
field,
         also the magnetic field of the Earth, which affects the production
of
         melatonin. This implies that as the magnetic field of the Earth is
         affected by the changes of the moonphases and the sun activities,
there
         is a constant influence on all living things on the Earth from these
         heavenly bodies.
             Research done by Canadian Michael Persinger suggests that
         alterations in the magnetic field of the Earth further the
appearance
         of, for instance, poltergeist phenomena and spontaneous telepathy.
             The amount of melatonin in the body normally follows a 24 hour
rythm
         based on the sun. This means that the amount of melatonin has its
peak
         at two o' clock at night and its lowest point during the day. Tests
with
         people who have been kept in darkness for several weeks have shown
that
         the alterations in the amounts of melatonin between high and low
values
         have continued. After a few days, the rythm between the highest and
the
         lowest levels changed from a 24 hour rythm to a 25 hour rythm, based
on
         the ascent and descent of the moon. If people instead were to be
exposed
         to constant light during a longer period of time, this rythm would
         become disturbed.
             Maybe it is these alterations in the electromagnetic field
together
         with the sensitivity of light that, through the pineal gland, direct
our
         daily rythms.
             Serena believes that sensitivity to the magnetic field of the
Earth
         also is connected to phenomena such as dowsing and experiences at
sacred
         sites.


         Promoter of psychic experiences.
         Serena has found that the pineal gland can produce a substance
called
         pinoline. This interacts with other materials resulting in another
         substance, DMT, which can give an altered state of conciousness.
         Pinoline is similar to harmaline, the active substance in the drink
         ayahuasca. This drink is used by certain South American native
people to
         promote psychic abilities such as clairvoyance in time and space,
         shamanic healing and contact with the psychic world (fig 2).
             Four times every night, when we dream, we enter this altered
state
         of conciousness and, according to Serenas research, this is the
state in
         which two thirds of all psychic experiences occurs.
             Serena is supported by other researchers in her view that it is
the
         raised quantity of melatonin at night that is the basic cause of
these
         experiences.
             Pinoline and harmaline both belongs to a group of potential
         hallucinogenes.

     Psychotic or Shaman

     In a future essay, Serena will look at the relationship between the
pineal
     gland, the psychadelic state, shamanism and psychoses.
         In 'Science and Magic' she writes:
         "Anthropological studies suggests that epileptics, and those we
label as
     psycotic, are often chosen for training as shamans, since they are held
by
     their illness to be linked in some special way with the world of spirits
and
     psi abilities."3
         "This is a very important area that I often get questions about. In
our
     society people with mental problems are treated in a way that does not
work.
     What we need to do is to find a new way to help these people and in this
     work I believe that my understanding can be of help." Serena concludes.

Mis amados:

Este es un tiempo vital en su proceso de transmutación-ascensión. Un tiempo
en el que están vulnerables a las influencias externas y sus conceptos.
Nueva información, nuevos métodos y teorías surgen diariamente para que las
contemplen, investiguen e integren. ¿Pero qué es verdad y que no lo es?
¿Cómo disciernen? ¿No les dijimos en nuestro ultimo mensaje que están para
clasificar y recolectar a través de la multitud de conceptos que están
siendo introducidos y discernir lo que es verdad? Ustedes y sólo ustedes
pueden decidir lo que es correcto para ustedes y qué camino de conciencia
deben seguir ya que son una creación única y vital de la Mente Divina.

Se están representando dramas más pequeños en la gran escena de la
transformación y la evolución, y ustedes no pueden comprender o visualizar
totalmente lo que está ocurriendo en esta bella danza de
ascensión de vuelta hacia los reinos de la realidad iluminada. Es sólo un
paso más en el camino de vuelta al hogar. Lo que puede parecer para muchos
de ustedes como negativo o un castigo, es en realidad un paso necesario para
sacudirlos fuera de su autocomplacencia o fuera de sus viejos patrones de

Muchos valientes siervos de la Luz han aceptado la tarea de ser los
catalizadores de los eventos que sacuden la mente y el corazón de los
hombres para que ustedes puedan saltar hacia su consciencia superior. Para
que ustedes comiencen a pensar por sí mismos. En un nivel divino ellos
aceptaron la oportunidad de hacer el trabajo del Creador, sin importar el
costo o la condenación. Nosotros honramos a esos magníficos y maravillosos
seres porque su tarea no es fácil.

Debido a que ustedes están en una fase vital de su proceso de iluminación,
un tiempo de lo más vulnerable, y sus pruebas y obstáculos no son tan
dramáticos como en el pasado, muy a menudo están confundidos y no saben cuál
será el siguiente paso o cuál es la siguiente verdad que deben incorporar a
su realidad en constante cambio. Muchos de ustedes, entonces, caen otra vez

dentro de la línea de fuego o dentro de un territorio inexplorado. Nosotros
les decimos, amados, esto no les funcionará. Ustedes, como un Guerrero de
Luz, deben iluminar su propio camino, delinear su propia sabiduría preciosa,
pagada y ganada a través de muchas largas edades de experiencia, prueba y
sufrimiento.

Una gran variedad de hermosos, amorosos y dedicados mensajeros y maestros se
han arrojado a la arena del servicio público para darles acceso a la enorme
cantidad de nueva información que se está esparciendo desde que el aro
infranqueable o la cuarentena se levantó de la Tierra. Pero junto con la
plétora de información, mucho de lo cual está en armonía con los conceptos y

Como ven, este es un suelo de prueba, están aprendiendo a usar dones y

juzgados por sus puntos o nivel de autenticidad mientras se mueven hacia los
reinos de la verdad iluminada, solo por su intención. Cada persona que
canaliza o introduce información encontrará un seguidor para ese nivel de
conocimiento,
aquellos que aprenderán de eso, mucho de lo cual no estaba antes disponible:
Intuiciones, herramientas y métodos que necesitarán para atravesar la escala
de ascensión. Algunas veces manifestarán la inocencia del Espíritu, una
naturaleza suave amorosa que resuena con el amor incondicional para ser un
ejemplo brillante de un verdadero maestro. Otras estarán enseñando las
lecciones del discernimiento, muy probablemente a través de la experiencia
dolorosa, para que se den cuenta de que ya no pueden regalar más su verdad y
poder a otro.

Deben tomar la información ofrecida y validarla en su propio centro del
corazón, afinándose más y más de este modo con su propia intuición divina.
Ustedes podrán no tener todo el conocimiento, lo cual no es necesario ya que
para eso está el papel de esos mensajeros de los reinos superiores: darles
una amplia variedad de puntos de vista, un panorama de información reunida
de la Mente Universal o de
sus propios bancos de memoria de experiencias ancestrales para que ustedes
puedan elegir la que resuene más de cerca con su linaje, su herencia y su
destino.

Ustedes deben encontrar su propia verdad espiritual a través de la
conciencia, discernimiento mental y sintonización intuitiva con su Ser
Superior. Ustedes tienen dentro de sí su Plano Divino, aquella memoria del
lugar de donde vinieron, sus orígenes. Tienen ahí estampado indeleblemente
cómo era en los inicios, este Jardín de E-Don, Plantea Tierra, este lugar
tan maravilloso en belleza y perfección. Pero al pasar los eones, esas
memorias perfectas se
han debilitado, se han cubierto, reemplazado o distorsionado por toda la
efluvia, la negatividad, limitación y aislamiento que llegaron a aceptar
como su realidad.

Les pedimos que liberen su pasado para que puedan rehacer la memoria de
perfección, de ese ser perfecto que descendió, un representante del Creador
plenamente facultado, para ayudar a la procreación de todas las grandes
variedades de expresión y creación en el precioso planeta Tierra.

Cada nivel de vibración superior que alcanzan establece una resonancia
dentro de su envoltura física que manda ondas de esta nueva frecuencia hacia

memorias centrales de energías que no son compatibles en esa frecuencia más

hermoso cuerpo físico-etérico. Cuando ustedes fueron un cocreador de este
planeta prístino, viviendo en el paraíso. Cuando nosotros interactuamos,
comulgamos y trabajamos juntos en perfecta armonía, construyendo una nueva
forma de mundo desde un plano enviado por la Mente de Dios. Un maravilloso
nuevo experimento, un concepto único en una espiral interminable de
creación. Un tiempo en el que eran inocentes y puros en su deleite por
expresar, crear, experimentar y compartir.

Para poder llegar ahí deben traspasar las capas y capas de pensamiento que
no son suyas por más tiempo, no son lo que ustedes son. Déjenlas ir, han
aprendido sus lecciones, han integrado el conocimiento y la sabiduría que
esta experiencia física tenía que ofrecer. ES TIEMPO DE DEJARLAS IR.

Ejecuten las palabras a través de su mente que puedan crear imágenes o
activen memorias. Si estas crean sentimientos de amor, paz, armonía y unidad
entonces son recuerdos y energías que trajeron con ustedes desde su ser
Divino, pero si ellas traen miedo, depresión o ansiedad son conceptos de
pensamiento limitado que han incorporado en su realidad.

Fracaso, desvalorización, abandono, escasez, rechazo, traición, esclavitud,
servidumbre, manipulación, huellas, codificaciones, demonios, Satán,
infierno y oscuridad son palabras que producen frecuencias y memorias de
miedo en ustedes. Son más atrofiantes en unos que en otros, dependiendo de
la cantidad de estas energías comprimidas que han sido liberadas hacia la
Luz de la verdad. Las palabras no pueden herirlos, pero esos recuerdos y
energías comprimidas pueden mantenerlos atados a la rueda del Karma y
esclavizados en la ilusión de la tercera dimensión.

Ya no caminan solos por más tiempo a través de las sombras, ya no pisan por
más tiempo la noche oscura del alma porque los Angeles y su Divina Presencia
YO SOY están con ustedes. Aunque puedan desviarse del camino recto y
estrecho de vez en cuando, son rápidamente traídos de vuelta por el Espíritu
ya que estos son tiempos sumamente maravillosos y excepcionales. Nunca antes
se le habían ofrecido a la humanidad dichos regalos preciosos: de maestría e
iluminación en una vida. Pero hay trampas, pruebas y obstáculos a lo largo
del camino. Nosotros los ayudaremos y caminaremos a su lado, pero no los

ser maestros de cocreación de mundos paradisíacos.

Dejen el miedo atrás, preciosos guerreros, dejen las memorias de fracaso
atrás también, porque esta vez NO FRACASARáN. Es imperativo que ustedes, de
una vez por todas, decidan cómo van a crear su futuro, su nueva realidad.
¿Será a través de la perspecvtiva de otro, de su punto de vista o del suyo
propio? ¿Será
por los métodos de otro, o por los suyos propios? ¿Vivirán el sueño de otro
o el suyo? Deben decidir AHORA.

Los maravillosos siervos que tan fielmente consagran su energía, tiempo,
esfuerzo y creativos empeños deben ser honrados y alabados,  la suya es una
tarea monumental, pero ellos están dotados con sus habilidades e intuición
para darles los métodos exactos, para darles una variedad de puntos de vista
y conceptos de los cuales elegir para que puedan ganar un espectro más
extenso de la verdad más
elevada. Para que puedan recolectar de toda la información y conceptos, sólo
aquellos que incrementarán su conocimiento y conciencia. Entonces deben
escoger el conocimiento que resuene con su verdad interna personal e
incorporarlo para que se vuelva una sabiduría y una parte de su expresión

con su Ser Divino para que, cada vez más, eliminen las verdades
distorsionadas y las energías que los detienen para fundirse con esa

Están elevándose a través de los estadíos finales de la ilusión, la mayoría
de ustedes se movió ya fuera de la tercera dimensión de dolor y sufrimiento,
y ahora están girando a través de los niveles emocionales de los planos
astrales de medias verdades, seducción, misterio y mito de la cuarta
dimensión. Hay muchas

RELEASE YOUR PAST BY GOING BACK TO THE FUTURE

My beloved ones, this is a most critical time in your
transmutation-ascension process. A time when you
are most vulnerable to outside influences and concepts. New information, new
methods and theories are
brought forth daily for you to contemplate, investigate and integrate. But
what is true and what is not?
How do you discern? Did we not tell you in our last message that you are to
sort and glean through the
multitude of concepts that are being brought forth and discern what is your
truth? You and you alone
can decide what is right for you and what path of awareness you are to
follow for you are a unique and
vital creation of the Divine Mind.
There are many smaller dramas being played out in the greater drama of
transformation and evolution,
and you cannot totally comprehend or envision what is occurring in this
beautiful dance of ascension
back into the realms of enlightened reality. It is just one more step on the
path back home. What may
seem to many of you as negative or punishment is in reality a necessary step
toward jolting you out of
your complacency or out of your old patterns of thinking.
Many beautiful and brave servants of the Light have accepted the task of
being the catalysts for mind
and heart-shaking events so that you will be shocked into your higher
awareness. So that you will begin
to think for yourselves. At a divine level, they accepted the opportunity to
do the Creator's work, no
matter what the cost or condemnation. We honor these magnificent and
wondrous beings for their task
is not an easy one.
Because you are in a very critical phase of your illumination process, a
time when you are most
vulnerable and your trials and tests are not as dramatic as in the past,
quite often, you are confused and
do not know what the next step is or what the next truth is that you are to
incorporate into your ever
changing reality.
Many of you are falling back into the old patterns of allowing others to do
your thinking, to lead the way
without question, without validating what is your truth by going inward and
connecting to that infallible
source, your own Divine Presence. You are still seeking outside yourself,
turning to those you think are
more powerful or more knowledgeable than you, hoping they will lead the way
so you will not have to
step to the fore, into the line of fire or into untested territory. We tell
you, beloved ones, this will not
work. You, as a Light Warrior, must lighten your own path, draw on your own
precious wisdom, paid
for and won through many long ages of experience, trial and suffering.
A great variety of beautiful, loving and dedicated messengers and teachers
have been thrust out into the
arena of public service in order to give you access to the multitude of new
information that is pouring
forth since the ring-pass-not or the quarantine was lifted from the Earth.
But with the plethora of
information, much of which is in harmony with the concepts and teachings of
the Hierarchy and Beings
of Light, there is still information that is brought forth in thought forms
that are filtered through the belief
systems and reality of the messenger. Information that is conflicting and
confusing, some partially true,
much shaded truth and evensome distorted fallacies picked up from the myths
of mass consciousness.
This is a testing ground you see, you are learning to use gifts and
abilities that have lain dormant for
centuries beyond centuries. You are not judged by your score or level of
authenticity as you move into
the realms of illumined truth, only by your intent. Each person who channels
or brings forth information
will find a following for that level of knowledge-- those who will learn
from it, much of which has not
been available to you before. Insights, tools and methods you will need to
traverse the ladder of
ascension. Sometimes they will bring forth the innocence of Spirit, a gentle
loving nature that resonates
with unconditional love to be a shining example of a true master. And others
may be teaching the lessons
of discernment, quite possibly through painful experience, so that you will
come to realize you can no
longer give your truth or power away to another.
You must take the information offered and validate it in your own heart
center, thereby attuning more
and more with your own divine intuition. You may not have all the knowledge,
and it is not necessary for
that is the role of these messengers of the higher realms--to give you a
wide variety of viewpoints, a
panorama of information gleaned from the Universal Mind or from their own
memory banks of ancient
experience so that you can choose what resonates most closely to your
lineage, your heritage and your
destiny. But you must find your own spiritual truth via conscious awareness,
mental discernment and
intuitive attunement with your Higher Self.
You have within your Divine Blueprint that memory of where you came from,
your origins. You have
indelibly stamped there how it was in the beginning, this Garden of E-Don,
Planet Earth--this most
wondrous place of beauty and perfection. But as eons passed, these perfect
memories have faded, been
covered over, replaced or distorted by all the effluvia, the negativity,
limitation and isolation you came to
accept as your reality.
We ask you to release your past so that you can recapture that memory of
perfection, that perfect you
that descended, a fully-empowered representative of the Creator, in order to
assist in bringing forth all
the great varieties of expression and creation to the precious planet Earth.
Each level of higher vibration
you attain sets up a resonance within your physical vessel that sends waves
of this new frequency down
into the very core of your being. It then begins to vibrate loose those core
memories or energies that are
not compatible with that more refined frequency. Many of these residual
energies come from your
ancient past, memories of your first experiences of failure, betrayal and
separation in the physical. They
have been with you so long that you have accepted them as who you are, and
they have had an impact
on you in some way, in every lifetime you have lived since you became
disconnected from Spirit and
sank down into the quagmire of negativity and separation.
In order to release those ancient memories that are still holding you in
bondage you must go back to that
time of perfection, when you were in a beautiful etheric-physical body. When
you were a co-creator of
this pristine planet, living in paradise. When we interacted, communed,
labored together in perfect
harmony, building a new world from a blueprint sent forth from the God Mind.
A wondrous, new
experiment, a unique concept in a never-ending spiral of creation. A time
when you were innocent and
pure in your delight of expressing, creating, experiencing and sharing. But
in order to get there you must
break through the layers upon layers of thought forms that are not yours any
longer, are not who you
are. Let them go-- you have learned your lessons, you have integrated the
knowledge and wisdom this
physical experience had to offer. IT IS TIME TO LET THEM GO.
Run the words through your mind that create pictures or activate
memories--if they create feelings of
love, peace, harmony and unity then they are memories and energies that you
brought with you from
your Divine self, but if they bring fear, depression or anxiety then they
are concepts of limited thinking
that you have incorporated into your reality.
Failure, unworthiness, abandonment, scarcity, rejection, betrayal, bondage,
slavery, manipulation,
imprints, encodings, devils, demons, Satan, hell and darkness are all words
that set off frequencies and
memories of fear in you. More crippling in some than others, depending on
how much of these impacted
energies have been released and set free back into the Light of illumined
truth. Words cannot hurt you,
but these memories and impacted energies can keep you tied to the wheel of
Karma and enslaved in the
illusion of the third dimension.
You no longer walk through the shadows alone, you no long trod through the
dark night of the soul
alone for the angels and your Divine I AM Presence are with you. Even though
you may veer from the
straight and narrow path now and again, you are quickly nudged back by
Spirit for these are most
wondrous and exceptional times. Never before has humanity had such a
precious gift offered to them--
that of mastership and illumination in one lifetime. But there are pitfalls,
tests and trials along the way.
We assist you and we will walk beside you, but we will not hold your hand
and lead you. We will guide
you, but we cannot remove or help you evade your lessons. That
responsibility lies solely with you for
you are in training to, once again, be a master of co-creation of paradise
worlds.
Leave the fear behind, precious warriors, leave the memories of failure
behind as well, for this time you
WILL NOT FAIL. It is imperative that you, once and for all, decide how you
will create your future,
your new reality. Will it be from someone else's blue print, their point-
of-view, or your own? Will it be
by someone else's methods, or your own? Will you live someone else's dream,
or your own? You must
decide NOW.
The wonderful servants who so faithfully devote their energy, time, effort
and creative endeavors are to
be honored and commended, and theirs is a momentous task, but they are
gifted with their abilities and
insight to give you guidelines, to give you a variety of viewpoints and
concepts to choose from so that
you may gain a broader spectrum of the higher truth. So you may glean from
all the information and
concepts that which will increase your knowledge and awareness, and then you
must sort out the
knowledge which resonates with your inner truth and incorporate it so that
it becomes your wisdom and
a part of your personal expression. An expression of wisdom and truth that
will resonate in perfect
harmony with your Divine Self so that, more and more, you will eliminate the
distorted truths and
energies that keep you from merging with that powerful, most wondrous part
of yourself--the real you.
You are breaking through the final levels of illusion, most of you have
moved out of the third dimension
of pain and suffering and now, are swirling through the emotional levels of
the astral planes of half-truths,
glamour, mystery and myth of the fourth dimension. There are many enticing
thought forms and realities
that can draw your attention away from the higher goal of illumination and
ascension into unity and
harmony with you Divine Self. Do not tarry along the way, my faithful ones,
your true destiny is in sight.
Hold on--hold on, we are almost there. My profound love and gratitude to you
all, my faithful servants of Light,

Flying Above The Storm
Eagles know when the storm is approaching long before it breaks.
The eagle will fly to some high spot & wait for the winds to come. When
the storm hits, it sets its wings so that the wind will pick it up & lift
it above the storm. While the storm rages below, the eagle is soaring above it.
The eagle does not escape the storm; it simply uses the storm to
lift it higher. It rises on the winds that bring the storm.
When the storms of life come upon us---we can rise above them by
setting our minds & our belief toward God. The storms do not have to

ENTERING THE SEVENTH SUN
The Mayan Year of 10 MANIK

If there was any doubt that this year would be a year of change, the last few
weeks has put an end to all doubt. The time between Winter Solstice and Spring
Equinox leaves nothing the same. In this Mayan Year of 9 IK, the winds of change
have blown though our lives like a tornado, nearly taking our breath away with
the swiftness of its intensity. This past year has lived up to all we expected
it to be. Many are on completely different paths. Others have lives which are
radically altered. Now with a newly aligned path in front of us, filled with a
clarity of vision, activated by the compounding challenges of the year, it is
time to take command of our destiny. The universe and our spirit are asking us
to DO IT NOW. There is no more time to practice or meditate on it. It is time to
BE IT - DO IT, and LIVE IT.

This Spring Equinox, first sunrise for the new year (March 21, 1999), may very
well be the turning point we have been waiting for. We can certainly feel the
building pressure of transformation. Centered between two full moons, the
entrance into the Maya New Year of 10 MANIK will be a year of transformation,
healing, and most of all, the ability to manifest our souls’ desires. The two
full moons, March 1 and March 31, will not happen again until 2018! This Mayan
year will also take us into the Gregorian year of 2000. So now more that ever
before, the universe is asking us to be of clear intent. We are going to
manifest exactly what we have been preparing for. Do you know what YOU want to
manifest for the next year and the next millennium? Now is the time to really
know yourself and your heart.

Because of this auspicious time in our history, preparation is everything. What
we experience will be in direct portion to the effort we put into creating
Heaven on Earth. The weeks heading up to the Equinox and the weeks following it
are a very special time where our thoughts and souls’ desire are empowered for
the next year and the next 1000 years! How we spend the days just prior and the
few days past Mayan New Year will be the anchor, the foundation stone for our
next millennium.

We can look into the Mayan cycles to get a peak into what we might expect to see
manifest in our lives with the entrance to a 10 MANIK year. First, the prelude
to the Equinox is a powerful one. Lead in by ten portal days beginning on 2 CIMI
(February 28). These intense days are a tune up prior to the Equinox and thin
the veils between us and the manifesting force of the universe. On 4 IMIX (March
15), we enter the center twenty core days of the Mayan calendar. These twenty
days are the aligning energy of Christ consciousness. It is a time we can
manifest and embody the divine within and in our outer lives. Living in the Now
is not only filled with grace, but is demanded of the universe. Core days linked
with Spring Equinox is a powerful event to tap into to further our evolvement
and awakening.

Rigoberto Itzep Chanchabac, a knowledgeable Mayan Quiche Elder, Priest and Day
Keeper shares in his simple way, the importance of Spring Equinox and the Mayan
Haab New Year.

"According to our experiences of the MAYA COSMOVISION, the time of the Equinox
is the time of the astral commemoration when "Jun Wukub Ajp’ IXbalam kij"
descends into the underworld after his son who has beaten the owners of the
underworld. We know very well that for the world or spiritual universe, there
was a big battle before the spiritual, material world could take form. It was
necessary, this big fight between the light and darkness. The Equinox is a
signal that reminds us of that date for eternity, that moment, when the day has
becomes longer than the nights. We know the New Year has arrived and is a day of
commemoration for the Haab. We call this day Nim Luj A Wasil kij. It is the day
our Grandfathers dreamed and expected to see the hero descend into the
underworld, in a shape like a pyramid, with his head decorated with many
feathers, with all the colors of the rainbow. That was the beginning of the
light. Since then our ancestors have built temples in the pyramid shape and this
was the beginning of the tradition of temple building. But today, almost nobody
knows about this historical event."

Outlined in the book Mayan Pleiadian Cosmology, a MANIK year will be a time to
build and deepen relationships, but we are reminded to allow special time to be
alone. In a MANIK year we will be given space to heal the need for outer
security and to finally realize that the only true security comes from within.
When we learn to be comfortable with our own individuality and heal the need for
outer security, the energy of Manik will open the world to us. World travel and
embarking on new bold new adventures will be in store for us. We will discover
that Earth is our home - not just a state or country.

We will rediscover the joys of living simply, unencumbered with possessions and
boundaries. Learning to release all material will lighten the load, freeing our
spirit to roam new territory of the inner/outer worlds. We may desire to live
unconventional lifestyles and have creative relationships, both business and
personal.

Manik is peaceful, inspiring, and generous. Our heightened intuition will help
us be more sensitive to the concerns of others. Service will be a key word this
coming year. Manik will activate our visionary foresight, and help us to
unquestionably follow our instincts, feelings and reasoning abilities, making it
an awesome year to solve long standing problems with the environment,
relationships, and government.

Manik is bold, and will not hesitate to confront a situation that is out of
integrity. We will have no hesitation speaking our minds on controversial
subjects, yet we will allow others their position on the issues. In will be a
year where we can work together in harmony in spite of different opinions.

Building self esteem, learning to complete projects, not just start them, could
be issues prevalent this year. Less is more in a Manik year, so learn to pace
yourself and not to take on too many projects at once. Use emotion and
excitement to fuel your projects. This will help insure you have the energy to
complete what you start. Pay close attention to distractions, as they may become
key issues this year. We need to ask ourselves if we are using distractions to
resist growth. Be open and shift your perspectives often.

Manik is a West year, the direction where light enters darkness. West is a calm
and peaceful place of repose. It is where we lose our ego to merge with a
greater whole. In a 10 year, spirit's intention becomes physical form. What the
mind's eye sees will magically manifest. We can effortlessly collect whatever we
need to create our vision. What is focused on is magically manifested, as long
as we have direction and remain focused.

The Secrets of Heaven and Hell

The old Japanese monk sat by the side of the river. With his eyes
closed, his legs crossed and his hands folded in his lap, he sat.
In deep meditation, he sat.

Suddenly his zazen meditation was interrupted by the harsh and
demanding voice of a samurai warrior. "Old man! Teach me about Heaven
and Hell!"

At first, as though he had not heard, there was no perceptible response
from the monk. But gradually he began to open his eyes, the faintest
hint of a smile playing around the corners of his mouth as the samurai
stood there, waiting impatiently, growing more and more agitated with
each passing second.

"You wish to know the secrets of Heaven and Hell?" replied the monk
at last. "You who are so unkempt. You whose hands and feet are covered
with dirt. You whose hair is uncombed, whose breath is foul, whose
sword is all rusty and neglected. You who are ugly and whose mother
dresses you funny. You would ask me of Heaven and Hell?"

The samurai uttered a vile curse. He drew his sword and raised it high
above his head. His face turned to crimson and the veins on his neck
stood out in bold relief as he prepared to sever the monk's head from
its shoulders.

"That is Hell." said the old monk gently, just as the sword began
its descent.

In that fraction of a second, the samurai was overcome with amazement,
awe, compassion and love for this gentle being who had dared to risk
his very life to give him such a teaching. He stopped his sword in
mid-flight and his eyes filled with grateful tears.

"And that," said the monk, "is Heaven."

was inundated by phone calls, mail and faxes.

An Open Letter from God:
My dear children, and believe Me, that is all of you, I consider myself a pretty
patient guy. I mean, look at the Grand Canyon. It took millions of years to get
it right. And about evolution? Boy, nothing is slower than designing that whole
Darwinian thing to take place cell by cell and gene by gene. And I have been
patient through your fashions, your civilizations, wars and schemes, and the
countless ways that you take Me for granted until you get yourselves into big
trouble again and again. I want to let you know about some of the things that
started ticking Me off. First of all, your religious rivalries are driving Me up
a wall. Enough already! Let's get one thing straight. These are your religions,
not Mine. I'm the whole enchilada. I'm beyond 'em all. Every one of your
religions claims that there's only one of Me, which, by the way, is absolutely
true, but in the very next breath each religion claims that it's My favorite
one. And each claims its bible was written personally by Me, and that all of the
other bibles are man-made. Oh, Me. How do I ever begin to put a stop to such
complicated nonsense? All right, listen up now. I am your Father and Mother, and
I don't play favorites among My children. Also, I hate to break it to you, but I
don't write. My longhand is awful, and I've always been more of a doer anyway.
So ALL of your books,including those bibles, were written by men and women. They
were inspired men and women, they were remarkable people, but they also made
mistakes here and there. And I made sure of that, so that you would never trust
a written word rather than your own living heart. You see, one human being to Me
-- even a bum on the street -- is worth more than all of the holy books in the
world. That's just the kind of a guy I am. My spirit is not an historical thing.
It's alive right now, right now, as fresh as your next breath. Holy books and
religious rites are sacred and powerful, but they are not more so than the least
of you. They were only meant to steer you in the right direction, not to keep
you arguing with each other, and certainly not to keep you from trusting your
own personal connection with Me. Which brings Me to My next point about your
nonsense. You act like I need you and your religions to stick up for Me or win
souls for My sake. Please, don't do Me any favors. I can stand quite well on My
own, thank you. I don't need you to defend Me, I don't need constant credit. I
just want you to be good to each other. And another thing. I don't get all
worked up over money or politics, so stop dragging My name into your dramas. For
example, I swear to Me that I never threatened Oral Roberts. I never rode in any
of Rajneesh's Rolls Royces and I never told Pat Robertson to run for president,
and I have never had a conversation with Jim Bakker, Jerry Falwell or Jimmy
Swaggart. Of course, come Judgement Day, I certainly intend to. Now the thing
is, I want you to stop thinking of religion as some sort of a loyalty pledge to
Me. The true purpose of religion is so that YOU can become more aware of ME, not
the other way around. Believe Me, I know you already. I know what's in each of
your hearts, and I love you anyway with no strings attached. So, lighten up and
enjoy Me. That's what religion's best for. What you seem to forget is how
mysterious I am. You look at the petty differences in your scriptures and you
say, "Well, if this is the truth, then that can't be." But instead of trying to
figure out My paradoxes and unfathomable nature -- which, by the way, you never
will -- why not open your hearts to the simple, common threads of every
religion? You know what I'm talking about. Play nice with each other. Love and
respect everyone. Be kind. Even when life is scary or confusing, take courage
and be of good cheer, for I'm always with you. And learn how to be quiet, so
that you can hear My still, small voice. I don't like to shout. Leave the world
a better place by living your life with dignity and gracefulness, for you are My
own child. Hold back nothing from life, for the parts of you that can die surely
will, and the parts that can't, won't. So don't worry, be happy. (I stole that
last line from Bobby McFerrin, but Who gave it to him in the first place?)
Simple stuff now. Why do you keep making it so complicated? It's like you're
always looking for an excuse to be upset. And I am very tired of being your main
excuse. Do you think whether you call Me God, or Yahweh, or Jehovah, Allah,
Wakatonka, Brahma, Father, Mother, even the Void of Nirvana? Do you think I care
which of My Special Children you feel closest to -- Jesus, Mary, Buddha,
Krishna, Mohammed or any of the others? You can call Me and My Special Ones any
names you choose, if only you will go about My business of loving one another as
I love you. How can you keep neglecting something so simple? No, I am not
telling you to abandon your religions. Enjoy your religions, honor them, learn
from them, just as you should enjoy, honor, and learn from your parents. But do
you walk around telling everyone that your parents are better than theirs? Your
religion, like your parents, may always have the most special place in your
heart. I don't mind that at all. And I don't want you to combine all of the
great traditions into One big mess. Each religion is unique for a reason. Each
has a unique style so that people can find the best path for themselves. But My
Special Children -- the ones that your religions revolve around -- all live in
the same place in My heart, and they get along perfectly, I assure you. The
clergy must stop creating a myth of sibling rivalry where there is none. My
blessed children of Earth, the world has grown too small for your pervasive
religious bigotrys and confusion. The whole planet is now connected by air
travel, satellite dishes, telephones, fax machines, rock concerts, diseases and
mutual needs and concerns. Get with the program! If you really want to help me
celebrate the birthday of My Son Jesus, then commit yourselves to figuring out
how to feed your hungry and clothe your naked, and protect your abused and
shelter your poor. And just as important, make your own everyday life a shining
example of kindness and good humor. I've given you all the resources you need,
if only you abandon your fear of each other and begin living, and loving and
laughing together. Now, I am not really ticked off. Not really. I just wanted to
grab your attention because I hate to see you suffer. But I gave you free will,
so what can I do now other than try to influence you through reason, persuasion,
and a little old-fashioned guilt and manipulation? After all, you know I am the
original Jewish Mother. I just want you to be happy, and I'll sit in the dark. I
really am with you always. Always.

SHIFTS HAPPEN - WE MOVED! On the Full Lunar Eclipse on Jan 31, 1999, Roberto and
I loaded up our moving van and moved to Sedona Arizona - home of the Ancients of
Ancients. We are very blessed that spirit asked us to move here. Every thing
fell into place so fast it nearly took our breath away. We send loving blessings
to Mt Shasta and all our friends physical and non-physical. Mt Shasta saved me -
awakened me - shifted me and I am not the same person who moved there 12 years
ago. I am eternally grateful. Now I and Roberto are ready for the next step in

We began this afternoon's session observing that the Council is arrayed in
periwinkle cloaks and yellow-gold robes with ribbons of magenta moving
horizontally through the golden under layers.

We felt this immense energy and a deeper, more vibrant, incredibly powerful
resonance as Irby began to spontaneously channel. We assumed it was Lord
Osiron speaking:
"This is a special day. It is time to move further."
(Joie): "By moving do you mean moving on the outer or on the inner?"
(Lord Osiron): "We need to move into our new heart space and, then, Joie, we
will move.  And it is time for us to focus on this in a deeper way, so that
is
what we will be doing today. It is important to open up our hearts to get
beyond our bodies, where we can fly in many dimensions. It's so exciting!
Here
we will visit where Beings are in/on all dimensions. Here we will get clear
of
what our large purpose is for the planet Earth. Here we will work in concert
to achieve the maximum good with the greatest ease and timeliness.

We are being encouraged to speed up a little because there is much that
needs
to be done. Therefore, we must all work on opening ourselves so that we can
move in these new dimensions with greater ease so we can communicate more
clearly with those who are coming after us. So it is important that the work
on our planet continues because the work we do on the planet allows us to
move
into the higher dimensions and do our work with more focus. The more work we
do on the planet balances our work on higher dimensions and gives us on
higher
dimensions more focus. From our focus in higher dimensions, then we can
redirect information and energy to this planet; therefore, energy flows in
both directions — from the planet to higher dimensions and from higher
dimensions to the planet.

Thus, it is very important for the work to go forth on the planet and to
speed
up — "easy best" and all that — but there has to be an increase in opening
the
heart from everyone doing the work. We will all be supporting one another
and
receiving guidance and it is required to keep our hearts open, to keep
opening
our hearts. Otherwise, it will seem out of balance and that could be
damaging
to the individual soul. Therefore, it may be necessary to take a stronger
stand toward opening the heart. It is time to make your choice and to stand
in
your choice, and in that choice is your life and your life is about an open
heart. All else is of little consequence. You do not have time to dawdle
over
your choice.  Once your choice is made, it will be necessary to stand in it
with all the strength and heart you have. This a time for giants — no
smallness will work any longer,  no small courage, no small strength — and
it
requires a giant letting go. I am not talking about tomorrow. I am stating
this for now. That is what needs to be speeded up. It is just a facing the
choice; otherwise, it is always "easy best". It is always about love and
loving your heart opening. There is nothing else and it needs to begin now.
Tomorrows have disappeared. I greet you now. I embrace you now. Welcome Home
now."

By this time it was obvious that Irby was channeling a being with much
greater
power than we'd experienced previously. It was so strong, at times, that he
was almost thrown out of his chair. His gestures and voice were very
dramatic.
I (Joie) had to hold Irby's feet to help him anchor so much energy. I had
been
sensing for several days a much larger being standing behind Lord Osiron and
felt compelled to ask: "Lord Osiron, are you known by another name?"
(Lord Osiron): "Yes, Joie. I am known by another name. My name is ______. I
can't say it. [after some hesitation and thrashing about] My name is
Lucifer,
and I shall be known, and all is well."
(Joie): "May we now officially address you as Lucifer?"
(Lucifer): "Yes. I now greet you as Lucifer."
Lucifer: "There is much we all will learn, much we will be guided in this
day,
dear hearts. We have indeed taken a most propitious step, and, for this, I
do
commend us all.

We sense a feeling of celebration and much light. The silver blue rose is
expanding in layers and layers and there are huge swirls of rose and silver
and periwinkle colors. The brilliant light of Lucifer shines all around and
we
feel the immense love of his magnificent being. We hear, "There is much
celebration and joy this day, as the One Heart expands --it bridges all
universes, all dimensions, all realities."

(Marianne) All during the session, I had felt the sacred blue rose building
and expanding in my heart. Now it felt like it was expanding even more and I
felt as if my body could not contain it, there was so much energy rushing
through me. I asked Joie to hold my feet to help anchor me. Suddenly, I saw
a
merging of Miranda (my divine child), Lord Siraya and Lady Mother Assyria
within me  and saw myself, garbed in white surrounded by a silver blue
light,
standing with dolphins at my feet in joyous homage. I began to feel an
energy
coming through, saying "I am the Sacred Blue Rose, I am the Bridge to the
One
Heart, from the earth to all universes, all dimensions." I felt connected
with
all. I felt my heart expanding to encompass all. It was an overwhelming,
loving experience.

Within minutes of this wonderful awareness, two constructs of separation
appeared They came up so fast that I barely caught them! It was
disconcerting,
to say the least! They came up to be acknowledged, accepted and embraced!
Embraced within the supportive love of Irby and Joie and the Council, I was
able to process them quickly and easily, actually with humor!  This followed
so quickly after Lord Osiron/Lucifer's explanation — an example of
acknowledging and accepting old constructs of separation, so that I can come
from my heart even more.  Later that evening, another construct came up to
be
transduced.  They seemed to be coming fast and furious after my moving,
opening hearted experience. I now can more easily continue to open up my
heart, especially to me, accepting and loving myself at each moment, no
matter
where I am.

Greetings! Be in Joy, dearest kin! Feel the wondrous energy of each moment.
Absorb the sublime magic within each day. Life can be filled with satisfying
victory, or it can be filled with sadness. It is what you make of it.
Limited
consciousness is a path of many twists and sudden turns. It is really never
dull, nor is it ever uneventful. Just give yourself the time to feel your
inner
energies. Simply experience the amazing interactions of Light with dark.
You,
dear ones, sit on the edge between these two worlds. You are of the Light.
Yet
you sit firmly in a world long controlled by the dark. Think of the
possibilities! Nevertheless, you wonder how you can cope with such a place.
Sense its wonder and feel its magnificent transformations. You, dear blessed
souls, are at the time of a vast evolution in your reality. These things do
not
suddenly pop up like mushrooms in a meadow after a long cool rain. No, they
take
their time. Societal evolution is like an avalanche. It just hangs on its
snowy
precipice, seemingly forever. And with a big throaty roar, it quickly
propels
itself down the mountain like a pack of scared rabbits.
       Evolution comes at you like a bad driver going too fast around a blind
corner. Suddenly, it just smacks you, "real good". In that overwhelming
collision, a different reality gets born. Your old ways quickly lose their
power. New ways take their reins. In this manner, consciousness moves on and
ever upward, toward its divine objective. This fate is what you are now
going
through. It still has a funny feel to it. It seems right, but not yet
familiar.
It glows and beeps in all the right ways. It'll even occasionally jump
through
some hoops for you. Yet, there is a part of you that doesn't trust it. This
part
is your conscious mind. It is a most formidable tyrant. It steadfastly
refuses
to transform. It needs a palace coup to make sense of what is really
happening.
That revolution is now raging through your RNA/DNA; it is realigning your
chakras; and making chop suey of your endocrine and lymphatic systems. It
has
even begun to ring your aforementioned tyrant's bell. Have you noticed what
felt
like a gong loudly resounding in your head? These symptoms are just signs of
the
vast changes going on, both in and around you.
       The Heavens have come to bless you, and to assist you. We have not
come to
rescue you. We know you well. We also know the darkness which daily slithers
rather invisibly through your day. Its purposes are well thought out. Yet,
its
myriad of tricks are ones that we can easily see through. Darkness is like
an
ill-mannered child. It seeks attention in any way that it sees fit. It knows
no
boundaries and thinks only of itself. For too long, you have given in to its
tantrums and feared its wrath if you did not pay it the proper amounts of
attention. Yet, look at it in another way. It depends on you for sustenance
and
for shelter. Who is in charge here, anyway? Isn't it time for a few
corrections
in your perceptions? Isn't it time a little well-placed discipline was
applied?
Think about what is happening to you. Think about what is happening to your
world. Sit down for a moment. Realize the truth of what we are saying. Dear
Ones
of the Light of Holy Creation, you are the masters. Everything around you is
just there to help, please and protect you. Even darkness assists you in
learning a few good things about yourself.
      Your transformation has started slowly and has gone through a great
many
stops and starts. It seems random. It appears to have no objective. Still,
it is
working. It is working to lead you to your precipice. It is working to start
your inner and outer avalanche. It is doing this not just with you; it is
doing
this with your entire society and with your beloved planet. It is as
relentless
as your mind. It is a case of the seemingly immovable object meeting the
unstoppable force. This process does have a superb objective - full
consciousness for each and every one of you. This goal is not a dream.
Rather,
it is one that you'll see happen in your lifetime. In fact, be aware and
remain
leery. That bad driver may be around the next sudden twist in your reality.
One
of the most wonderful aspects of full consciousness is its sudden onslaught.
Reality is an illusory construct. When you least expect it, it can quickly
change. All that is required is a new collective agreement. And that can be
struck before you even know it.
       Your planet and your entire reality are changing. You are approaching
the
edge of the next reality. A critical sign from Mother Nature is the current
mass
extinction of important plant and animal species. Over this past decade,
your
planet has witnessed an extinction rate of almost astounding proportions. In
short, your biosphere is rapidly changing. No longer can it exist safely in
what
you see around you. A shift of immense proportions is desperately needed.
This
process is what is now underway. It doesn't mean that your planet is on the
verge of a massive series of catastrophes. It means that now your planet is
giving you a wake-up call. It is time to stop sleeping. It is time to let
your
true inner consciousness become your captain. It is time to re-order your
deck.
Let your old fears out to pasture. Bring in your inner courage. Let it give
you
back your lost sense of enthusiasm and need for adventure.
       Limited consciousness physicality, dear ones, is a great adventure in
a
lost land - a land out of time. In its endless beckoning are found the ways
to
understand its so-called realities. Most of you have forgotten this. You
have
plunged head first into its molasses-like floors and been bounced off its
concrete-like walls. Its seeming pains and supposed bruises have made you
surrender to its tyranny. These actions were but its sly, yet very
effective,
tricks. It is mere illusion. It is mere chicanery. It is, as we said,
relentless. It is a fun house with no known exit that has become a terror
house.
The only real exit lies inside you. It is called your True Self. We have
repeated this fact in a slightly different way to raise an important point.
You're a great Master of this reality. That is why you are here. The dark
cannot
really hurt you if you do not wish it. Take back your power. We are here,
dear
children, to ensure your success.
       Your life is always a great joy, and always a spark of the divine.

statement becomes nonsense to you when you misunderstand what a reality is.
It
is only a collective illusion. It is not real, but your emotions and your
mind
can say it is. Do not get caught in their drama. The only real thing is
Spirit.
Spirit is immortal and, like water, adapts to the vessel in which it is put.

need to see the joke behind where you now are. Look at the joy in becoming
what
you truly can be. This process is the key to what is taking place. Repeat
after
me: You are invincible! You have nothing to fear. You have come here to be a
success in your life. This reality is just a temporary manifestation. Around
you, blessed ones, is a world whose very foundation is cracking and whose
structure is ridden with termites. It cannot stand for much longer.
       Life on your world is indeed changing. Another sign is the massive
chaos
that has marked the last decade of this century. It is an omen that you are
about to evolve. You are evolving from a xenophobic creature who sees Earth
as
your only reality, to one that calls the galaxy and all of Creation home. It
is
a vast leap in faith. It leads to a harmony that your mind told you long ago
was
impossible. The realm of Spirit is about to merge into your aspect of
physicality. This task is the end-product of a long march from the fall of
Lemuria to the rise of a new and better Lemuria. This new model is one that
you
are now busily fashioning in your hearts. We sense it in you during every
moment
of every day. We deeply rejoice, dear ones, in what you are doing. It is not
easy to give up an illusion when you have been hypnotized by its charms.
       Before we depart, we ask that you look inside. Take a moment to start
to
understand the great transformation of which you are a part. This process is
nearing its culmination. Soon we shall be able to appear before you in open
covenant. This coming moment is a divine one. We ask you to keep the faith
and
maintain your enthusiasm. We now depart, dear ones, with much blessings for
you
all. We ask the Creator to reveal to you your great complete Love; we ask
that
you always know a boundless Joy. And we ask that the Creator grant you a

  "Profundamente amados Hijos de la Luz, como ustedes saben somos llamados
Gabriel y
como siempre estamos jubilosos de estar en su divina presencia. Venimos en
este momento a
hablarles de un tema muy importante: establecer límites. Estableciendo
límites es como
ustedes contienen sus energías como un individuo en el mundo. Muchos de
ustedes han
sustituído estos por barreras de defensa. Sin embargo, lo que se necesita es
que sanen sus
defensas y reemplacen aquellas barreras con comunicación clara y límites.
Deben ser capaces de establecer límites para poder conocer sus necesidades
auténticas. Uno
de los aspectos más importantes de los límites es la habilidad para
discernir y distinguir,
basado en sus necesidades. El Discernimiento. Ustedes no pueden fijar
límites si no tienen
discernimiento, la habilidad para distinguir las opciones que les sirven
momento a momento.
Otro aspecto es la habilidad de decir "No" y que realmente signifique esto.
El problema más
grande con su planeta es que les enseñan que la palabra "no" es insensible.
Han sido
avergonzados de esta forma. Si se atrevieron a decir "no" desde el tiempo en
que fueron
niños, fueron avergonzados: "¿Qué te pasa? ¡Vete a tu cuarto!" Porque como
niño aprender a
decir "no" es la forma en que se aprende a fijar límites. Esos son los tipos
de límites más
primitivos: el identificarse a sí mismos como individuos. Ustedes deben ser
capaces de decir
"no" sin vergüenza. Para sanarlo deben comenzar a discernir cuando están
diciendo "si" y en
realidad significa "no".

llenará también las necesidades de otros. Esta honrará sus límites del mismo
modo. Les
ayudará a fijar límites. Así que siempre digan la verdad. Siempre. Siempre.
Renuncien también a toda codependencia. ¡Renuncien a ella! Renuncien a ser
los que se
preocupan de otros. Los que cuidan de otros renuncian a sus límites. Esta es
una de las
mayores formas de manipulación y control que existen. Es una de las maneras
más graves de
renunciar a sus necesidades y de mantenerlas insatisfechas. Deben poner las
necesidades de
todos los otros primero. Y entonces ustedes no tiene preferencias. Así que
renuncien a ser los
que cuidan de los sentimientos de otros. Ustedes no son responsables por las
acciones y
sentimientos de otros. Ustedes no son responsables por sus vidas y sus
lecciones. ¡Ustedes
solo son responsables de USTEDES!
Una de las formas para identificar y descubrir sus necesidades auténticas es
desarrollando
compasión. La compasión es una forma de tener límites también. Porque los
codependientes
preferirían experimentar condolencia. Ellos necesitan sustituir esa
condolencia con
compasión. La condolencia dice "oh pobrecito de ti. Yo soy superior a ti" ;
la compasión dice
"Me identifico contigo. Soy igual a ti. No voy a tratar de arreglar tus
sentimientos. Te voy a
dejar estar en donde estás y solo te apoyaré". Son iguales que la otra
persona.
Todos ustedes dicen que quieren ser iguales. Pero cuando se da la
oportunidad de serlo su
auto-importancia dice "No, yo quiero ser mejor que. Quiero ser visto como
superior". Todos
aquellos de ustedes que pelean por no ser lo suficientemente buenos. Todo lo
que están
diciendo es que quieren ser superiores para compensar el sentimiento de no
ser lo
suficientemente buenos, cosa que no quieren sentir. Quieren ser especiales.
Así que
renuncien a la necesidad de dar a otros, de ser vistos como valiosos o
buenos o correctos o
merecedores. No den para ser validados. Esa es la forma en que fijarán
límites para no
regalarse a sí mismos. ¡Aprendan a valorarse a sí mismos!
Equilibren su dar y recibir. Cuando den, den libremente y sin apego a lo que
han dado o a
quien se lo han dado. Den libremente. Siempre que hay un apego no hay
límites. Siempre que
hay apego la otra persona se vuelve deudor y les debe. Ustedes han
traspasado sus límites.
No han reconocido los límites de esa persona ni los suyos.
Comiencen a recibir sin el sentimiento de deuda. Permítanse recibir, sin el
miedo de que van a
deber algo. No mantengan un sentido de escalas, llevando registro de quien
dio más y quién
recibió más. Eso es trueque. No usen el dar y recibir como una forma de
trueque. Cuando se
les dé, reciban sin el sentimiento de deuda o culpa.
Otra cosa a la que deben renunciar para tener límites es la ¡CULPA! La culpa
no mantendrá
sus límites. Los hará deudores. Y renuncien al control. ¡Todas las formas de
control! Porque
cuando están tratando de controlar a otros están invadiendo sus límites.
Cuando están
tratando de controlar a otro están peleando fuera de control. Están
renunciando a su poder.
Así que aunque estén tratando de darles más poder para obtener lo que
quieren también están
peleando y renunciando a su poder. No tiene límites.
Renuncien a toda manipulación. La manipulación incluye todas las formas en
las que tratan de
controlar. Renuncien a la creencia de que ustedes saben lo que es correcto
para otro.
Renuncien completamente a estar en lo correcto. ¡O equivocados! No les
servirá. Expresen
libremente sus sentimientos todo el tiempo. Y expresen libremente su verdad.
Eso crea límites
respecto a quiénes son en el momento. Sepan quiénes son. Expongan quiénes
son. Eso crea
un límite de su individualidad.
Cuando no exponen quiénes realmente son, la gente no lo sabe. Cuando piden
lo que necesitan,
expresándose clara y honestamente, dicen lo que quieren decir. Digan lo que
quieren decir. Y
sepan lo que quieren decir. Los codependientes no dicen lo que quieren decir
y no saben lo
que quieren. Y entonces ellos manipulan a través de lo que dicen.
Para tener límites deben tener buena comunicación. Así que practiquen la
comunicación. Esta
responde a sus necesidades en el momento. Y a las necesidades de otros. Así
que practiquen
esas habilidades.
Otra defensa es la negación. Se crea otro límite al moverse fuera de la
negación hacia el
reconocimiento de lo que está sucediendo. Así que reconozcan lo que pasa.
Identifiquen y
reconozcan lo que perciben que está ocurriendo realmente. Esto amplía la
comunicación.
Baja autoestima es otra cosa a la que tienen que renunciar. Cuando están en
un estado de
baja autoestima no pueden permitirse recibir. Niegan el elogio. Degradan a
su ser. No honran
lo que otros ofrecen. Y renuncien a toda la conciencia de víctima y
reproche. Reproche a
otros y a sí mismos.
Aprendan cuándo es apropiado satisfacer las necesidades de otros en lugar de
sus propias
necesidades. Esto se hace a través de las preferencias.
Otro elemento a desarrollar es un sentido claro del compromiso. Entonces
pueden usar esos
compromisos para fijar límites y prioridades. De esto pueden elegir y
discernir.
Aprendan el proceso de crecimiento a través de la prueba y el error.
Permítanse la
retroalimentación que viene del fracaso y el éxito. Sepan que el fracaso es
el proceso para
crear éxito. Esto también viene al tener un conocimiento sano de sus
limitaciones actuales. Y
el trabajar en esas limitaciones. Dentro de las limitaciones ustedes tendrán
algunos límites.
La gente que no tiene conciencia de sus limitaciones no tiene conciencia de
sus límites. Por
lo tanto no pueden respetar los límites de otros.
¡Tal vez uno de los aspectos más importantes de ser capaces de establecer
límites claros es
practicar las doce doctrinas del amor a sí mismos! Muy importante. Esto
comienza con la
autoaceptación del lugar en donde están en este momento. A través de estas
doctrinas,
descubrirán cuales son sus necesidades auténticas en cualquier momento y
entonces la forma
de satisfacerlas. Esto los conducirá a valores, principios y cualidades de
ser. Solo utilicen las
doce doctrinas del auto-amor. Entonces desarrollarán límites
automáticamente, sin siquiera
darse cuenta. El auto-amor demanda límites y el que permanezcan en su poder
personal e
individualidad. ¡Este demanda que se llenen a sí mismos!
Auto-respeto, auto-estima, auto-diciplina, auto-aceptación,
auto-conocimiento, auto-confianza
y todas las otras. Uno de los elementos más importantes de estos es el
auto-respeto. Porque
si se respetan a sí mismos, pueden respetar los límites del otro. Esta es la
práctica de la regla
de oro.
Así que estas son algunas de las formas que pueden aprender para establecer
límites claros.
Esto es para ayudarlos a lograr y experimentar sus visiones y sueños. Es el
proceso de

on
SETTING CLEAR BOUNDARIES

"Dearly beloved Children of the Light, as you know we are called Gabriel.
And as always, we
are most joyous to be in your divine presence. We come at this time to speak
to you of a most
important issue - setting boundaries. Setting boundaries is how you contain
your energies as
an individual in the world. Most of you have substituted barriers of defense
instead. However,
what is needed is that you heal your defenses and replace those barriers
with clear
communication and boundaries.
You must be able to set boundaries in order to be able to meet your
authentic needs. One of
the most important aspects of boundaries is the ability to discern and
distinguish, based on
your needs. Discernment. You cannot set boundaries if you do not have
discernment, the
ability to distinguish what choices serve you moment to moment.
Another aspect is the ability to say, "No" and mean it. The biggest problem
with your planet
is that you are taught that the word "no" is unloving. You have been shamed
in this way. If
you dared to say "no," from the time you were a child, you were shamed.
"What is wrong with
you? Go to your room!" Because as a child, learning to say "no" is the way
that you learn to
set boundaries. These are the most primitive kinds of boundaries - to
identify yourself as an
individual. You must be able to say "no" without shame. To heal it, you must
begin to discern
when you are saying "yes" and really mean "no."
You say "yes" and then go about trying to manipulate people and situations,
because you
really meant "no."
Another aspect of setting boundaries is giving up the need to be liked or
loved, at the cost of
giving up your truth. You try to be validated by others. Give that up! It
won't serve you or
your individuality. Because the expression of your individuality and
personal power is going to
occasionally step on some toes. So you cannot be scanning your environment
wondering if you
will be liked for what you express, what you say and how you stand in your
truth.
Another way of setting boundaries is to always tell the truth - no matter
what. Tell the truth.
Because that truth will always fulfill you and your needs. Ultimately, it
will fulfill the needs of
others as well. It will honor their boundaries as well. It will help them to
set boundaries. So
always tell the truth. Always. Always.
Give up all co-dependency as well. Give it up! Give up caretaking.
Caretakers give away all of
their boundaries. Caretaking is one of the biggest forms of manipulation and
control there is.
It is one of the biggest ways of giving up your needs and not having your
needs fulfilled. You
must put all others' needs first. And then you have no preferences. So give
up caretaking
others' feelings. You are not responsible for others' actions and feelings.
You are not
responsible for their lives and their lessons. You are only responsible for
YOU!
One of the ways for identifying and discovering your authentic needs is by
developing
compassion. Compassion is a way to have boundaries as well. Because
co-depents would
rather experience sympathy. They need to substitute that sympathy with
compassion.
Sympathy says, "oh, you poor thing. I am superior to you." Compassion says,
"I identify with
you. I am the same as you. I am not going to try and fix your feelings. I am
going to let you be
where you are and just be supported." You are equal with another person.
You all say that you want to be equal. But when it comes right down to it,
your self-importance
says, "No, I want to be better than. I want to be seen as superior." Those
of you who fight not
good enough. All you are saying is that you want to be superior to
compensate for how not
good enough you really feel, but don't want to feel. You want to be special.
So give up all
caretaking. Give up the need to give to others to be seen as valid or good
or right or
deserving. Do not give in order to be validated. That is how you will set
boundaries and not
give yourself away. Learn to value yourself!
Balance your giving and receiving. When you give, give freely and with no
attachment to what
you have given or to whom you have given. Give freely. As soon as there is
attachment, there
are no boundaries. As soon as their is attachment, the other person becomes
indebted and
they owe you. You have just broken through their boundaries. You have not
recognized their
boundaries or your own.
Begin to receive without a feeling of indebtedness. Let yourself receive,
without the fear that
you are going to owe something. Do not keep a sense of scales, keeping track
of who gave the
most and who received the most. Barter is what that is. Do not use giving
and receiving as a
form of barter. When you are given to, receive without feeling indebted or
guilty.
Another thing that you must give up in order to have boundaries is GUILT!
Guilt will not
maintain your boudaries. It will make you indebted. And give up control. All
forms of control!
Because when you are trying to control another, you are invading their
boundaries. When you
are trying to control another, you are fighting out of control. You are
giving up your power. So
even though you are trying to overpower them to get what you want, you are
also fighting and
giving up your power. You have no boundaries.
Give up all manipulation. Manipulation includes all of the ways in which you
try to control.
Give up believing that you know what is right for another. Give up being
right altogether. Or
wrong! It will not serve you. Freely express your feelings at all times. And
freely express your
truth. That creates boundaries of who you are in the moment. People, know
who you are.
Expose who you are. That creates a boundary of your individuality.
When you don't expose who you really are, people don't know. When you ask
for what you
need, expressing yourself clearly and honestly, you say what you mean. Mean
what you say.
And know what you mean. Co-dependents don't mean what they say nor do they
know what
they mean. And then they manipulate through what they say.
In order to have boundaries, you must have good communication. So practice
communication.
It is reponding to your needs in the moment. And the needs of others. So
practice these skills.
Give up witholding. Witholding to manipulate and control. That is a defense.
It is not a
boundary.
Another defense is denial. Another boundary is created by moving out of
denial into
acknowledgement of what is taking place. So acknowledge what is taking
place. Identify and
acknowledge what you perceive to actually be taking place. It furthers
communication.
Low self-worth is another thing that you need to give up. When you are in a
state of low self-
worth, you cannot let yourself receive. You negate praise. You downgrade
yourself. You don't
honor what others offer. And give up all victim consciousness and blame.
Blame of others or
of yourself.
Learn when it is appropriate to meet another's needs versus meeting your own
needs. This is
done through preferences.
Another element to develop is a clear sense of commitments. Then you can use
those
commitments to set boundaries and priorities. From that you can choose and
discern.
Learn the process of growth through trial and error. Allow yourself the
feedback that comes
from failure and success. Know that failure is the process of creating
success. That also
comes with having a healthy knowledge of your present limitations. And
working on those
limitations. Within limitations, you will have certain boundaries. People
who have no
awareness of their limitations have no awareness of their boundaries.
Therefore, they cannot
respect the boundaries of others.
Perhaps one of the most important aspects of being able to set clear
boundaries is practicing
the twelve tenets of self-love! Most important. That begins with
self-acceptance of where you
are in this moment. Through these tenets, you will discover what your
authentic needs are at
any given moment and then how to fulfill them. This will lead you to values
and principles and
qualities of being. Just utilize the twelve tenets of self-love. You will
then automatically
develop boundaries, without even realizing it. Self-love demands boundaries
and that you
stand in your personal power and individuality. It demands that you fulfill
yourself!
Self-respect, self-esteem, self-discipline, self-acceptance, self-knowledge,
self-reliance and all
of the others. One of the most important of these elements is self-respect.
Because if you
respect yourself, you will respect the boundaries of another. It is the
practice of the golden
rule.
So these are some of the ways that you can learn to set clear boundaries.
This is to help you
achieve and experience your visions and dreams. It is the process of
clearing the path for the
balance of soul and spirit in the physical experience. So learn to set your
boundaries!
And so we take your most joyous leave. And we ask, as always, as you are
able to remember
to love one another!"

spiritually uplifting nature.

Light Packages from Arcturus
During meditation call to the Lord of Sirius, Sanat Kumara (The Lord of our
World), and the Arcturian technicians, temple workers, and healing team for
an anchoring during sleeptime of all Light packets, or Light envelopes, of
information from the higher universities on Sirius. Request that this Light
information be programmed into your subconscious mind and four-body system
for your future mission on Earth and for Light quotient building and
ascension acceleration.(Tage here: Joshua says "Light Packages from
Arcturus", but I think he means from "Sirius". But it seems to be with help
of the Arcturians).

The Arcturian Plating System
Three or four years ago I visited a woman in Sedona, Arizona, who was an
Arcturian. At that time she installed a complex plating system which she
said was an advanced technology from Arcturus and was the future replacement
system for the chakras. She used a metaphor to describe it: "If you were to
mail a letter, the chakras could deliver in three months, and the new
plating system could get the same letter to its destination in eighteen
seconds." It is the next four-thousand-year dispensation.
I bring this up because the two new plates that the Arcturians installed
were very similar to part of the plating system the woman had installed. It
was part of a program called the A Project that I am involved in. As I was
going for my afternoon ascension walk I got to thinking that people did not
have to go through an intermediary to have this whole system installed; they
could just ask for it themselves. In meditation, call forth Lord Arcturus,
Sanat Kumara and Djwhal Khul. (It is essential that you call forth all three

personal evolution so that you can fulfill your spiritual mission on Earth.
I cannot promise you that they will install the entire system; however, my
intuition tells me that it is a possibility. It certainly could not hurt to
ask. They might install part of it, such as the electronic plates I
mentioned, and see how you fare. In future meditations more plates can be
added. I highly recommend doing this, for the plating system is truly four
thousand years ahead of Earth's evolution. If you request this you will
probably not be able to see it unless your clairvoyance is developed, but
this does not matter. Just request it in meditation or in a Huna prayer,
accept it as done, and move forward.

The Media Foundation

The mission of our non-profit society is to redirect our existing commercial
media culture towards ecological and social awareness. We feel that our
planet cannot survive the existing onslaught of mass media that constantly
urges us to consume ever more. We want to create a new media culture, one
that does not have commercialism as its heart and soul. To this end, the
Media Foundation has created Adbusters magazine, the Adbusters website, and

  History


The Media Foundation was co-founded in 1989 by its current editor, Kalle
Lasn, after he was "shown the door" at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation
(CBC) television network when he tried to purchase airtime for an
"uncommercial" he had produced with some filmmaker friends. Their ad was in
response to a TV campaign that promoted "tree farms", paid for by the
logging industry. The spot was refused airtime, and Kalle's fight for
"access to the airwaves" caused a media blitz which resulted in the CBC
pulling the campaign off the air. It also sparked an activist fire, and
Adbusters Magazine, Vol. 1, No. 1, was published later that year.

Adbusters' various campaigns - most notably Buy Nothing Day and TV Turnoff
Week - have been reported internationally and have influenced policy at some
of North America's largest corporations, including the CBC, CNN and ABC.

Published out of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Adbusters Magazine
deals with the erosion of our physical and cultural environment by

We, Melchizedek, the Mahatma and Archangel Metatron are speaking now to
Light Servers throughout the world who have embraced the Ascension Path. As
you know, we will be joining our frequencies and empowering each and every
one of you who choose to accept with all that you require to align your
twelve bodies and achieve your highest potential during the 1999 Wesak
Celebration in Mt. Shasta.

We are aware that many of you will not able to attend this momentous
occasion, and wish to convey to you at this time that it is not necessary
that you attend the Wesak Celebration in your Third Dimensional physical
embodiment to receive the gifts we have to offer. As we approach the dates
of this special celebration we will give you more information on how to
participate without physically being there. However, for now we would like
to share some information and energy with you which is designed to prepare
you for this magnificent event.

Throughout your planet there are 33 Elohims who have accepted The Call to
assist you in your preparation. Of these 33 Elohim, 18 are either situated
near or are connected with the major energy portals in the United States
(including Sedona and Mt. Shasta). The others are situated near or are
connected with the major energy portals of Hawaii, Yucatan, Peru, Brasil,
Egypt, Mt. Sinai, Mt. Kilimanjaro, Himalayas, Shamballa and Mt. Fujiyama.

It is not necessary that you know the names of the Elohim. However, for
those of you who are members of AAUM's Our Heavenly Family, we are pleased
to tell you that Ariel Excelsis Elohim is one of the 33.
Her connection is with both Mt. Shasta and Shamballa.

In order to assist you, the Elohims will be channeling the purest qualities
of Divine Love, Compassion, Mercy and Service from us (Melchizedek, Mahatma
and Metatron) through the higher dimensions, into the Ascended Masters and
Angelic Hierarchy who are working from the Fifth and Sixth Dimensions into
your Third Dimensional Personalities. They are doing this on a daily basis
from now until the beginning date of the 1999 Wesak Celebration (April 30,
1999).

If you have chosen to receive these energies, we suggest that you do the
following:

1. Reflect on your current Path and the Masters and Angels with whom you
feel you resonate the most.
2. Choose the energy portal(s) of those we have mentioned which resonate
with you the most.
3. Each day (whenever it is most appropriate), visualize yourselves
surrounded by the Masters and Angels who resonate with you at the energy
portal(s) which resonate with you. Hold your hands out, palms facing upward
and recite the Invocation of Divine Love and Compassion. You may visualize
the energies coming through the Masters and Angels from all directions into
your Heart Center. The vibrations will be synchronistic with the color
vibrations of Silver, Gold and Rose, combined with the unique color
vibrations of your chosen Masters, Angels and the Elohim who is acting as
your Channel. As the energy fills into your Heart Center you will
experience a sense of Joy, Peace, Love and Power. As the energy begins to
pulsate and radiate outward from your body (in all directions) it will
transmute all that is no longer appropriate in your life and you will
experience the qualities of Compassion, Mercy and a desire to be "in loving
service to ALL."
4. Throughout the day as situations arise which bring about certain
emotions associated with the Third Dimension (such as fear, anxiety, anger,
confusion, self-doubt, etc.), immediately focus on your Heart Center and
visualize these energies we have sent to you through the Elohim, Masters
and Angels pulsating and radiating outward, transmuting the Third
Dimensional emotions into
Divine Love and Compassion for yourself and all those around you.

Because each of you is unique and at various levels of the ascension
process, you will experience these energies in ways which are appropriate
especially for you. Some of you may not experience them as intensely or
vividly as others. And, they may seem very subtle at first, but progress in
intensity as you continue to bring the energies into your Beingness. In
addition, some of you may not be able to do the Invocation every day. Know
that this is as it should be. However, each time that you ARE able to do
the Invocation, you WILL increase the flow of energies into your Beingness,
which will assist you in preparing for the activations and transformations
we will facilitate during the Wesak Celebration.


INVOCATION OF DIVINE LOVE AND COMPASSION

I AM Love. I AM Light. I AM Divine.
I call on my Monad to merge with my Soul and ALL of my Personalities
Which simultaneously co-exist in ALL Dimensions and Realities.
I bring forth into this Dimension and Reality All That I AM and Always Have
Been,
I open my Heart Center to Lord Melchizedek, the Mahatma and Archangel
Metatron.
I open my Heart Center to the Blessed Elohim, Ascended Masters and Angels
I open my Heart Center and Invoke the Energies of Divine Love, Compassion
and Mercy.
I Allow these Energies to flow into my Heart Center and radiate outward in
ALL directions,
Raising my Vibration to that from which I Came.
In Loving Service to ALL, I share these energies with ALL who will Accept.
I AM Love. I AM Light. I AM God.
So Be It . . . And So It Is.


As we approach the Wesak Celebration, we will continue to offer Guidance
and Assistance. Know that we are always with you and as you continue to
bring in the energies of Divine Love, Compassion and Mercy
