About us.

Love2Learn Home Education is a democratic, secular group of home schoolers in Seminole and eastern Orange counties. We share our experience, strength and hope to enrich our children's minds and characters with co-ops, field trips, and holiday celebrations. Our members are equals; we conduct polls and maintain a democratic process. Love2Learn is a member group of the FPEA (www.fpea.com).

How to join.

Love2Learn Home Education respectfully retains the right to limit membership to those who will mutually benefit the group as a whole. We also have the right to revoke or suspend membership should a member not follow our guidelines or is inactive and/or does not particpate in email and/or activities for more than 45 days. Unless you have been invited, we ask that you email us to participate in an event before asking to join. Love2Learn Home Education is a relationship-driven group who welcomes members dedicated to homeschooling; this is not an open play group nor a "testing ground" for those considering home education.

Member guidelines.

Once you have been approved for membership, you are expected to conduct yourself with honesty, respect, and consideration for adults and children alike. Physical, emotional, or verbal "bullying" will not be tolerated. Parents will be given the chance to correct their child's behavior or else have their group membership suspended. We would like each child to show respect and compassion for each other as they interact. The strength of our group depends on the reliability and involvement of each member. It is our goal to create a love of learning for our children and to encourage positive relationships among our children for a lifetime of memories and friendship.
