Hello Ron and Linda,
I hope all is going well.
And this note may even bring better days ahead.
I have developed a LOW COST / LOW POWER system to produce potable water from sea water (or nearly any contaminated source). When I say LOW POWER, I mean solar, wind, or if you have to use a generator for electric anyway - it will work from "waste" heat from the engine.
I have no idea how or where you get it or how much your fresh water is costing to produce, but I can absolutely guarantee this system will be less expensive to operate, more portable than almost any other (at about 75lbs) and use nearly no energy that can't be reused elsewhere.

I am not yet able to supply the public even though the patent is firm, initial production runs for "mass production" require a bunch of machine programming and materials scheduling, assembly, etc...

Nevertheless, I can produce a few for you guys if you think some of the homes down there are used enough. Or you guys could maybe become the local water company....

Again, Wishing you well,
Marcus

Hello All,

This Is Stephen from Boston.  It has been a while since I have been on.  Hope all is going well.  I will be coming out to Belize January 15 and I am excited to see the Island.  I too am waiting for the promise of the dock being painted.  last year it looked horrible.  I have friends such as Jack Canfield, Chicken Soup books, who has started coming to Belize.  I wanted to tell him about Long Caye.  However, I am not until things look a little cleaned up there.
The promise of the deck has been for me since 2005.  I am still waiting.  I hope all is well you all and I look foreward to coming to the April meeting.  Take care,

Stephen

P.S  Hariet we will be on Ambrigas the 16th of January.

Good news Linda.  I can hardly wait for your website to be up.  I'm hoping that MANY property owners will come out and attend the owners meeting this coming April.  We should fill the place up!
Maybe by then the pier will be painted back the beautiful yellow that we were promised in April of '07.

First to answer a few questions about the Main [Yellow] Pier. Yes it was

damaged but repaired just in time for the NBC Film Crew's arrival. But it is

still in need of repairs. Sorry to Disappoint everyone but Matt Lauer & Fabin

Cousteau did not come here to LongCaye. Blake was interviewed on

Northern Two Caye where they flew in on a plane there. There was a few of

the TV technician that did stay here on the Caye, the others stayed on

Northern Two Caye which for them was a hassle to go back and forth since

we had bad weather those two days of filming.  NBC hired Two Belizan

Security Police to watch over their equipment so it would not walk. All in all in

was a pleasure to watch them film.  They did a great job telecasting from

LongCaye to the Blue Hole and Half Moon Caye. I am Happy to report that

our Lodge Called BluHole Lodge in up and running now. Our Web Site is still

being worked on and should be on the Internet soon. I''ll send the info on it as
