R&LHS/BLW list: Back in the early 1980s I bought from R&LHS a zeroxed copy
of their BLW construction List (1061 pages plus 189 pages index).
As late as 05/06 it was still offered(see the R&LHS web site)
It may have been dropped by now. I Dont know of any web site that has a
really good BLW record list.

Richard Adams has extensive knowledge of the BLW records at Harrisburg.
Allen Stanley may have a disk copy of BLW records.
R.H. Lehmuth may have a BLW roster for sale..
