We openly discuss Jesus and God and how we couldn't make it if we didn't have them by our side. We will not get into debates. No matter what church you belong to as long as you believe that God is your Heavenly Father and Jesus is the Son of God you're welcome to join us. Being Christians we are all of the same family.

This group is to help support and encourage anyone living with Fibromyalgia and the other illnesses that go hand in hand with it. Such as Chronic Fatigue, RA, OA, etc....

We will discuss things we have found helpful. Also things that didn't help. How do we get through a flare? How to deal with Chronic Fatigue?

We'll discuss medication but by no means exchange medications or anything that would be illegal. Always consult your Doctor before stopping any of your medications.

Our group has become a bit chatty. If you don't want all the individual emails in your inbox you can either set your message delivery to "special notices" or "digest".

DO NOT set it to "NO MAIL".

I do check memberships every so often and any that are set to "NO MAIL" I set them to "SPECIAL NOTICES".
That way you can get any important message that I might have to send to the whole group. It will be used sparingly.
