This online group is provided by the Linden at Fair Ridge Condominium Association to serve as the reasonable, effective, and free method for Linden unit owners to communicate among themselves and with the Board regarding any matter concerning the unit owners' association, as required by section 55-79.75:1 of the Virginia Condominium Act.

Code of Conduct
1. Only members of the Linden at Fair Ridge Condominium Association may join and post to this Yahoo! Group. Identity will be validated upon request to join.
2. This message board is for the discussion of Linden at Fair Ridge issues and related topics. Please keep all messages on topic. No commercial or advertising posts or political discussions are allowed.
3. All messages must originate with the author – i.e. no forwards – and all posters are solely responsible for the messages they post. You must use your real name; anonymous posts are not allowed.
4. Messages may not contain profanity, vulgarity, name calling, personal attacks, derogatory statements, discriminatory remarks or any other offensive or unprofessional behavior.
5. Please treat all group members with respect. No message may be posted that will cause damage to, threaten, harass, abuse or damage the reputation of any other member.
6. The Linden Board of Directors may remove messages that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or that violate this Code of Conduct and authors of such messages will receive a warning.
7. The Linden Board of Directors may ban any user who behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate or who repeatedly violates this Code of Conduct.
