Description

READ FIRST!

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO SEND E-MAIL MESSAGES. INSTEAD, E-MAIL PROFESSOR LIM DIRECTLY AT TCLIM@CALSTATELA.EDU • When making an appointment, MAKE SURE TO LEAVE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS, SHOULD I NEED TO CONTACT YOU!

Please use this "group" page to schedule appointments with Professor Lim. TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, use the CALENDAR link in the lefthand column.

Appointments should be scheduled for a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes. SPECIAL NOTE: For GRAD CHECKS, please schedule at least 30 minutes for your appointment. Appointments MUST be scheduled during my regular office hours, as follows:

WINTER QUARTER 2009
Monday: 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Tuesday: no office hours
Wednesday: 2:00-3:00 p.m.
Thursday: no office hours
Friday: no office hours

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS--PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT!

• The last appointment must be scheduled no later than 15 minutes before the end of my office hours.

• Do not "double book." Check the calendar to make sure you schedule an appointment during an OPEN time--e.g., if another student has already scheduled an appointment, say, for 1:30-1:45 on Tuesday, do not schedule your appointment for the same time.

• Please list your appointment using your last name (e.g. "Appointment with S. Smith"), and provide a brief description of the nature or purpose of your appointment (e.g., MA advising, BA grad check, etc.). LEAVE YOUR NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION WHEN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT!

• DON'T BE LATE. If you are more than a few minutes LATE for your appointment, I will give priority to drop-ins, and you will have to WAIT until the next available slot.
