Many of you will be familiar with Masura Emoto's Water Crystal work, but it's always a joy to see the photos again & some of you might like to send this on....

these emotions here in the light, we can't even comprehend them any more. We
still experience emotions, like sadness and anger, but they burst to the
surface so we can enjoy them, then we let them go in the moment. So if you
are carrying any negativity, we'll ask you to leave that behind. Luckily
there is a full support team available to help, our Angels are only too
happy to be asked.

So why not apply today, send a thought to GoD, you'll get a reply sooner
than you think.

Two wonderful things have happened since my last email!

The first is that I have ordered the following products (see end of email) from Azurite Press in the UK and we should receive them in time for our next meeting, which I have scheduled for 18th December (Thursday). I will confirm this date with all on Sunday night. I spoke to Jane of Azurite Press and she recommenced several products, and these are where we need to start with this enormous wealth of materiel to fast forward our bio spiritual development and for our soul groups Grounding Your Connection'. This Jane's advice to us:

I think it's unlikely we'll get any product to you by 7th December. I
suggest that you do techniques outlined in the back of Voyagers II and
discuss the material in Voyagers. You could also get plenty of information and
technique advice form the web site - especially the Maharic Seal. this is vital to
do>before any other techniques. The web site has lots of information about
the Maharic Seal and all other techniques. You may want to look at the Veca

It is essential to build up maharic frequency by following the suggested

body will sort of shut down and not take any more frequency in if you do too
much too soon - so please follow guidelines and listen to your own body!

If you believe you or someone you know may be undergoing a "spiritual emergency"

I experienced a such a period in the 1970's & without any support or understanding of the process
it was pretty scary. It was assumed by myself & othes I was undergoing some sort of hysteria &/or anxiety.
Despite my best attempts to be appear normal, I was pretty weird at the time & became very depressed.
I was also extremely very hypersensitive, unable to trust any of my own perceptions & concerned that I could go mad.
 
And my case was not as severe as some I am aware of.......
 
If your emergence is not so extreme & you would like to "smooth the ride" of your
Kundalini awakening or other "symptoms" of transition, Energy healing, or "ascension healing"
from a healer who is already "transitioned" and is a clear conduit of Source energies,
is most beneficial and can help facilitae the process, while clearing the stuff that
recreates the "bumps' or stuckness.
 
Stressful awakenings are very different to the high energy symptoms we are all experiencing
to some extent at the moment. We are all being "racked up", whatever our level of frequwncy
or consciouness if we are open to it. This is not a crisis - it is normal - the sort of stuff described
toward the end of this article - night wakefulness, sudden sleepiness, vagueness, memory challenges,
energy running etc. I have inserted a ~~~~~~~~~~ to differentiate this state.

The Indigo to Crystal Transitional Crisis

I have been asked by Archangel Michael to write this article in order
to help the many people who undergo the experience of a rapid shift
into multi-dimensional awareness, or, the shift from the Indigo state
to the Crystal state of consciousness.

There are people who make the transition in a relatively gentle way,
but there are many who experience a crisis when this happens. These are
usually the people who have chosen to open up to the higher dimensions.
This choice is not made logically by the rational mind, but is rather a
soul choice made in response to the available transitional energies of
the Earth herself. So, sometimes a person is thrust into psychological,
emotional and bodily changes for which they can find no logical
explanation. This can cause a crisis. My experience has been that
orthodox doctors and psychologists are of very little help as they have
no idea of what the person is experiencing. When tests come back
negative, the person is often considered to be hysterical or ungrounded
or even schizophrenic.

This transition often happens to people who have been on spiritual
paths and are better equipped to handle the shifts. But, my experience
is also that Indigo Children, no matter what their state of spiritual
awareness, are particularly vulnerable to the spontaneous experience of
transiton or breakthough to the awareness of higher dimensions. I must
also add that the use of any kinds of drugs, fairly common among Indigo
adolescents, quite often precipitates this transitonal crisis before
the person is really ready to deal with the effects.

Below are a list of the symptoms experienced in the process of crisis
or breakthrough:

Sudden extreme sensitivity to people and environments. A person who has
previously been sociable and active suddenly finds they can't bear to
be in shopping malls or in crowded environments such as restaurants. An
increase in psychic ability and awareness. This most often manifests in
the ability to almost "hear" the inner thoughts and feelings of others.
This can be disconcerting if the person imagines that everyone else can
also read their thoughts and feelings. Also an extreme sensitivity to
negative energy in certain environments or people, including the
inability to tolerate certain people who had previously been close.
This increased sensitivity can lead to panic attacks or anxiety
attacks. These can occur at any time, even when the person wakes up at
night. Often there is no valid reason for the attack, although the
person will often seek to find a reason.

The person might also find themselves "zoning out" for long periods of
time, just wanting to sit and do nothing. This can be irritating to
someone who has previously been very energetic and active. This is just
the consciousness adjusting to spending moretime in the higher
dimensions and less time in the 3rd and 4th dimensions. Related to this
is the need to rest and sleep for far longer than previously, and a
general slowing down.

Obssessive anxieties about humans being destroyed (by pollution, lack
of resources, aliens, technology etc). This is because multi-
dimensional consciousness can access all levels of the group mind,
including that part which holds the fears and anxieties about the
survival of the species. Since the person is often concerned about
their own survival, they tend to resonate with this part of the group
mind or morphogenetic field.

An obssessive need to understand what is happening, leading to the mind
becoming overactive and the person fearing they are losing it or
suffering from "burn-out". Also a fear of going mad and being unable to
cope with everyday life in the future. Again, psychologists and doctors
seem able to offer very little help.

Depression for no reason, or related to the crisis state. This is often
just the consciousness clearing out old layers of energy that need to
be released. It is not necessary to "process" or relive the experience,
just allow the body to release the energy. Have patience with the
process and know that it will pass.

Disrupted sleep patterns, often waking up to 3 times a night, or just
at about 3am. Again this is just the consciousness adapting to new
cycles of activity. Higher consciousness is often more active at night
since the lower dimensions are quiet at this time.

Feeling strange electrical energy waves through the body. The Crystal
body is incredibly sensitive, and feels solar and lunar waves, cosmic
waves, and energies from the galactic centre. Often these energies are
assisting in the process of "rewiring" the body to carry higher
energies. Speaking from experience, I know how uncomfortable this can
be. But the body eventually acclimates to dealing with these energy
waves. You will probably find them to be more intense around Full Moon.
The best way I have found of dealing with this phenomenon is to go
outside and stand barefoot on the ground and imagine the energy running
through your body and into the earth.

A whole range of physical sensations and experiences, usually related
to detoxification. The Crystal body holds no toxins, but allows
everything to pass through it. In fact the eventual trick to being
Crystal is just to allow everything to pass through and hold onto
nothing. The ultimate state of detachment. But at this stage the body
needs to release years of "toxic" waste, whether physical, emotional or
mental The release is always through the physical body, which presents
symptoms such as intense fatigue, muscle and joint pains especially in
the hips and knees, headaches, especially at the base of the skull, and
neck and shoulder pains.

Dizziness and "spaciness". This is because you are in "higher" states
of consciousness. You need to get used to being at these levels and
staying grounded at the same time. These sensations tend to increase
with solar flares and full moons as well. Increased appetite and
putting on weight. This is because the body needs huge amounts of
energy to power this process. The ability to see beyond the veils. That
is, to become aware of spirits, devas,E.Ts and angels as a reality and
to communicate with these. This can be very frightening if the person
is not accustomed to this kind of other dimensional awareness.

Coping Skills for the Transition

The best advice I can give is to be accepting of the process and do not
resist. My own transition has been going on for nearly 18 months. I
found that the key was acceptance. I kept hoping that I was going to
wake up one day and feel "normal" again. It was only when I accepted
that I would never again feel "normal" as I knew it, that I was better
able to feel more comfortable in my new space and to cope better. Then
you can begin to explore the adventure or the positive side of this new
state.

Below are some tips for dealing with the transitional crisis:

Be at peace with what is happening to your being. You are becoming a
Crystal being. Another term for this is a "Christed being", which
refers to a mutli-dimensional being with full access to 9 dimensions,
and maybe even 13. My experience at this point is that some people only
open to 5D, others go through to 6D. If you make it through to 6D then
you will probably achieve full 9D awareness in this lifetime, if not in
the very near future. What a privilege and a blessing!!

Be kind to yourself and nurture yourself. Remember, as a Crystal being
you carry an equal balance of the "mother" energy and the "father"
energy. The mother says, nurture yourself as you would a new-born baby,
for in fact that is what you are. You will need time to grow in
strength and learn the skills of your new environment. Trust is very
important here. I made the transition as a single self-supporting
person in my own business with very little resources. I was terrified
that my physical state would prevent me from earning enough to survive.
But I was held though the process, and still have my home and I have
always had enough although there have been some close calls.

Don't take drugs of any kind if you can help help it. Obviously if you
are on medication for your health then you will need to continue. But
do not take recreational drugs of any kind, these will aggravate the
process and you could get lost "out there" in the higher dimensions.
Also try to cope without anti-depressants or tranqulizers, although
again if you are on these you will need medical advice and should not
just stop them. The best path to take is to use homeopathic and
naturopathic medicine, and I have found that Flower Essences are very
helpful as well. Energy healing, or "ascension healing" from someone who is already
"transitioned" and is a clear conduit of Source energies, is most beneficial and can
help moderate the process, facititating it with ease & grace, while clearing the stuff that c
reates the "bumps' or stuckness.

Avoid crowds and crowded places (until you are no longer so sensitive). I
 have perfected the art of the weekly
one hour shopping "blitz" in order to care for my needs while not
spending too long in tiring and toxic environments. Gradually you will
be able to tolerate more and more exposure to these environments. The
key here, of course, is to hold your own peace and harmony so strongly
that instead of you being affected by the environment, you in fact
affect the environment in positive ways. The Crystal person always
holds and carries positive energy, but you will learn to use it in
incredibly powerful ways once you have gained your balance and are able
to move among people again with ease.
Hint:  Check to see where you hold your "concsiousness" in your body, & "scope out from there".
Most people hold it in their "low heart" or solar plexus. How does it feel when you do that?
Now raise the centre of awareness to your heart. Is that better?
Now try the "high heart" (thymus) -  tap it a few times to activate it -  how's that?
If you learn to make your consciousness interaction point with the world through you high heart,
rather than th e lower centres, you will be much less affected by the energy of others & you will
come much more quickly to a "State of Grace" where you do affect the environment as a channel of
positive energy & always feel at ease with others.
You may be drawn to tap the high heart regularly till it's fully activated.
 
Stay grounded and centred. This can be very challenging for those who
are acclimating to higher dimensional awareness. You will often feel
dizzy and spaced. But try to pay full attention to the physical and
grounded aspects of life. The key here is to spend time on exercise,
walking, food and artistic occupations. Don't spend hours in front of
the TV or lost in computer games. These will only serve to increase the
ungroundedness.

Spend as much time as you can in Nature. You will find spending time in
fresh air and sunlight will assist to strenghten the new bodies. Also
the devas are there to support your processes. Eat simply and eat as
much fresh vegetables and fruit as possible. I have been told by
guidance that brown rice and vegetables are the best kind of food for
this new body. However, indulge your cravings - mine have ranged from
calamari to chocolate cake.

This is not the time to diet. Your body needs huge amounts of
nourishment to fuel the processes you are passing though. You may even
put on weight, but you will need to accept that this is part of the
transition. Finally - Celebrate your transition. You are becoming a
Galactic human, the next step in human evolution! You are entering into
your birthright.

Hello Lovelies - I've had some really positive feedback from the info I sent out yesterday. Here is another one, & there will be a few more.
A couple of extra points to note re "sleepiness", that are not covered by Celia -
 
(Re:Full Multi-Dimensional Consciousness).......
 
~ If you're finding yourself suddenly getting impossibly sleepy while doing mundane tasks like washing up, or while watching TV, or after getting some interesting information, it could be that you are being offerred a "download" - information that at certain levels of frequency require you to drop into a deep state in order to access or assimilate the codes or frequencies carrying the information. This can be triggered by anything - music, a picture, a thought - or nothing in particular.
If you can, take the oppurtunity to lie down - you will fall "asleep" immediately & "awaken" completely fresh & ready to resume whatever you were doing 20 minutes later.
This seems to be a common experience. Enjoy it. And if the timing is really inconvenient tell "them" that & request that the download be offerred again later, or take place while you sleep that night.
Before you accept any codes or information please make the statement that only that which is in alignment with the Highest Good, under Grace & in the light of Highest Truth will be accepted.
If you stop feeling sleepy you have just done a good job of exercising your discretion. If you are still sleepy - have a lovely "nap"!

~ If you tune into stuff that needs to be released because it's past it's use by date, (that you might experience either as an odd feeling in the body, or as an emotion or a thought,) then you can simply command that it be so. Make the statement - By my Will & the Will of the Highest I release from my system all that which is not beneficial & in alignment with my Highest Good. This in all aspects, levels and dimensions of my being, now and in all time. So it is.
Breathe deeply.
Repeat if necesary, till you feel the release.
 
This process is very effective for quickly & efficiently ridding your system of the stuff that has come up & is "in your face", asking to be released. There is a lot of "old stuff" coming up for people at the moment. Let it go.........

Why we Feel so Tired So Often

Many people who are going through the Indigo to Crystal shift find that
intense fatigue and tiredness are two of the predominant symptoms
of their shift. They feel exhausted all the time, and just want to
sleep. And when they do sleep, they sleep deeply and do not want to get
up.

So, what is happening, and why do we feel this way.

Archangel Michael explains that there are three different processes
that cause the fatigue. These are:

Emotional Body Clearing
De-toxification of the Physical and Subtle Bodies
Full Multi-Dimensional Consciousness

Each of these aspects can be handled in a different way.

Emotional Body Clearing

At the beginning of the process, we undergo intense emotional body
clearing. This involves clearing the psyche and the subconscious of all
old patterns of trauma and self-sabotage.The intensity of this process
will depend on how much clearing you have already done in your
preparation for ascension. I am a healer, and I helped many people to
prepare, but never really found the time to fully complete my own
process, so when I hit the transition I experienced intense emotional
body processing for several months. The stuff just poured out of my
subconscious, and I had weird dreams and anxiety attacks as I battled
to process the trauma of my inner child.

This kind of trauma release is exhausting! Some people don't fully
realise what is happening, as they do most of their releasing through
dream work at night. But those who suffer anxiety attacks are often
doing this processing during the day.

At this point you may need help to work with letting go of old patterns
being held by the Inner Child. This is where you need to really do your
Inner Child work. Find a good therapist, do a workshop, or find a good
book, but let go of the patterns of your wounded child!

And then understand that while you are doing this clearing you will be
exhausted. You have spent most of your life repressing these energies.
Processing them is hard work. But worth it! when you are finished you
will have cleared your psyche of subconscious patterns of  self-
sabotage, and will be able to function from a space of complete clarity
and purity of intention.

De-Toxification of the Physical and Subtle Bodies

This process of deep cleansing is associated with the processes
mentioned above. As the emotions are released, so are all the old
mental and physical blocks and patterns that are associated with them.

These old "toxic" energies are passed through the subtle bodies and
cleared through the physical. In addition, any old toxins that the
physical body is holding will be cleared at this time.

This process of cleansing and de-toxification puts considerable strain
on the organs of elimination, being the kidneys and the liver. Hence
many of you may experience having bags under your eyes, evidence of
kidney stress, and digestive disturbances such as heartburn and
flatulence, evidence of liver stress. In addition you may experience
pains in the joints, which is also a characteristic of detoxification,
as excess acids are released from their storage in the body.

In addition, these processes of elimination will also make you feel
tired, and you may be prone to headaches - all symptoms of
detoxification. That is why you will need to drink lots of clear, clean
water and try to eat a healthy diet as far as is possible.

Full Multi-Dimensional Consciousness

This is the most exciting part, and happens throughout the process. It
is responsible for the "spaciness" that so many of you are feeling.

Archangel Michael asked me to explain this to you in terms of the
frequencies of the brain waves. As you enter mutli-dimensional
awareness, you expand the range of consciousness that your body can
handle and the ways in which it is handled.

The brainwave frequencies are as follows:

Beta- "normal" waking consciousness
Alpha - light meditation
Theta - deep meditation
Delta - the sleep state or deep hypnosis
Gamma - rapid eye movement or the deepest state of sleep/hypnosis where
operations can be performed without pain

A third-dimensional being functions in the Beta range, and moves into
Alpha in states of creativity and prayer.

A fifth-dimensional being functions between Beta/Alpha/Theta in the
normal waking state.

Your multi-dimensional awarenss allows your consciousness to shift in
this range, while you are awake!!! But this is what causes "fatigue".
Your body has always recognised Theta as a state of deep relaxation
prior to sleep, and so when your brain waves shift to Theta it sends
you a message to say that you are tired and about to go to sleep! And
so because we are conditioned to respond to that cue with tiredness and
sleep, we feel that we need to go and sleep.

A sixth-dimensional being in training for full 9D Christ Consciousness
will be learning to move through Delta to Gamma in the normal waking
state!! Now your body definitely thinks it's asleep!! The trick is to
learn to move with these states, without panicking or getting "lost" in
a dream-like state. Those of us who are doing this work often feel like
we are living in a slow-mo dream world, and this is in fact true. We
are living in the dream state in our waking consciousness.

This will take a while to master, but once mastered it is the key to
immense creativity and the manifestation of "miracles". In this deep
state of consciousness we can literally bend and shape time and matter
with pure intention. So, understand that your body is learning to adapt
to a different range of brain-wave frequencies.

A Note of Caution

Please be careful when in any of the above states that you are aware of
the following:

Stay Grounded. Work at keeping in your body. Do not take recreational
drugs or smoke dope at this time, it will intefere with the natural
expansion of consciousness.

Distinguish between real tiredness and expanded consciousness. Be kind
to yourself. If you feel tired - rest. In fact, you will need
significant amounts of rest as you pass through this process. if you
try to overdo things you will become hyper and will probably crash into
exhaustion anyway.

Be careful. If you are driving a car, concentrate and focus. So many
people are having accidents because they are unaware of what happens
when their brain shifts frequencies. It is just a matter of being
grounded and concentrating. Tell your body and your guidance that for
the duration of the journey you need to be able to concentrate fully on
what you are doing.

Relax - it will pass. Soon you will become used to working with these
different frequencies. I have begun to have a lot of fun with the
dreamy, spacy state, and I am learning to use the creativity that it
engenders. I am also learning how to shift frequencies at will.

Yes, we are truly becoming Crystal or Christed.

What's Up on Planet Earth? Heaven and Earth United

Heaven and Earth United

Greetings!

Turbulence, friction and colliding energy are our current planetary
themes and as always, in perfect alignment with our shift into the
light.

The Harmonic Concordance opened a vast window and removed the veil.
Energetically, it appeared as in incredibly beautiful and spectacular
unveiling into another world. Up until now, it was as if we were
admiring a glorious sunset from afar. We saw the new energies, and
welcomed them. We were dilated to 10 and thrilled to see the new
arrival. The baby was birthed and arrived in the delivery room after
much anticipation, excitement and preparation. Now the baby is HOME.
Just as with a new family member filling our household, the energies of
the New World are creating great change. We are no longer viewing them
from afar. They have joined with us here. Heaven and Earth have
connected.

This is manifesting on Earth in many different ways.....inwardly AND
outwardly.

The energy of the New World has also brought with it incredible
feminine energy. This feminine energy is ever-present, filling our
souls, joining us for balancing. We are bursting with creativity. Many
are redecorating their homes, writing, painting and moved to create,
create, create. Desires for self-nurturing, feeling "lazy", basking and
loving are the earmark of the feminine. It has arrived in a beautiful,
blossoming, flowering burst and I am loving it. I have found that if I
let go and surrender, I am filled with a divine elixir of love,
tenderness, creativity, joy and just beingness that is continuously at
my disposal. This is the energy of the New World. I don't think the Old
World energy knows what to do with it!

The New energies of the New Planet Earth are now the dominant, ever-
present and all-encompassing energies. The Old ways, Old patterns and
Old energies are confused, lost, have no place, and are "homeless".
Systems of the Old Earth don't know how to operate and survive now.
Individuals holding onto the Old ways don't know how to operate and
survive now. All this is resulting in "confusion" and "disruption"
energy.

......areas within us and without us are receiving this
energy according to how "clear" we are. Previously, we experienced
occurrences of substantial bursts of energy (especially in the last
year and a half) which served as a purification, cleansing and
vibrational raising process. When these energy bursts occurred, the
areas within us that contained blocked energy (due to injuries, illness
or other imbalanced energy patterns) were most affected. This was an
on-going process of preparation. The current situation, and one that
will continue, is quite different.

We are now surrounded by higher vibrational energies of light. They
don't come in big "bursts" now (as the labor pains). They are here in
one on-going energetic pulse. (This does not mean we will not be
experiencing future "energy shake-ups", as we likely may, but this is
different). One year as a substitute teacher in a small town in the
wine country, I had a very special sixth grade class for two weeks.
They were an unusual group of kind, loving, cooperative and energetic
beings. Oh, how we had fun and bonded as a family. One day, a new
student from another town transferred to our class. He believed himself
to be a "bad boy" and a mischief maker (as did many of our youth), and
went right to work in his role of disrespectful, lost, and false power
energy. This was the standard in most classrooms. This is what he
expected and knew. Very sure of himself, he was in for a big surprise.
His energy only lasted a few hours. He became consumed by the loving
energy of the new students. It was all around him, ever-present, and
absolutely swept him up. As his confusion dissipated, he was literally
transformed into a different person. He could be different in this
class. It was OK. It was safe. He was in another world. He could let
go. This will be the effect of the New World energy. It is all around
us. It will sweep us up. It will entice us. We will be transformed. All
we need do is to let go and surrender to it. We are just in the
"confusion" stage right now, as we are blending with the New.

Another exciting phenomenon is occurring. We are coming into our power
as creators. With the ability to create with a thought, and at rapid
speed, many of our outer systems and structures will eventually become
obsolete. As this process progresses, and more become aware of their
own power, watch for interesting changes. Our current systems will no
longer make sense. Why would we need to vote for a governing body to
represent our needs when we could individually create whatever we
needed? Why go to a bank and borrow money? Anything representing
turning our power over to another would have no place. WE ARE THE
POWER. WE ARE THE CREATORS. WE ARE THE MASTERS. I believe we will begin
creating what we currently have in existence and through those
channels, but eventually move into the next phase of creating from thin
air. Initially, when this creative power becomes evident, I believe we
may experience some cocky, ego centered behavior resulting from this
new "freedom". I have seen some of it already, but believe it will
quickly cycle through. "Why did I go through all of THAT, when I could
have had THIS?" we may ask ourselves. I believe this only to be human
nature, but hopefully we will be mindful as well, and retain the love
and caring in our hearts that we have always had. We will also be
remembering much during the times to come, and fully come to remember
the creator gods that we are and how we began creating at the beginning
of time, to find an outlet for source energy to entertain itself. After
all, don't you remember creating THIS?

With all this new "power" and "freedom" in our hands, the dark agenda
has brought out the big guns around the time of the Concordance. I have
never seen so many chemtrails! This is simply a last ditch effort due
to a severe loss of control. Can you imagine how it must feel to not be
in control? Looking at it energetically, it is a reassuring and
beautiful sight. It looks like a small ant trying to bring down
Goliath. I laughed out loud when I viewed this scenario, as it appears
as though nothing was paying ANY attention to the darkness and their
tactics. I almost felt embarrassed for them. There was absolutely NO
connection possible between their vibration and our current vibration.
No one was hearing them, seeing them, or aware that they were there.
Yes, we are finally FREE (energetically, that is!). Now let's watch it
manifest on the outside.....

Our evolutionary process is becoming clear in other ways. Many, many of
the readings I have done for individuals have indicated a non-physical
being, or soul family around an individual in a protective or
"parental" mode. These higher beings of light were making absolutely
sure that these individuals were safe. Never have I seen so much love,
caring and concern for another. Some were literally keeping alive their
soul family member who had become severely physically challenged
through this Earth experience, while others were making sure things
didn't go "too far". I have never seen anything quite like this
phenomenon. As light beings ourselves, in the physical, we are
experiencing and will continue to experience the same phenomenon. We
have made commitments to support and assist others in our soul
families. Have you had the experience of "being there" in some capacity
for another in your soul group, even when it didn't quite make sense?
As we continue to evolve, and as we shed our density more and more, we
will become the same as these non-physical supportive, loving beings of
light that are around us now. As we progress and evolve, we will remain
to assist all those who need assistance while in the physical. We are
evolving back to source.....we will begin again and begin anew as
angels of light in service to others.

As this planetary evolutionary process continues, there will be much
change, confusion, chaos and falling away. There will be falling away
of Old ways and systems and falling away of many individuals who prefer
and choose to leave. Some days I feel overflowing with love, while
other days I feel weepy, and some days discouraged. If we surrender and
let go to embrace the all-encompassing light, won't that make things a
little easier?

Which world will you choose to be in? Which world will you create?

A Process to Connect into The Stargate Energy
 
Intend that the amount of energy  generated in this process will be perfectly matched to the level of energy your body can process.
 
Drop into quiet mind state, connecting yourself by your central column of light from Source/deep space
to the core of the earth, beyond into deep space.
 
Visualise a the Star of David symbol as a 24 point star tetrahedron in your pineal gland/behind the third eye. If wants to spin, spin it clockwise.
 
Move it down the centre column to the core of the earth.
 
Move it up to a point 30cm/12 inches  below your feet.
 
Bring it up to your heart chakra.
 
Then up into the chakra about 3 feet above your head.
 
Then up through the Star of David configuration in the sky. 
Draw the Stargate's energy down into your heart chakra, allowing it to activate through your entire system.

Hello Wonderous Ones,
We will  mark the end of the period between the Lunar eclipse of 9th Nov & the solar eclipse on Monday 24th Nov - the period we have been calling the Harmonic Concordance - with a gathering to  bring in the energies of the eclipse to help us move forward with clarity.
 
Energy has been intense and ever changing since the time gates opened with the Lion's Gate in early August, & we moved into something very new in early September when the  time gates closed again.
 
Now all time vectors, & the information held therein, are converging into our current time vector to be integrated, without previous the distortions and anomalies. We have a clean page on which to create, with clear access to a new undistorted Universal Truth.

THE ASTROLOGICAL CHART FOR THE TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE
23RD NOV 2003 AT 22.49 UNIVERSAL TIME (GMT)(for Perth, Australia)

NOV 2003 ECLIPSE

The Central features of this chart are a "Kite" figure, focussed on Mars in Pisces, and a "Mystic Rectangle" figure, which also involves Mars. The importance of Mars in this chart places a strong focus on Brazil, as that is where Mars will be passing over during the Eclipse.

THE KITE

The Kite is a figure of great creative potential and positivity. The direction and "movement" of the kite (for the location of the Eclipse) echoes the overall theme of grounding the energetic thought-forms of the May Eclipse.

Jupiter near the Midheaven establishes that this is all about having a clear vision, whereas Mars is challenging us collectively to make that a reality in our day-to-day lives. (Mars is close to the IC in Pisces, which connects us most directly to the Collective Unconscious). The "wings" of the kite are held by Chiron and the Moon's North Node. These bring the focus of spiritual purpose and personal healing to the Kite.

THE MYSTIC RECTANGLE

Saturn in opposition to Chiron completes the Mystic Rectangle. Saturn brings again the challenge of making real the ideals and vision of the May Eclipse - it has to be grounded in reality in order for the truly transformative qualities of the mystic rectangle to be felt. If this does not happen, then there will be much effort put into maintaining a façade, or appearing to make things right without actually confronting the real issues or changing anything at a deeper level. Saturn is retrograde, and will highlight all of our individual and collective resistance to confronting whatever is necessary in order to bring about a real healing in the physical and emotional structures that exist within us and in the world. This is a challenge to really become mature, conscious human beings, aware of our own unconscious agendas and prejudices and confronting them with honesty and humility.

THE FINGER OF GOD / PROJECTION FIGURE

Saturn forms the apex of a "Projection Figure" or "Finger of God", with Neptune and asteroid Juno. On the one hand this can lead to a tendency for wishful thinking and escapism into an "it'll all be alright" attitude, without actually doing the work to make it alright. They key here is not to avoid the difficulties and challenges, which Saturn brings. What will work here will be to accept the challenges whilst maintaining an attitude of loving acceptance and awareness that we are all evolving souls, and so deserve compassion and respect, no matter what our lifestyle or allegiances.

The Neptune IC (anti-culminate line) is the only meridian that passes directly through the Eclipse Path, which is off the coast of Antarctica, almost exactly conjunct the magnetic South Pole. This will focus the energy of Release and Dissolution of all outmoded thought-forms, and all of the structures and institutions created out of those thought-forms (Neptune IC in 8th house). As these release through the Earth's magnetic field, it will also release through our emotional bodies, possibly bringing strong emotions and undefined grief that may seem to come out of the blue - this is a healthy process of release that may go back aeons. The positive polarity of Neptune will infuse and reanimate these thought-forms, and help create new structures and institutions which are expressions of Unconditional Love, if we so choose.

PALLAS ATHENE IN "LEARNING FIGURE" WITH SATURN, JUNO AND VESTA

Pallas in Aries and 4th house brings a powerful quality of wisdom to challenge old emotional fears held by Saturn and "cut through the crap", to reach the true soul qualities embodied by Juno and Vesta in the 12th house.

THE T-SQUARE

Vesta, Mercury and Pluto are conjunct, and forming a T-Square with the Jupiter/Mars opposition in the Kite. They will focus us on inner listening from the heart and will, and bringing a commitment to powerfully communicate our truth towards a higher vision for ourselves and the world.

SUN/MOON AT 1º SAGITTARIUS IN 12TH HOUSE

The Sun and Moon are bringing soul and spirit into alignment with the vision and wisdom of the ancestors, for the actualisation of our divine purpose of stewardship of the Earth (Ceres in Cancer in 8th house), and bringing the energy of breakthrough to entrenched thought-forms and the inspiration to lift us to a new perception of our inter-connectedness with all of life (Uranus at cusp of Aquarius/Pisces in 3rd house).

A dear friend of mine, Karin, is producing the inaugural Kidz Wellbeing Expo on Friday 28 November from 9-30 am to 8 pm, for every adult, who in some way, cares for children - parents, grandparents, teachers etc.

I thought maybe you, or someone you might know, might be interested.  There will be a range of free workshops on the day on parenting, ADHD, food & nutrition, colour, teenagers, and self esteem in kids (to name a few). Personal Drama

Choose first to become masters of your own thoughts. Examine each thought from a higher perspective. Examine everything that you do. Yes, once again Loveworks has been asked to provide our unique combination of “cool” First Aid, Natural Therapies, Drug and Alcohol support, Natural Medicine Dispensary, and Chill-Out area for the Sydney Big Day Out “04, on Friday, the 23rd of January.

 

Loveworks is a very exciting & worthwhile project offering a friendly, non-confrontational, holistic service for the partying youth of today.  Last year we had almost 90 volunteers, & over 3500 people through our service.  This year we will make it even better! 

 

Loveworks comprises the following services in a very large, decorated, air-conditioned space:

  • Unimed First Aid team from Wollongong Uni, including doctors, nurses, paramedics and first aiders.  This friendly, low-key, fully equipped team enjoys working with natural therapies.
  • Bodywork: 15+ massage tables offering various types of body work.  The public pay $10/15minute block for all bodywork. Insured therapists get ½ or up to $20 per hour and must work at least 7 hours.
  • Supported, monitored Chill Out.  St. Vinnies donates lots of couches and chair and this is an area for people to wait, rest, relax, or recover.  Volunteers will keep an eye on them and can provide blankets, drinks, someone to talk to, or whatever is needed.  Sometimes it’s necessary to get a first aid person over to look at them.  We hope to have social welfare services as well for those that have lost their money, or need a place to stay or whatever.  You don’t get paid, but you only work ½  the show (6 hours work time) and the rest of the time is yours to enjoy!
  • Herbal, Homeopathic and Flower Essence Dispensary:  We have the services of a Pharmacist/Herbalist to oversee this. We dispense remedies in 500ml water bottles with instructions on the label.  Fully qualified practitioners who work here earn $10 per hour as well as have time to enjoy the show.  This is acute prescribing at the “coal-face”!  Students are welcome.
  • General Assistants: Help is also needed with manning the door, booking massages, decorating the room, making drinks and sandwiches, setting up a day or two beforehand, cleaning up afterwards, printing T-shirts and posters,  and being a messenger/runner on the day.  These people don’t get paid, but either work a full day beforehand, or 7 hours on day on the day itself.  They get a free pass, as do all volunteers.
  • Musicians:  This year for the first time we are having live music, DJ and film projection in the chill-out!  We’re concentrating on New Age and ambient peaceful music.  Any suggestions?
  • Networking:  There will be a networking table near the door for anyone volunteering to display fliers, cards, etc.  I am also happy to put up signs and posters.  This is a wonderful opportunity to promote your therapy, college or practice to 1000’s of people.

Loveworks – a Brief History

 

I have owned and operated a Health Food Store at The Entrance on The Central Coast of NSW for the last 10 years, as well as running a busy clinic. In 2001, I was asked to organise a first aid "shop" under the auspices of the Big Day Out. We sold everything from bandaids and paracetamol to Rescue Remedy and liver herbs, as well as having a team of naturopaths, homoeopaths, masseurs, reflexologists, Reiki masters, etc.

 

It was glaringly obvious on the day that the first aid services currently in place are inadequate, and definitely not meeting all the needs of today’s partying youth.  The existing services have not caught up with the times. They are unapproachable, threatening in appearance, wear official-looking uniforms and simply do not meet current issues, particularly in the cases of modern drug use, over-heating, dehydration, safety in the "Mosh", etc.

 

Many young people will not even approach these first aid services because of their "official" image and procedures. They are afraid to talk about their drug intake to people in uniforms, in case they are reported to the police. The educational services, if they are offered at the event, lack credibility because they are too "straight". 

 

I decided to put together a team of volunteer first aid workers: doctors, nurses, psychologists, counsellors and alternative health care professionals to not only staff a first aid centre, chill-out and natural therapies service on the day, but to also formulate suitable procedures for dealing with the many issues of today’s partying youth for future events. My proposal for Big Day Out Sydney 2002 was accepted. The centre, Loveworks, with over 80 volunteers, was a terrific success.  Over 2500 people used the service! 

 

2003 was even better. Natural medicine practitioners under a pharmacist manned a herbal, homeopathic and flower essence dispensary.  Psychologists, counsellors, Drug and Alcohol, and other support staff wandered the chill-out area/waiting room and provided comfort and treatment for those who needed it.

We increased the number of massage tables from 7 to 12.  We were blessed to have the wonderful work of 3 excellent energetic healers last year, and hope to continue this service as well.

 

In 2004, Big Day Out are hoping to give us more room!, and we will have teams of fieldworkers, comprised of a Drug/Alcohol worker and a senior first aider or nurse, to roam the “hotspots” looking for people in trouble.  We should have a bigger chillout and more massage tables running!  We still have the health and first aid shop, and you may wish to display your products there for sale on the day! 

 

Our first aid service, Unimed, from Wollongong University, have a wonderful, low-key, friendly approach, and enjoy working in with natural therapists.  It’s also great to be able to refer clients accessing massage or other natural therapies to first aid for an “all clear” before treatment.

 

My hope is that we can develop new and exciting methods of treatment, support and education on all levels for the partying youth of today, as well as just be there to help….and love.   Shifts on the day will allow plenty of time to enjoy the show!

(Loveworks supplies paper sheets for the tables & the masseurs supply their own oils, towels, towelettes, etc.  Masseurs cannot bring their cars right up to the centre after 8am on Friday the 23rd, and probably not before 2am on the 24th.  Tables and other supplies can however be securely left with me on site the day before and picked up the day after.)

This is a late teaser for the Harmonic Concordance event at Castlecrag on Sunday Nov 9th - if you've been thinking about marking the event, this will tickle the itch. We have two new blueprints to align with - one for Earth, & one for Humanity as we move into Diversity without Division - which was the original intent for Earth.
~*Shirrley has recently returned from Central Australia where she participated in co-creating a blueprint for the new Dreaming for Earth. All present will be given the opportunity of aligning with this new crystal grid blueprint to enable our highest vision for ourselves and Earth to manifest.*~
 
Now a message about how these new energies will manifest. (I have included a great piece from Ascension Web at the end of this email - the pink highlights in that piece are mine)
 
We've all heard some of this before.  And it is now being made very clear that all that has gone before has been practice for the main event.
It is absolutely essential, now, to hold clear vision & energy in the "New Reality Construct" that we are creating together.
The Harmonic Concordance is marking the shift into a new era.
We have co-created a "Blank Page" to work with, so it's NOW really important that we each take responsibility for what we create persanally & collectively. Earth & Humanity have a new blueprint. This is a huge gift, and we need to use it wisely.
We have come into a single clear time line into which all Truth and all Potential is pouring.
 
We are being guided that we absolutely need to focus on what we want, not on what we don't want.
**What you focus is energised by your attention & will grow.
**What you focus on you get more of.
 
Keep your vision clearly on what you DO want more of in your life.
If your focus is on the things in your life, or in the world, that you don't like, or want, you will grow them instead!
 
This does not mean to stick your head in the sand, put on rose coloured glasses, pretend stuff isn't happening, or go all love & light on it!
It simply means dealing clearly and capably with what is not working well in your life or the world, without putting an emotional load on it.
 
It is the emotional load - the intensity of feeling - that is the creative or manifesting force.
 
If you want change, focus on how you want it to be.
Focus on what's right & what's working well.
This can take practice. Simply become aware of your focus & change it where necessary.
"Delete" or "cancel" that which you may have just inadvertantly set up. Use your intent well.
 
A key is not to take things personally.
If someone is rude or mean to you, drop it. Bless them (quietly to yourself, can be good!) Retaliation or getting snitty just grows it.
If the toilet blocks up, just fix it without taking it on. If you let things get to you, you will create more shitty stuff.
Ask yourself " Does it really matter?" "Will it matter in twenty years time?" 
 
Let all that does not serve you go with ease & grace.
Put your energy, your focus and your attention where it will serve us all in the creation of the world we want to live in.
 
Allow ALL that is to simply be, and if it is not fully Aligned & in Grace it will come there.

The day seems to be developing it's own flavour as it comes together & the energies are settling.
We will be working with the concept of Light Coming into Matter & Matter Coming into Light as signified by the geometries of the event, which brings Integration into Oneness.
 
The themes that are arising involve the Dissolution of Division as all comes together to bring an end to persecution of all sorts.  Reconciliation frequencies have come in, as have codes bringing in the esoteric knowledge of the UniversalTruth of One from all mystery schools, with all distortions dissolved. (The Cathar & the Templar Energies are strong.)
There is a new blueprint for humanity and a refinement of Universal Laws as they relate to Universal Truth. Removal of distortions in the human matrix requires reconstruction and re-presentation of Universal Truth (to humans) as our collective ability to perceive higher levels is activated.
 
Shirrley is also carrying codes from her trip to Uluru and surrounds, which she will share.
This trip was held at the new moon as a precursor to the Nov 9th full moon eclipse.

The Harmonic Concordance Crop Circle

Not Bad, huh?  This is one of the newest, and largest, of the crop circles to appear, first reported on July 18, 2002.  We have taken the liberty to call it, unofficially (so far, yet) The Harmonic Concordance Crop Circle.  We, of course, see it as confirmation from "higher sources" that we're onto something really big here.  Can you imagine why?  That it appeared in Avebury, England, near the site of the Stonehenge Monuments, seems very significant to us .

If you don't relate to this one you are blessed....& your day may come...

Recently, I was diagnosed with A.A.A.D.D. - Age Activated Attention Deficit Disorder. This is how it manifests.

I need to wash my car. As I start toward the garage, I notice that there is mail on the hall table. I decide to go through the mail before
washing the car. I put my car keys down on the table, put the junk mail in the trash under the table, and notice that the trashcan is full.

So, I decide to put the bills back on the table to take out the trash first. But, then I say to myself, since I'm going to be near the mailbox when I take out the trash anyway, I might as well pay the bills first. I take my chequebook off the table, and see that there is only one cheque left. My extra cheques are in my desk in the study, so I go to my desk where I find a bottle of coke that I had been drinking.  
I'm about to look for my cheques, but first I need to push the coke aside so that I won't accidentally knock it over. I notice that the coke
is getting warm, so I decide that I should put it in the refrigerator to keep it cold. I head towards the kitchen with the coke. A vase of
flowers on the counter catches my eye - They need to be watered.

As I put the coke down on the counter, I notice my reading glasses which I've been searching for all morning. I decide I had better take
them back to my desk, but first I must water the flowers. I put the glasses back down on the counter, fill a container with water when suddenly I spot the TV remote. Someone had left it on the kitchen table. I realise that tonight, when we go to watch TV, we will be looking for the remote, but nobody will remember that it's on the kitchen table, so I decide to take it back to the TV room where it belongs, but first I must water the flowers.

I splash some water on the flowers, but most of it spills on the floor. So, I put the remote back down on the table, to get some towels
to wipe up the spill. Then I head down the hall trying to remember why I'm going that way and what I was planning to do.

Now it's the end of the day, the car isn't washed, the bills aren't paid, there is a warm bottle of coke sitting on the counter, the flowers
aren't watered, there is still only one cheque in my chequebook, I can't find the remote, I can't find my glasses, and I don't remember what I did with my car keys. I try to figure out why nothing got done today. I'm really baffled, because I know I was really busy all day, and now I'm really tired. I realise this is a serious problem, and I'll try to get some help for it.

But first I'll check my email.
