It simply astounds me that so many boobs are writing rules and regulations altering immigration laws written by Congress. Neither the judiciary nor the White House have any Constitutional authority to do anything except enforce the immigration laws passed by Congress.
Unless Congress passes a law saying criminal immigrants aren’t treated in the same way as others, it is legally unenforcible. All laws must be uniform!
