The Tiger Team is... an informal network to help Libertarians focus on key behaviors in their localities that advance what we are trying to do: the 20% of activity that accomplishes 80% of our mission. It includes participants in the original 2001 Tiger Team Workshop.
This group is for... working communication and networking. Traffic is low, please set at digest. The focus is on key things to be done, done repeatedly, or strategic goals. Occasional commentary and analysis is OK. Key Areas and typical critical practices include:
*AFFILIATES: OPH Booths, High School presentations, Operation manuals.
*CAMPAIGNS: Post-mortems, Compliance, Candidate sign-up, Emerging issues.
*EALOS (Elected/Appointed Libertarians in Public Office): Goals, Transition and Communication, Getting ideas across.
*TEAM STRUCTURE/EDUCATION: Outreach, Theory U,Growth Models.
