Lez Get Outdoors is a social group for lesbian women and their female friends, from the Eastern Counties, who wish to meet up to take part in outdoors activities such as walking, camping, canoeing, biking, climbing and running.

We organise regular walks in the Milton Keynes area and liaise with other walking groups in the region so we can enjoy joint outings. Other activities might be anywhere in the world, but probably happen within the East Midlands/East Anglia region !

Use this group to find out what events are happening, post details of outdoor events that you are organising and network to find like minded women to share outdoor activities with. In the files section you will find guidelines on how to organise a walk, see the grading system we use for walks and find details of local walks you might like to try.

When using the group please remember the following points:
*Keep your posts on-topic, this group is specifically about taking part in outdoor activities. Please don’t clog the group with posts about other subjects and general chat.
*Please ensure that anything you post is considerate and respectful to the feelings and needs of other members.
*The moderators will try to keep the group a safe women-only space but be aware that any Yahoo group may be hacked or infiltrated by unsuitable people so please think very carefully before you post personal information and/or contact details.
*If you are uploading photos taken at events please ensure you have the prior permission of the women featured in them.
