This group is for all of those who want to learn, (or teach!), who need to ask questions, or want to talk about how I (or you!) have made or managed to create something special.

Patterns, tutorials, research and random creative ideas is the point here.

Not necessarily limited to dolls - and certainly not limited to just 12" dolls. If you want to show off your SCA gear, con or halloween costume or pen ink drawing, I'd love to see it!

If you're not willing to share your own techniques, please don't join - I mean this. If you create something lovely and someone asks you how you made it - I expect you to answer them, in detail. If you're not willing to do so, this isn't the group for you.

If the same questions start getting asked repeatedly, we'll make the answers into full tutorials and post them - but questions asked here WILL get answered.

You don't have to make dolls or even be creative to join this list - I'd love to see collectors here, all artists need to hear your voice!

I have no problem with enthused off-topic discussions, but please, no e-bay notices (except for mine.... *grin* LOL) - I'm teasing, but this is not a group for selling.

One more pre-joining caveat here... I DO insist that everyone who joins introduce themselves - it's the only way to avoid spammers. I also hold a 'roll call' 4 times a year. A simple one-word 'hello' post functions perfectly fine for both requirements, you're perfectly welcome to hide/lurk/slink around the edges the rest of the time.... - butcha gotta say hello! *grin*
