We are a Buddhist sangha that practices according to the format provided by the Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh. We meet the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of each month from 3:30 to 5:00 PM. We meet to practice mindful sitting and walking meditation. Our meditation period begins with a short video of one of Thich Nhat Hanh's Dharma talks. We then do sitting and walking meditations. We conclude the afternoon with a tea ceremony and Dharma discussion. Currently we are rotating our meeting sites. Please check this site to locate the current meeting place.
