What is a quiet homeschooler you may be wondering?
By our definition a quiet homeschooler is one who doesn't feel particulary at ease in traditional homeschool groups. They may find the volume of outside time commitments to be a bit overwhelming. They may feel they don't quite fit in. A quiet homeschooler tends to view outside activities as secondary to their personal goal of having their children at home with family. The Quiet Homeschooler tends to put family time and/or their personal learning schedules above their outside time commitments, so they choose to be much more selective about where they do choose to commit their time.
However they do still wish to make connections with other homeschoolers even though they must be a bit more selective with their time. And they would like to be part of a group where families share the same mindset.

This group is a partnership between all of us to do what works best for our families. All members will be respected and all ideas considered if you have input you'd like to make, we would love to hear it.
