LOOLA is a collective of local Live Oak community dog owners who support an off-leash initiative for the 20th Avenue beach area.

What we are asking from Santa Cruz County:
Live Oak community dog owners are asking Santa Cruz County for off-leash hours to be established on the 20th Avenue beach area. The petition has defined these hours to be from sunrise to 10:00 a.m. and 4 p.m. to sunset at Live Oak Beach (from 20th Avenue to Moran Lake Beach) in Santa Cruz California.
