The London Islamic Network for the Environment is a local Islamic environmental group that emphasises reflection and deep dialogue, processes that inform our actions.
Our monthly forums are open to all. You may be a Muslim but you don't have to be. They are usually held on the second Sunday of each month in central London. The first half of each forum comprises of a talk or workshop, sometimes with a guest. This is followed by a discussion in which we might plan projects, with opportunities for volunteering. Afterwards, we may go for a coffee, for those who would like to.
Whilst being realisitic about what we can do, we work as a team to make things happen, and we network with a wide range of individuals and groups.
Join this e-list and stay updated on our upcoming monthly forums and other activities.
We welcome visitors and newcomers, and hope you can join us.
