WELCOME TO THE LOWER ELEMENTS POLICE RECONNAISSANCE OPERATIONS CENTER

The Lower Elements Police (L.E.P.) is launching this special data center (or group) to gather intelligence regarding a human subject named Artemis Fowl.

LEP Recon ops agents and associates can acquire the latest intelligence data on Fowl. This includes information on books, films, toys, collectibles, published news reports and other items connected with Fowl’s activities.

New associates are strongly encouraged to begin their affiliation with L.E.P. Recon Ops by reviewing the briefing materials posted at LEP Recon Ops – Electronic Briefing.0001 – Operation Center (Posted Entry #3).

New recruits are also welcome to begin reading the latest piece of "Fowl Fan Fiction" -- a new novel titled 'Artemis Fowl and The Last Page' (Posted Entry #2).

By reviewing these entries members will gain a better understanding about the organization and management of this intelligence operation.
