LEAGUE (Lesbian And Gay United Employees) at Lake Buena Vista is a social cast club primarily for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community at Walt Disney World.

LEAGUE at Lake Buena Vista has existed since 1996. Our goal is to work with Cast enrichment, labor relations, Diversity, and local volunteer organizations. One of our goals is focused on Diversity — not only how it affects lesbian and gay people, but the greater diversified work population. Over the past few years our organization has won awards for excellence from the gay and lesbian community, and sponsored events to raise money for charity. We also have plans to attend functions in support of our community and even march in gay pride parades. AIDS and breast cancer are concerns of ours, as are tolerance and acceptance across the board of our diverse world. How we get along together means a lot as we work closely together. We at LEAGUE want to help gain a better understanding of Diversity. Let us appreciate our differences that make us individuals.

Our Mission:
To be a positive place to come-out and be out through our events and activities. To also serve the community through volunteer efforts, promoting diversity, and advancing social understanding, to share local resources, as well educate and become a resource to your needs. LEAGUE is open to all Cast Members, participants, significant others, and their families.
