We are a group of authors who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Our purpose is to encourage and support published authors, strengthen the cause of literacy, and raise the quality of LDS literature. We invite all PUBLISHED LDS authors who are anxious to forward the cause of LDS literature and strive for quality in their writing to please join us! There will be opportunities to participate in book signings, literacy events, conferences, and more.

Don't be misled by the message stats below. Upon joining this list, you will be invited to all of our very active sub-groups. From writing info to simply chatting, we have it all! Please carefully read the membership requirements below.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

1) You must be a member in good standing of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and your work must reflect those standards.

2) You must have at least one book published by a reputable publisher within the past three years. The book must have been financed entirely by the publisher. (Self-published works are not eligible.)

3) You cannot be currently employed by or do contract work for a publishing company.

4) Membership dues of $25 dollars are required upon joining. With this you will receive an official LDStorymakers nametag and be added to our website and email list. In successive years the annual membership cost will be $15, due in January.

Be sure to include your PUBLISHING CREDIT(S), DATE OF ELIGIBLE BOOK RELEASE, and the NAME OF YOUR PUBLISHER when you request membership. Not doing so will delay membership. Please do not ask to join until your book is published.
