We are a group of authors who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Our purpose is to encourage and support published authors, strengthen the cause of literacy, and raise the quality of LDS literature. We invite all PUBLISHED LDS authors who are anxious to forward the cause of LDS literature and strive for quality in their writing to please join us! There will be opportunities to participate in book signings, literacy events, conferences, and more.
Don't be misled by the message stats below. Upon joining this list, you will be invited to all of our very active sub-groups. From writing info to chatting, we have it all!

http://ldstorymakers.com/join.html to fill out our membership application. All applications must be approved by the membership committee, so please follow these instructions to streamline the approval process.
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
1) Must be a member in good standing of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and your work must reflect those standards.
2) Must have at least one book of fiction or literary non-fiction (memoirs, biographies, lesson manuals, etc.) published by a reputable publisher within the past three years. The book must have been financed entirely by the publisher. (Self-published works are not eligible.)
3) No publishers or publisher employees.
Dues of $25 dollars are required upon joining, which will include an official LDStorymakers nametag. In successive years the annual membership cost is $15, due in January.
