This list is intended for parents of special needs children, with an LDS perspective. This list shall be open to anyone, regardless of their child/ren's need or the educational choice made for their child/ren-- homeschool, regular school, other as needed. It is intended for this list to provide a support to parents of special needs children, a place to share information, frustrations, ideas, resources, whatever has helped them in working with their special needs child/ren-- and, perhaps most important, a "safe haven" for members of the Church to talk about their experiences with their special one/s. (Items of discussion shall be monitored so as to not distract from the Gospel as taught in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.)
