Not much else going on that I know of. I'm waiting for this year's property tax
statement. Texas has a law on the books, Tax Code 23 section 23.23, that limits
increases to 10% above the previous years appraisal. There are a few exceptions.
My appraisal increase was well above 10% last year but I fell under an
exception.
