The purpose of this list is to explore Catholic books/authors/artists during the liturgical year.

As a Catholic mother, reader, collector, and teacher of children's illustrated books, I have become a strong believer that illustrated books for children are indeed an art form in and of themselves.

I want to take this art form a step further and explore how the colorful designs of various Catholic authors/artists found in Catholic books can (and do) become a *mosaic* art print that makes our life more meaningful, enjoyable, and beautiful.

Other appropriate discussion will be on Catholic authors and their lives and their work.
