Tom, Yes they are. Be at Meadville by 09:00 and you should see them switching before heading to Oil City and Rousville. BTW the bridge to Rousville is closed

Is the WNYP still running to Oil City on M-W-F? Planning on a trip to OC on Friday.Any time frame when they usually get there and is there any way of knowing

FWIW...the Bow, New Hampshire power plant, which was the destination for the 532 coal trains, was recently upgraded to meet the more stringent emission
