A discussion group for members of the Los Angeles Fiber guild. LAF is a guild that includes all fiber arts and encourages creativity and collaboration among different disciplines of the fiber arts. Our focus is on education, collaboration and community service. Meetings are the first Sunday of the month and each meeting has an educational program in the fiberarts, followed, in most cases, by an optional hands-on workshop. Some workshops planned for the 2007-2008 year include papermaking, feltmaking, spinning, knitting, basketweaving, beading, embroidery, quilting and more! Everyone is welcome!
