In association with www.kresy-claims.org, this members-only group exists to share information and help each other with our property compensation claims for property reliquished or lost in the former eastern Poland territories (Kresy) after World War II. * * *
With the claim registration deadline of 31 Dec 2008 now past, we are assisting our members in research for documentation and witnesses and to submit evidence to Polish authorities. This includes cooperating on finding and engaging legal and valuation providers. The group also acts on behalf of its members with the Polish government to make the application process as easy as possible in consideration of the 60 years that have passed since these events and of the destruction of evidence during and after the war.
