K.O.R.T. is designed for homeschooled kids of all ages, in and around the metro Detroit area to find volunteer opportunities. Reaching out to others is all too often left out of childrens lives due to hectic schedules and lack of resources. We hope to make K.O.R.T. a wonderful source of information and opportunities for the kids. If you want to include volunteering in your childs life and education, I welcome you to join. Records will be kept to keep track of all your childs work. Volunteering looks great on college applications. It will take the combined effort of all members to run this group effectively. I hope you'll feel free to post about any volunteer opportunities you hear of :o)
