Welcome to Kids In Divorce. We are dedicated to educating parents and others involved in the divorce process, regarding the effects prolonged conflict between parents has on their children. We believe that children need both parents. Conscientious parents,that are aware of the effects their actions have on their children and want to make divorce and adjusting to a new parenting lifestyle, as stress free as they can for their children. We are also committed to educating legislators regarding family laws that appear to aggravate the situation by allowing the parents to use the court system and their children to hurt and control each other. We believe that the present family law system is in need of reform in order to address the problems of these high conflict divorcing couples and to protect their children from being put in the middle of their conflict.
