We help kids have fun and parents raise healthier, smarter kids with confidence! Keys Kids Playgroup meets every Monday from 10 a.m. to noon at a variety of public parks and places in Islamorada, Tavernier or Key Largo in the Florida Keys. Any child age from birth to age four is welcome to come with their mom, dad or caretaker. Events are free unless at a park where admission is charged. In the summer months we try to rotate between the pools and beaches. During the winter we schedule activities at local parks. The focus for Keys Kids Playgroup is on having fun playing with their little friends so they learn manners, sharing, and cooperation and have great childhood memories. We also try to expose them to new things like parachute games, crafts, and sign language. During the colder months we spend more time with art, building, cooking or music in a tactile learning style to develop gross and fine motor skills. A monthly calendar for Keys Kids Playgroup is established in advance and emailed to parents followed by weekly updates.
